The hotel boasts modern and well-maintained facilities, with a spacious and elegantly designed lobby that creates a welcoming atmosphere. The fitness center is equipped with state-of-the-art machines, and the clean and inviting pool area was a highlight of my stay. I particularly enjoyed the on-site restaurant, which offers a breakfast. The bedding in my room was incredibly comfortable, with a supportive mattress, fresh and soft linens, and pillows that allowed me to customize my sleeping experience. The service at Crowne Plaza was exceptional; the staff was friendly, professional, and attentive from the moment I arrived, going above and beyond to meet my needs, whether by providing local recommendations or promptly addressing any requests. Overall, I highly recommend Crowne Plaza for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, as the combination of excellent facilities, comfortable bedding, and outstanding service makes it a top choice for travelers.

Ss.haloLocation: Close to the airport, within walking distance of Ipao Beach (though the surrounding area lacks security and safe road maintenance). A car is recommended. It's not easy to coordinate with the operating hours and methods of convenience stores or nearby retail establishments.
Room Conditions: Equipped with facilities worthy of a 3-star business hotel, the hotel offers efficient accommodations. The rooms are comfortable and safe (with network access) compared to the familiar hotel facilities. The hotel also offers the latest trendy video equipment (global content for all ages). The receptionist's prompt check-in and personalized service will help ease any awkwardness upon arrival.

When I had the chance to ride along Tumon Beach and visit with a small group, I found even more joy by making use of the main facilities like the BBQ area, outdoor pool, and fitness center. There was so much to enjoy—and even more to look forward to!

EEl GonzalesAbbiamo ricevuto un accogliente personale presso 5AM. Il nostro alloggio viene con buffet giornaliero per 4 pax e accesso ai loro parchi acquatici. La diffusione del buffet è grande con molte opzioni anche per i bambini. Il menu cambia ogni 2 giorni.
L'hotel si sente un po' vecchio con pavimento tagliato. La stanza può essere più comoda è le piastrelle non sono troppo morbide. Ci sono richieste piastrelle aggiuntive perché solo 1 è fornito per ospite. La preparazione giornaliera della stanza è disponibile che è fantastico.
Il personale è il migliore.Speciale grida a Nelson - personale veloce che ha fatto il nostro soggiorno speciale.
La posizione è un po' veloce dal centro, quindi è meglio prendere in affitto una macchina e prendere la cena prima di tornare all'hotel.
Il parco acquatico è buono, la spiaggia è in ristrutturazione. L'evento di festa laterale per gli ospiti dell'hotel è un bel modo per finire il nostro soggiorno.

UUtente anonimoEra per giocare a golf, la stagione povera non è sempre pioggia, e il fango può provare la gamma di guida. Sotto l'epidemia di tre anni, ci sono alcuni segni tropicali sulla superficie delle case di strutture vacanze, che non hanno alcuna gestione. Si stima che i costi di lavoro siano troppo costosi e si può incontrare un arresto elettrico a breve termine, ma l'igiene delle strutture interne è ancora buona, tranne il fiore di fiori meraviglioso.L'atteggiamento del personale di servizio è buono e spesso è un trattamento VVVIP.Desidero tornare a normalizzare il prima possibile!

NNalanippsI like this place and often book for the infinity pool but I was a bit bummed with this recent booking. The weather wasn’t great, not the hotels fault so I didn’t swim but still enjoyed laying in the pool area. I had upgraded my room this time thinking the beds would be better since they all seem outdated and the higher priced room wasn’t any different. Just had a beach view that I liked. My major is issue was upon check in and how very unnecessarily slow the process was. I’ve worked at hotels before, no one should take this long to check in their guests, especially when the entrance doesn’t turn on their AC for their guests. On top of that I had important dinner plans that were delayed bc I couldn’t get ready in a timely manner due to the outlets being broken and broken hair dryer. I had to blow dry my hair over the toilet. I was happy the manager spoke to be next day she seemed very sweet and I am hoping I am somehow compensated in the near future. I was very disappointed that I booked this stay and hope the hotel can redeem itself.

Despite a minor mishap relating to attention to detail, customer service was able to help resolve the issue quickly and effectively. The pool was honestly the top peak to it all! The views were AMAZING! I went down to the beach and therocks are SHARP and there are sea urchins a distance out so be careful but nonetheless an AMAZING experience and I can’t wait to come back💛

UUtente ospiteI love the location , as it's a family area. The beach next door I nice with covered tables, and there's a lifeguard. It's a great opportunity to see local families having fun, and lots of kids without the tourist crowd. In the late afternoon you can see the large canoes practicing and racing. Go to the beach in the morning and late afternoon and watch the sunset. The resort staff are very helpful and kind. The red Tumon shuttle picks up out front. All in all a very good location. I'll be back soon!

UUtente ospiteQuando l’ingresso era stato effettuato, non c’era energia, quindi abbiamo immesso il bagaglio e siamo tornati poche ore dopo. La stanza era pulita, ma solo le servie, nessuna lavatrice o asciugamani, nessun servizio di pulizia per seguire i giorni. Forse sono fuori di contatto con la realtà, ma pensavo che stessero pulendo le stanze ogni giorno e fornendo lavabi come servizio standard.
