Hotel con piscina a Lahore

La cosa peggiore è seduto in cabina dopo aver controllato l'aereo, c'erano circa 20 persone che sono venute da nessuna parte per chiedere consigli - trovare strano

Hotel accogliente con eccellenti impianti e posizione centrale . Tutto è fornito in hotel con un sorriso grande . È stata una grande esperienza di soggiorno in hotel con servizio internet veloce e un ben sistemato colazione giornaliera . Il ristorante di servizio in camera serve deliziose cibo .Le camere sono pulite e grandi in dimensioni - l' unico punto di sfondo è che le tovaglie sono state indossate e la gestione dell' hotel deve sostituire le tovaglie indossate con nuovi freschi in base a regolari. Necessita di Osama e Numan al loro ufficio di fronte per il loro aiuto , a Saddam e Sabir per accedere alle nostre richieste di ulteriori impianti di tè , ecc e Amanat al ristorante di colazione giornaliero che fornisce cibo specifico . La posizione è buona, la stanza è pulita, la sicurezza è rigorosa, e c'è un giardino. La scelta del colazione non è molto, il servizio e il cibo cinesi sono buoni. Il cuoco è cinese, farà la pasta cinese 👍👍👍

Il processo di check-in è stato facile e accogliente? Hai avuto un lungo periodo di attesa o confusione. Il mio soggiorno nel tuo hotel era deludente a causa di diverse questioni con la stanza. La pulizia era sublime, ci sono stati tinture notevoli sul tappeto e un odore di meraviglia nella camera da bagno, che aveva anche mollato intorno alla doccia. Mi dispiaceva dell'esperienza di mangiare nel vostro hotel, soprattutto con il servizio del tè. Ho ordinato tè durante il mio soggiorno, e si è fatto freddo e caldo. Anche se ho chiesto al personale di risolvere la questione, la mia richiesta non è stata affrontata in modo soddisfacente. Questa mancanza di attenzione ai dettagli di servizio di base ha influenzato la mia esperienza di mangiare. Per un hotel di questo calibro, mi aspettavo di prestare maggiore attenzione alla qualità e alla temperatura di un tale semplice ma essenziale articolo

super professional staff. decent breakfast. rooms feel a bit dated but not annoying. staff is very knowledgeable . location doesn't have too many resturants nearby.

I am currently staying at this hotel. It is now 3:30am and I so upset with this hotel I’m reaching out to others not to book and have the experience I am having. We are a group of the 3 currently touring Pakistan by road. We stated our journey by road from Karachi and are currently staying here in Lahore. Firstly , we booked for 4 ppl however one of our friends couldn’t make it. Other hotels we have stayed at have reached out on the *********** platform and asked if we required anything before our arrival such as an airport transfer or what is our eta to the hotel. Park Lane simply sent a message explaining that should you not checkin by 4pm your booking will be cancelled. This caused me serious anxiety and added unnecessary stress. I rang the hotel and told them we are definitely coming and not to cancel. We thankfully arrived and was told that we only have one room booked. This was then changed to you have two double rooms booked. At no time were we asked about the 4th person and we have now paid for our friend in his absence. Next the rooms , yes we are sharing beds. We asked about our selected twin rooms , however was told simply that these have been prioritised for the pakistan under 19’s cricket team who are staying at same. We were given the option of having a spare mattress out in the room. The porter did bring up however this was retuned due to the horrid smell emanating from it. I don’t think it has been cleaned. The reason I am up is that the air conditioning unit doesn’t work. Instead there is a vent in the room blowing air , this air has a stench. This is simply not a the quality i had expected from a hotel in Gulberg. I have asked 5 times for our room to be f cleaned today and to be provided with clean towels and toilet paper. My requests were simply ignored. The rooms are really outdated. The bathrooms are much worse. They do not even have the basic shampoo and shower gels you would expect from a hotel which advertises it self as exceptional. The smell is now unbearable. I have a sour throat and deeply regret booking this hotel. For me it’s not my first visit to Lahore. For my friends it is and they will not be coming again. So far we have stayed in such amazing hotels with amazing staff reaching out to make your stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. This is not the case with Park Lane, most of the staff just stare at you. As a foreigner, this hotel has made me feel like I’m not wanted in Pakistan. The breakfast consists of mainly a lunch menu with limited items for foreigners like a continental breakfast. There is no coffee facilities in room or at breakfast. The pillows are soo hard and big you get neck strain. If you are thinking of booking this hotel , DO NOT , save your health , money and insanity . There are some amazing Hotels in Lahore or a fraction of the cost. Also internet is terrible , disconnects every couple of minutes

Che bella sorpresa questo posto era. Super pulito, grande attrezzatura, personale attento, grandi scelte di colazione. Che combinazione. Stavo tre notti, passeggiando facilmente alle visione storiche ho avuto servizio in camera una sera che era una delle migliori cibi che avevo in Pakistan - super delizioso.

”This is a nice place to stay in indigo height hotel &suites .Clean environment with excellent customer care and service. Security is good and staff is humble, active and responsive.The rooms were outstanding with cold ac. Lovely well spoken staff. Rates are reasonable.

We stayed at the Residency for 4 nights this winter. I was impressed by the cleanliness and excellent service of the hotel and would gladly recommend it. Our room, number 202, was large, clean and well proportioned, the heating/ac unit maintained an excellent temperature. There was a balcony but the weather was too cold to go outside. Above all, the service was what made the Residency excel. The staff was amazing and attentive to every detail. When we asked for a pillow change, it was immediately brought to us. In fact, if anything needed attending, they were there right away. We were part of a large wedding group and the staff accommodated our many evenings of chai in the lobby with a smile. Kudos to them for making our stay fun. If there is any improvement that I would recommend, it would be a full-length mirror in the room with brighter room lighting to dress with, a little updated touches and some movie channels for those relaxing evenings ordering room service (we loved the tomato soup). Nonetheless, overall, well done
