"Food was okay kinda cold. House keeping does not vacuum the floor wipe around the areas, carpet was musty like they didn't steam the carpet in months maybe years. Their hallway was dirty you can see trash sitting there since our first day and we stayed there for 5 days. Im surprised knowing it was Japanese owned. Location was great close to my office, shopping & restaurants. They need to clean up."

This hotel is classified 5-star. In my experience only 3-star hotels have noisy ice-machines with stained bed linens."

"This hotel was a complete disappointment — inconvenient, unpleasant, and poorly managed from start to finish. Upon arrival, the front desk clerk attempted to charge me the full nightly rate, even though I had previously confirmed by phone that a past-midnight (early) check-in would be allowed at 50% of the nightly charge. The clerk spent nearly 20 minutes insisting that I had been misinformed, showing no willingness to take responsibility. He even claimed the staff member who gave me the information was new — someone he said he knew well — seemingly to deflect accountability. After I firmly maintained my position that I would only pay what had been confirmed to me, he suddenly asked whether I remembered the employee’s name — a typical tactic to put a customer on the spot. When it became clear I would not back down, he stepped away to a back room for several minutes and then returned saying he could “waive it this time.” That phrasing left me wondering who would have benefited from the extra charge had I simply paid in full. Beyond the check-in issue, the property and room felt far older and more worn than the photos suggest, and not at all suitable for a family stay. The shampoo dispenser was empty or clogged; maintenance later said it was clogged, yet I still spent my second night without shampoo. I never expected five-star service here, but even a three-star rating would be generous based on my experience. The only redeeming factor is the location. Overall, I would rate this hotel one star and would not recommend it to anyone."

It's not easy to coordinate with the operating hours and methods of convenience stores or nearby retail establishments. Room Conditions: Equipped with facilities worthy of a 3-star business hotel, the hotel offers efficient accommodations. The rooms are comfortable and safe (with network access) compared to the familiar hotel facilities. The hotel also offers the latest trendy video equipment (global content for all ages). The receptionist's prompt check-in and personalized service will help ease any awkwardness upon arrival. ☀️ Above all, Guam’s signature wide-open skies and warm sunshine let you truly soak in the feeling of solarity. When I had the chance to ride along Tumon Beach and visit with a small group, I found even more joy by making use of the main facilities like the BBQ area, outdoor pool, and fitness center. There was so much to enjoy—and even more to look forward to!"

"We checked in early in the morning , the staff at the desk were wearing wore and causal TShirt , very unprofessional There were no signs to where to check in . Lobby was shabby In order for us to go to the room earlier we are forced to paid extra $60 dollars extra even though there were rooms available The size of the unit is quite good however overall were very old fashioned and outdated We stayed for 4 days but no cleaning service has been done No linings has been changed even though we have requested so many times at the front desk , they informed us to put in our request everyday which I did but things never happened it isradiculas! WiFi is not working .. Shower head dropped and out of order Telephone in the room was not connected One good thing about the room was they updated the toilet bowl to a sophisticated self cleaning one , which I gave them a thumb’s up .. Hotel location was ok Overall the hotel has potential however needed so much updating and cleaning ! Management needed to be improved !"
