Hotel con colazione a Samarcanda

Красивый отель, внизу винный погреб, находится рядом с жд вокзалом, пешком 12 минут - это удобно! До центра города нужно ехать 20 минут на такси. Из минусов: холодно было, нет отопления в номере, ночью замерзли ! ! ! ( на улице было 10, соответственно в номере тоже холодно), окна на дорогу, слышимость ужасная! Слышно все, что на улице и в коридоре! Запах сигарет в номере! Похоже в номере курили, мы проветривали, но не выветрилось! Просили поменять номер, но нам отказали, сказали, что нет свободных номеров! Неприятно! Продлили номер на 6 часов за половину стоимости! Плюсы: в номере есть все, что заявлено и халат, почему-то один, хотя на двоих бронировала. Был сломан душ, оба душа (верхний дождь тоже) видимо засорились отверстия, и вода пошла сбоку, и так на обоих душах, очень неудобно мыться. Всего две подушки, хотелось бы 4. Плюсы: Нормальные завтраки, кофе из кофемашины. Красивый, в номера чисто и уютно. Есть гладильная доска с утюгом в коридоре. Удобные кровати.

Abbiamo adorato questo hotel. La posizione è ottima e il personale è fantastico, soprattutto alla reception. Non c'è ascensore, ma il personale della reception ci ha aiutato con i bagagli. Abbiamo pagato per una camera premium, ma era al terzo piano, quindi abbiamo chiesto di essere spostati in una camera a un piano inferiore ed è stato fantastico. Il ristorante georgiano all'interno dell'hotel è fantastico. Il cibo è ottimo e il personale è stato fantastico. Ci tornerò sicuramente.

We had a mixed but overall positive experience at this hotel. When we first checked into our room, we noticed that the air conditioning was not strong enough, making the room quite warm. However, the front desk team acted swiftly and sent staff to help resolve the issue right away. In the end, they kindly arranged a room change for us, which we greatly appreciated. A special shoutout to the front desk team for their outstanding hospitality! Ismigul and Sevinch, along with another lovely lady whose name I unfortunately forgot to ask, were extraordinarily warm, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. They truly made us feel welcome. As for the dining, the food at the restaurant was quite good! However, the dining service experience could use some improvement: Room Service: Ordering room service was rather difficult. The staff taking orders struggled with basic English, which made placing a simple order a bit challenging and frustrating. Restaurant Service: While dining in the restaurant, we noticed the staff were often busy chatting among themselves rather than attending to guests, which felt a bit unmindful and unprofessional.

L'hotel mi è piaciuto. La camera era pulita, accogliente e spaziosa. La posizione era eccellente. Molte attrazioni erano raggiungibili a piedi. Le colazioni erano davvero ottime, con un'ampia selezione di piatti deliziosi.

☺️Things to enjoy: Location: literally 30 seconds away from the pedestrian walking street. Registan is just 10 mins away. Breakfast: it's not a buffet and you can't choose, but they cook you 2 home-made dishes (they differ every morning): could be pancakes with jam and fruits + another dish with meat. Staff: nice people, will help with anything they can. People from all over the world stay there: always nice to chat. 👀 What to watch out for: Rooms are quite old, and the carpet on the floor wasn't really clean, so I couldn't do my regular stretches. Towels smelled of mustiness (I guess bc they don't have a dryer). Rooms windows face the inside yard, so it's always way too dark in the rooms. No water bottles / tea / coffee provided in the room, no kettle, fridge, safe box in the room There isn't really a typical hostel / hotel common space to comfortably sit and chat - only this inside yard, but not sofas or room to play board games or comfortably sit.

Miglior in Samarkand Silk Road da Minyon è assolutamente il miglior posto per soggiornare a Samarkand. Bello design, atmosfera calda, eccellente servizio e posizione perfetta. Un'esperienza veramente memorabile molto consiglia.

È stato un soggiorno fantastico (se non per il hiccup) con personale amichevole e attento. ! Tuttavia, ho prenotato il posto per le sue attrezzature - il bagno che sembra incapace di usare. Mi sono avvicinato al personale e mi è stato detto, sì, la copertura del bagno non è disponibile e questo era naturale. Il bagno è costruito solo per essere un inconveniente, per salire in ogni momento per fare la doccia, non per il calore a soffocare dopo un lungo giorno. Quindi vale la pena pagare?No, puoi ottenere un hotel a prezzo migliore senza bagno. Come ho detto, ho prenotato le sue attrezzature elencate solo per non essere state rese disponibili.

La posizione è fantastica, a soli 7 minuti a piedi dal Registan. Il personale è stato molto gentile e ha risposto prontamente a tutte le richieste. La camera era pulita. L'unico aspetto negativo è stata l'assenza di frigorifero e di stoviglie di base in camera. Le uniche stoviglie presenti erano due piccole tazze da tè spaiate. Per quanto riguarda il frigorifero, il personale ne ha uno in cucina, accessibile su richiesta. Un consiglio: sarebbe una buona idea installare un frigorifero condiviso con accesso diretto nel cortile vicino alla reception, dato che con 50 gradi di temperatura non volevamo dover chiedere acqua ogni volta. La colazione era semplice, ma per quel prezzo non ci aspettavamo certo un banchetto. Siamo rimasti un po' sorpresi anche dai prezzi del servizio lavanderia. Dato che non era la nostra prima tappa del viaggio, avevamo bisogno di lavare i vestiti. Abbiamo pagato 129.000 soum (circa 850 rubli) per pantaloncini, due pantaloni estivi leggeri, due camicie e un vestito. Ogni capo è stato fatturato separatamente. Gli indumenti sono stati semplicemente lavati e asciugati, non stirati. Una quantità spropositata per un singolo ciclo di lavaggio, persino per la Russia. 🙄 In ogni caso, tutti questi inconvenienti sono stati ampiamente compensati dall'ospitalità e dalla cordialità delle persone.

Ho pensato che questo hotel fosse un grande valore. Sono un viaggiatore di bilancio e voglio solo un posto pulito, sicuro con buon WiFi. Questo posto era perfetto per me. La posizione è incredibile e conveniente alle principali attrazioni della città. Il più lontano è la tomba del Profeta, che è forse un passo 40-45 minuti. Tutto il resto è solo 5-15 minuti di distanza. Ci sono un gruppo di ristoranti, shopping, crema di ghiaccio intorno, compreso il fondo dell'hotel è vicino a un ristorante. La stanza stessa era perfetta. Ho avuto la stanza 12, che ha una finestra che apre per un sacco di aria fresca. Apre a una stanza senza altri visibili, quindi si ottiene anche un sacco di privacy. Il wifi funzionava perfettamente e il colazione era un bel toccamento. Non ho visto alcun bug e non ho avuto problemi con niente. Il posto era pulito e mi è piaciuto davvero il mio soggiorno.

The hotel itself is nice. It’s in a quiet location with decent facilities. However,our room is just fair size.The breakfast was healthy with good variety, and the staff (especially the young lady serving) spoke excellent English. We enjoyed our 3-night stay until checkout. When we asked for the required proof of accommodation to leave the country, the staff told us there was a customs registration issue on our entry (which I later confirmed was false). Despite them pretending to try and fix it, we left empty-handed. Because of this delay, we missed our pre-booked coach to Bukhara and lost UZS 585,000 in total (UZS 195,000 per ticket for three people). Every other hotel we stayed at in Tashkent and Bukhara provided the E-Mehmon registration without delay. I really don't understand why this hotel makes a routine procedure such a huge technical problem. It was their mistake which caused our financial and time loss.
