The hotel is really great - very nice grounds with a pool, cafe and a small animal farm. Everything looks very nice, like I was living in a dollhouse 🥰 The rooms are simple and comfortable, I was very comfortable. The owner and hotel staff are very friendly: when I arrived late, they took me to a nearby cafe and then came back for me. Breakfast was included in the price; I chose the English breakfast - it was quite good. There is a beautiful park nearby, lots of coffee shops and restaurants. My only regret is that I didn't spend much time there. Thank you for your hospitality, will definitely come back again 🫶🏻

I don’t usually write reviews when I travel, but last week I booked this hotel for my mother and her friends. There was a small issue upon arrival; however, the hotel handled it very well by upgrading the room. I was also very impressed with the cleanliness. The bed linens and pillowcases smelled fresh and clean, making the stay very comfortable and relaxing. The breakfast was delicious, especially the pastries, which were outstanding. I would like to sincerely thank Trip.com and the hotel staff for resolving the issue so professionally and turning it into a truly positive and memorable experience.

Great beach bungalow type of resort in between Hang Dong and the city, perfect if you have your own wheels. Walls seem thin but the street is quiet. No trouble sleeping. Everything is very neat and clean. Breakfast is the only downside. Cold eggs, cold ham and sausages, and only oranges for fruit during the 6 nights I spent there. But the rooms are great and the pool well maintained. Attached coffee shop is pleasant. Recommended but find breakfast elsewhere.

I must say top marks for Ken and his team here at Bamboo Garden resort. The bed and bedding was fantastic. Very clean throughout. They keep very high standards, hence the 9.7 rating. I would definitely stay here again, in fact, I stayed longer than expected. There are a number of breakfast options, but for me the full English was top marks. 10 out of 10 all day long

The hotel’s facilities are generally good, except for the swimming pool. On our first day, the water was terribly dirty, so I mentioned it to reception. They said the manager would send someone to clean it later, but it wasn’t done until the next day—only then could we enjoy a swim. Management should prioritize daily morning cleanings instead of reacting to complaints; it risks damaging the reputation and losing repeat guests.

Wonderful manager. Recently renovated. Very friendly and welcoming. Very green. Nice wooden carvings on balconies. (It felt peaceful. I didn't mind the occasional airplanes flying overhead.) Location depends on what you are looking for.

Mia sorella e io abbiamo avuto un ottimo soggiorno nel North Hill City Resort. Il personale era incredibilmente amichevole e utile dal momento in cui sono arrivato. La mia camera era senza spot, spaziosa, e aveva una bella vista delle aree verdi. Il buffet del colazione ha offerto una vasta gamma di opzioni fresche, e l'hotel circostante come caprine, pollo e conigli erano un luogo perfetto per rilassarsi dopo un lungo giorno. La posizione è conveniente solo una passeggiata breve per negozi e ristoranti. Rimango sicuramente qui di nuovo e lo consiglierei molto a chiunque visiti la zona!

La camera era bella, pulita e la biancheria da letto era molto asciutta. Il cortile è grande e bello Il servizio è stato eccellente La colazione è buona. Ordinala tu stesso. Noodles fritti tailandesi, riso fritto e cibo occidentale sono tutti buoni. C'è un mercato locale nelle vicinanze che vende di tutto. La frutta e le zampe di maiale sono molto economiche. Ci sono anche molti snack bar nelle vicinanze. Sono andato in un negozio di noodle e ho mangiato noodles di pesce due volte ed è stato fantastico. Ci sono anche commercianti e piccoli negozi lungo la strada che porta al mercato. Siediti in un fruttivendolo e bevi cocco 🥥 e succo d'arancia appena spremuto.

The hotel probably knew better days before COVID, and it is in need of some polishing. At the same time, I had a very pleasant stay: they provide free bicycles, the room is clean, rustic, and atmospheric. There is a road curving around the hotel but at least from where my house was located, I could not really hear any traffic. The village is very local, with great little eateries that serve delicious cheap meals. The Viewpoint in the 6fh floor of the main building indeed has a great view! Lady at the reception can speak a little English, and she helped me to arrange a taxi to the airport.
