Premier Inn Swindon Town Centre

Emma is spectacular! I have been coming here for business since December 2024 and without fail, a warm smile, helpful advice and creating a home away from home. Kindness costs nothing and Emma and the team have it in spades!! The service is top standard and a great place to stay for business!

Very disappointing. Expected more as they advertise on the TV but really no different to Travelodge. I did not expect to have to pay for evening parking and ended up with a parking fine of £57 as I thought the machine had worked but it hadn't. Ended up having breakfast across the road as better value. Won't use Premier Inn again.

This hotel advertises a price but does not include payment for parking per night. The machine for paying the parking fee was not clear for an elderly couple and without knowing, I incurred a £57 fine. This I paid as I could not endure the hassle of appealing. Paying online was also unclear. The adverts that we see on tv for Premier Inn suggest that they are up market from other similar styles of hotels (t…..odge) but this hotel was just the same but cost more. Not good value for money and I will not use Premier Inn again.

Nice modern hotel, food was decent too. Good location, not too far from Train station and in Town centre. Designer outlet was about 20 min walk. Very friendly staff especially Fazz who was always smiling. Only negative was that Wi-Fi was very patchy 👍

Check in was quick and very helpful staff . We booked a premier plus room and 1 room for my mum who has needs a wheelchair but booked a premier plus room . The gentleman on reception allocated mum a premier plus accessible room which I never knew they did . It was amazingly big and very easy for mum to menover around . The whole hotel was very clean and staff welcoming. Drinks in the bar were nice and atmosphere was nice and chilled … rooms were spacious and clean . Parking was £15 for 24hrs which was fine . Location was bang in middle of town which was good . Food in the evening was very good with plenty of choices . If I’m honest breakfast could have been better . For me personally, I would have liked my bacon / sausages and eggs cooked alittle more . I felt the lady behind cooking the food was rushed as lots of people were there and food was comming onto the hot plates needing to be cooked a little more . Overall nice experience and would definitely go back .

Lady behind reception incredibly rude. Diffuser in hallway way to high causing me to choke as I walked pass. Breakfast was poor. Carpark insecure, homeless people in there drinking at 9 am and one decided to take a number 2 right beside my car. Would no recommend avoid avoid avoid
