Free high-speed WIFI.PARKING: There is parking for 5-6 cars in the driveway. Please don't park on the street.CLEANING: A starter pack will be provided with all stays that includes laundry detergent, dishwashing pods, dish soap, hand soap, toilet paper, and paper towels. Washer & dryer are provided. Beach towels can be found in the basket by the bench in the hallway.PET FRIENDLY: We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy, but we limit them to two dogs per reservation. Please keep them off the beds and couches. They must be crated when left at the house alone. A $100 pet fee applies per each pet. Please add your dogs to the reservation (same place that you add your number of guests) and the fee will be added to your nightly rate. Additional fees may be charged after your stay if there is damage or excessive cleaning is required (such as mud on the couches or comforters).NO SMOKING INSIDE: Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a $500 fee for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning.We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.We do not offer refunds for weather, weather-related issues, or natural disasters.
