House sleeps 12 comfortably: 1 King and a set of fold out bunk beds in the master, 1 queen and a set of fold out bunk beds in the 2nd bedroom, 1 queen in the 3rd bedroom, plus a pull out sofa bed in the living room. The 3 full baths, plus an outdoor shower makes it easy for multiple families to stay. There is a 6 passenger golf cart available for rent at an additional fee with signed waiver.
