Pros: Our stay at Piece Lio was decent overall. The aesthetics matched the pictures online, and the studio was spacious with a lovely balcony view overlooking the rainforest. I really appreciated the Dyson hairdryer in the room, which made things much easier with long hair. The staff were friendly, polite, and kind, thank you guys! Cons: There were some small issues in the room, such as paint patches peeling off and small holes near the window shutters, which need attention, especially for a fairly new hotel. The biggest disappointment was discovering that there is no gym or spa, even though both are listed in the hotel’s description. This may not be a big deal for everyone, but it was for us since we had planned our trip around maintaining our fitness and relaxation routine. Instead, guests are given access to facilities within the same hospitality group. The gym and spa are located offsite, about 15 minutes away in town. While the hotel provides free shuttle service to and from that location, the drive feels much longer than expected due to island roads. The gym is small with basic equipment, and the spa, called Rituals Health and Spa, felt old and in need of renovation. Breakfast was average and not really to our liking. It was also inconvenient because most restaurants at Lio Beach do not open until around 10 a.m., leaving limited early morning options. We ended up eating at another nearby hotel restaurant, Molave, which was the only one open at that time. One of the staff members incorrectly told us there were other options available earlier, which suggests a need for better training and communication. Another issue was with a pre-booked van ride to one of the beaches. We had confirmed it via WhatsApp, but when we went downstairs, the staff had no record of it. To their credit, they handled the situation professionally and offered us a free one-way ride to make up for the inconvenience. Overall: The staff were warm and helpful, but management needs to improve communication, training, and most importantly, the accuracy of the facilities listed online. It feels misleading to advertise a gym and spa that are not actually part of the hotel. The lack of an in-house restaurant was also inconvenient, especially when you want a quick meal without leaving the property. If the hotel eventually adds its own spa and gym, it would be a much better experience. We did recommend it to friends for a short stay before their flight, but I would not suggest booking it if your priority is having fitness and spa facilities in one place. Overall, would return it they added the facilities! P.S. there’s cats! I’m not a cats person so it was a little uncomfortable to have them downstairs in the lobby area .

AUG 2025- BEAUTIFUL weather to celebrate 50th Birthday in Paradise. Top-notch hospitality, warmth, and exceptional service!! I am long overdue in sharing my review, but I am excited to share my experience. My husband booked Seda Lio for my 50th birthday celebration. From the moment they picked us up from the airport in a golf buggy , which my boys loved, to the front desk, where we were greeted with drinks and a wonderful welcome, we knew we were in for a exceptional time. The service was unparalleled, led by Miggy, Devine, and their team. They upgraded us to a beautiful and spacious suite, closest to the beach. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and I must mention the delicious Taho and exceptional service provided by Jason and his team (forgot to mention the lady that served our table across the main door who was equally exceptional as well ). I received birthday cake greetings twice during breakfast, courtesy of Jason who made sure I blew my cake before we went for Island hopping, and again during dinner. Kuya Eddie was remarkable, making us feel safe during our island adventure and taking my sons snorkeling.And made my sons coconut palm hat. Seda Lio exceeded my expectations, making my 50th birthday celebration truly unforgettable. Thank you, and I cant wait to return to paradise.. 5 ⭐️

Mio marito e io abbiamo festeggiato il nostro secondo anniversario a Cauayan. Abbiamo preso in considerazione altri resort, ma abbiamo sicuramente fatto la scelta giusta. L'isola è semplicemente mozzafiato! Siamo stati accolti calorosamente dal personale dell'hotel e accompagnati alla nostra splendida villa. Mio marito ha organizzato un tour privato delle isole di El Nido, dove abbiamo finito per visitare circa 7 punti con la nostra guida che ha anche fatto da fotografo (ha anche scattato foto e video fantastici). In termini di cibo, la colazione a buffet offriva un'ampia scelta di cibi. Per pranzo/cena, abbiamo apprezzato tutto ciò che abbiamo ordinato (anche se alcuni sono davvero molto piccanti, quindi prendete nota). Il personale del bar può preparare drink fantastici in base al vostro umore e capriccio. Ho particolarmente apprezzato la spa e avrei voluto prenotare un massaggio molto più lungo. Il nostro soggiorno sull'isola è diventato molto più significativo quando abbiamo assistito al rilascio delle tartarughe marine embricate nell'oceano... Per quanto tutto ciò sia straordinario, la parte migliore del nostro soggiorno a Cauayan è il personale cordiale e attento al cliente. Danno priorità alle esigenze dei clienti, hanno sempre un sorriso sul volto e hanno reso il nostro soggiorno a El Nido memorabile. Grazie Cauayan e torneremo sicuramente per un'altra fantastica esperienza sulla vostra isola!

Se vuoi stare lontano da Zhuang, cercare la fonte esterna di Zhuang, qui è la migliore scelta  servizio di gestione intero. Qualsiasi richiesta risponde secondo all'hotel con nuove strutture e grandi strutture. We stayed for a night at this hidden villa, and it felt like a true home away from home. The staff were incredibly kind and respectful, providing excellent service that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The food was a highlight—absolutely delicious, with a healthy breakfast offered in the morning. You can even request a floating breakfast, which added a special touch to the experience. While the villa is tucked away down a short gravel road, the peaceful and private setting made it worth the effort. The villa is kid-friendly, but families should be cautious around the tiled swimming pool area. There’s no TV, so if you’re traveling with children, make sure their devices are charged. Fortunately, the Wi-Fi is strong and reliable. Overall, it was a lovely, relaxing stay with amazing food and warm hospitality. We highly recommend this villa for a cozy and memorable getaway.

