My family and I have had a wonderful experience at North Hill City Resort. This is our first time here, but it won't be our last. The accommodations are lovely and even more attractive given that this hotel is relatively small and has a lovely boutique flavor. Everything worked perfectly in our rooms, and the showers are impressive in and of themselves with multiple jets of water that can soothe your aching muscles after a long round or two of golf at the world-class golf course (literally) 100 paces away from one of the entrances of the hotel. The food was delicious, and the portions were generous. We were also pleasantly surprised by how efficient and cost-effective room service was. All of our food came promptly and was hot and delicious, which has not been my experience of most hotels in my years of travel. The one improvement I would make would be to the breakfast buffet, which was very good, but limited. All the food was well prepared and delicious, but if there were more options that would be helpful. Mostly, however, it was the generosity of the staff which was most impressive. Under the leadership of the resort manager, Mr. Pholkrit Poenmunkong, we were exceptionally well cared for by all staff members, but, in particular, by Mr. Poenmunkong and the front desk staff of Nada, Ploy, and Chainoi. Mr. Poenmunkong was warm and generous with his time. He greeted my young son with a formal handshake which helped him feel very proud. During our stay, he also ensured that we had everything we needed to make our experience exceptional. The front desk staff was an exquisite example of people going ”above and beyond” to help us feel at home. When you're in a new city, small things matter, and whether it was Nada making sure my four-year-old had his hat (or carrots to feed the rabbits), Ploy ensuring that we took the correct shuttles to the correct places, or Chainoi making sure we had fresh towels and teaching us archery, we felt their warmth and their competence, which was a gift. What happened as I type this review is an example of this generous hospitality. I am sitting in the hotel cafe writing this review and Nada (who works with the front desk staff), unsolicited, greeted me warmly and brought me a delicious drink, which was quite thoughtful and appreciated. This is the type of service we've experienced North Hill City Resort and I can highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wishes to enjoy a great hotel, with delicious food and amazing hospitality.

Feel like home, place so quiet and room very clean, the room facing to the mountains view. The Local market near by to the hotel walked for 10 minutes. Interesting resort. The gate is too simple and frugal that we were a bit disappointed when we saw it in the taxi. But when you go through the glass restaurant, you’ll find a new jungle garden world. Good gardening and swimming pool. However the room facilities are a little old, especially the bathroom which should be renovated. Btw there are many funny exploration restaurants, farms and places near the resort.

Dopo il check-in, sono andato a nuotare in piscina. La qualità dell'acqua era molto buona, pulita e limpida. I bambini ne hanno anche raccolti alcuni da mangiare. C'erano molte piante diverse loro sono piaciuti moltissimo ai bambini. La colazione era molto buona, mangiavo e bevevi abbastanza per continuare a viaggiare a Chiang Mai⛰️

Abbiamo prenotato sperando di un ritiro, in qualche parte privato e con un balcone per godere la natura e questo è esattamente quello che abbiamo. Se vuoi un appartamento con una piscina, questo è il posto sbagliato, ma se vuoi una villa privata sul lato della collina con un balcone nella giungla, allora questo è perfetto. Ho celebrato il mio 30° compleanno qui e non ho alcuna rimpianto! La stanza è grande, anche il bagno. L'unica cosa che ci ha disappunti è stata la letto, un po' dura per il nostro piacere, forse più stile thailandese. Raccomando di assumere la vostra auto e portare con voi qualche snack o bevande, perché non ci sono negozi vicino. Il colazione era ordinato la sera prima, ma abbastanza. Abbiamo comprato un po' di frutta e snack per birra la sera. Abbiamo avuto le due notti più belle qui!
