Personale di servizio molto buono Sorridente, accogliente, caloroso, amichevole, buona posizione, ottime strutture, completo, bella vista, buona atmosfera, privacy, calma, tutto è bello, molto caro. Adatto a tutta la famiglia, coppie, amici, lo consiglio.

It was almost a perfect stay with Veranda, overall a very beautiful surroundings, good restaurant, excellent facilities/amenities, warm/courteous and friendly staff, however, with a few exceptions which makes it somehow a less-pleasant farewell. To check out I called the reception and the lady (can’t tell her name but she’s with dental braces) told me that I would need to wait 5 minutes for a electric cart to pick up my luggage (she didn’t even ask for my room number before hanging up), waiting in the scorching sun for almost 15 minutes and I had to call back again and was told there’s no arrangement for me and they will now send someone over to pick me up, it could be the case that the lady might was too busy to arrange pickup for me and hopefully that was not an intentional pick. However now comes the worse part, after checking out I thought it would be easy to call a grab as we have been calling grabs to the hotel multiple times from city to hotel without any problem, but it turns out that due to location of the hotel it’s very difficult to call a grab from hotel to city and normally it’s better to call a taxi instead, we had to turn to the hotel for help to book a taxi and was told it would be almost an hour before we can get a taxi…while I understand it might be rush hour of the day for E-hailing but as part of the hotel service mandates I guess checking out at 12.00 is quite a daily routine for the hotel and there should be sufficient experience to cope with the situation however all we could do was waiting there for a long time before another taxi dropped in and rode us to our next hotel in the city.

Room is nice and has a bath tub in the middle of the room. The only con is that the air con was freezing. But otherwise really recommend this hotel even though it is not very convenient to the old city and we got rejected by grab driver at night as the road back to the hotel was too mountainous.

We loved our stay at Veranda!
Things we enjoyed:
1. Warm welcome - we were welcomed with a welcome drink, then a tour around the resort on a buggy. They gave us a small bag of local snacks every night.
2. Good food - great breakfast spread, we liked the Asian/Thai selection. They serve a different "special thai dish" each day.
3. Very good scenery - the infinity pool has a great mountain view (which is the same view at the breakfast place).
4. Lots of amenities - There are 3 pools in the resort for us to use. Also a kids club for kids with indoor playground, gym and bike rental for the adults. A small supermarket nearby and some local eating places within walking distance. We could stay in the resort all day long.
5. 10 stars for service! The staff at Veranda were extremely polite and always ready to help. Call reception anytime for buggy service if needed.
6. Free shuttle to/from city (at set timings) - goes to nimman area where there are malls and markets.
Things to note:
1. Can be difficult to transport - take the free shuttle to the city. Can also ask the staff to help book a taxi to any location. Expect ~400-600 baht for a grab.
2. Dinner in the resort can be pricey (~300 baht) - but food is good

The place is beautiful and the staff amazing and extremely professional and kind. Rooms are clean, spacious and all amenities.
The only minus is the fact that they do not serve fresh juice at breakfast. They told us they are working on improving that.

It’s my 2nd visit this year. The hotel gives me a fresher look this time, the landscape is very comfortable. The low green bushes have been trimmed and formed a mini maze. Everywhere is clean and excellent for photos taking. There are few activities organised by the hotel like farming experience, price is very reasonable. Information is available at the reception Breakfast buffet has a wide spread and it comes with good quality
I highly recommend this hotel and will come back again

Location is quite far from city center, but of course the environment is peaceful. The staffs were extremely helpful and friendly. Room and amenities need some updating. Overall experience was good.