Abbiamo apprezzato molto il nostro soggiorno all'Huni Lio. Tutto il personale è disponibile, pronto ad assistervi e a soddisfare ogni vostra esigenza. Personale cordiale e servizio impeccabile. Ottimi servizi, piscina pulita e spiaggia per ammirare il tramonto. Adoriamo la colazione con un menù diverso ogni giorno, consigliamo vivamente i loro drink e la pizza per l'happy hour. Se cercate un alloggio tranquillo, questo è il posto giusto, non c'è bisogno di andare in città perché c'è un bellissimo villaggio con ottimi ristoranti, bar e negozi nelle vicinanze. La città di El Nido è raggiungibile in circa 15 minuti con il triciclo, al costo di 300 pesos al giorno. Consiglio vivamente questo posto e se mai dovessi tornare a El Nido, ci tornerò!

From the moment we left the port, our Matinloc experience already felt special. The boat ride was smooth, and the boatmen immediately assisted us with our luggage. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Ms. Jam from FO/Reservations, who gave us a friendly tour and clear briefing. Even before the trip, Reservations Manager Ms. Jeannette had already been very responsive to my emails, making the planning stress-free. Our VIP villa, perched on a cliff, offered an astounding view that raised the standard of our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the generous souvenirs and hygiene kits provided. The staff were consistently attentive and polite special thanks to FO Supervisor Ms. Jhona and their Korean General Manager for adding to the warm and welcoming atmosphere. Highlights of our stay included the refreshing fresh fruit shakes, fun water activities, the amazing walking path lined with century-old trees, and of course, the delicious food (their pizza was a standout). The WiFi was surprisingly fast..even powered by Starlink at the port. We also appreciated the thoughtful gesture of staff recommending where to get beers in town since they don’t sell alcohol on-site. Matinloc truly combines paradise-like views with genuine hospitality. Maraming salamat to the whole team for making this my best El Nido stay so far.. I would gladly return a hundred times over.

Molto bello luogo con sorprendente sorgente solare. L'hotel glambling è nuovo e stanno ancora finindo di costruirlo, quindi ci sono stati alcuni problemi sia con le camere (sala chiusa senza una carta adeguata ma una chiave molto dura e strana, il faucet del bagno instabile e l'acqua calda nel doccia con un molto insolito Il personale che ha chiesto più volte se avessimo già pagato la stanza con Trip e chiesto prova di pagamento. Offriamo un servizio di navetta gratuito per la città, ma si deve aspettare un po' di solito. In alternativa, quando tornerai all'hotel avrai bisogno di camminare fino a un po' di strada, perché il camion camion non sarà in grado di venire tutto il cammino, ma non è troppo male) Prestano anche un asciugamano gratuito che si può portare con voi ad altre spiagge. Non pulivano la stanza ogni giorno e hanno detto che il servizio doveva essere richiesto perché non entrerebbero in camera senza il permesso. Inoltre la ricezione non è aperta 24 ore, che è un po' inconveniente e chiederebbero di fare un testo su cosa. Per il prezzo pagato e considerato quanto costoso fosse per le Filippine, avrei aspettato meno questioni, ma lo consiglierei ancora per un piacevole soggiorno in el nido.

Questo è un po 'di un posto speciale. L'hotel è aperto alla propria spiaggia privata. E' molto isolato da tutto ciò che può essere bello se non vuoi lasciare l'hotel. Volevamo andare in città qualche sera, e questo è un po' di sfida.Prima devi prendere un golf car (che corre solo fino alle 10 pm) e poi cambiare in un triciclo. Le tricicli non andranno direttamente all'hotel perché l'ultima parte della strada è troppo forte e ventosa. L'altra opzione è andare lungo la spiaggia per 20 minuti invece di usare la macchina da golf per l'ultima parte, che abbiamo fatto poche volte. Non è troppo pericoloso, ma ci sono cani scomparsi. Il cibo nel ristorante dell'hotel era italiano e tutto a posto, niente di sorprendente. Il servizio non era grande. Due donne sembravano sapere come gestire un hotel, ma il resto del personale era piuttosto inutile. Spesso sembravano irritati, anche quando abbiamo appena ordinato cibo. Una volta abbiamo chiesto di quella zipline che è letteralmente la porta accanto e non sapevano nulla di esso (prezzo, tempo, come arrivare lì). Ci hanno organizzato una visita, che era grande, ma hanno sbagliato la prenotazione in qualche modo, così il tour guide pensava che fossimo solo due persone invece di quattro, che portavano a meno cibo per pranzo, e poi ci hanno addirittura caricato di più per la visita. La nostra stanza era buona. Puli e senza bug. Sì, puoi sentire tutto, ma non ci importava. La stanza era fatta solo su richiesta. L'intera zona è bella, ma ci sono state alcune cose che ci hanno disturbato, quindi non tornerei.
