La camera è spaziosa, il set di cortesia è ottimo e la vista mare è splendida. Il servizio è impeccabile a tutti i livelli, sia al ristorante che con il resto del personale. C'è una spiaggia privata che, sebbene richieda un piccolo spostamento in navetta, offre la possibilità di nuotare e rilassarsi in totale sicurezza. Anche le strutture come la piscina e la spa sono di altissimo livello.

The service is flawless—attentive, warm, and genuinely thoughtful without ever feeling intrusive. The rooms are extremely comfortable, beautifully designed, and perfectly suited for a slow, restorative stay. The surrounding nature is stunning, and the resort feels well integrated into its landscape, which adds a lot to the overall experience. We stayed in December, and despite it being winter, the atmosphere was still incredibly pleasant and charming. The main pool does not operate in winter, but honestly, it doesn’t feel like a drawback at all—there is so much more to the property than the pool. Breakfast deserves a special mention: it is excellent, with high-quality ingredients and great variety. I highly recommend trying breakfast in different restaurants during your stay, as each offers a slightly different experience. Overall, Halekulani Okinawa is a refined, serene, and beautifully executed resort. A perfect choice for those who value comfort, service, and atmosphere over loud entertainment—even in the winter season.

The check in was very easy, as was finding the location along of the villa on the beach. The condo/villa is absolutely stunning with a view of the ocean that cannot be beat. We appreciated the gorgeous sunsets, the pool and soaking tub on the 2nd floor balcony, and the outstanding views of the beach and island (Yojima) in the distance. The beds were some of the most comfortable we slept in while in Japan. We deeply appreciated the amenities - breakfast and food delivery (sausages, veggies, fresh bread, eggs and drinks) upon arrival, and found the layout of the house was fantastic for our family of 5. With two sleeping areas downstairs (kids), and an upstairs master bedroom (parents), we had MORE than enough space. One thing we would have liked about the location description online is an understanding that there is VERY little near by in terms of restaurants, convenience stores, etc. Depending on the weather, not much is walkable within 15-20 minutes. We ate at the Taco Rice restaurant, and walked 30 minutes to a local supermarket, and we drove the other places we needed to go. Also, the general impression we got from the website was that you can access the beach directly from the villa - sort of a, ”walk out to the sand” idea. You cannot. There is a 6-foot wall that separates the bottom floor of the villa with the actual beach area (needed for water level rising during storms, we get that :))... but there is no way down without jumping, nor a path to the beach (from our #3/C Villa, at least). We ended up jumping down the retaining wall using their small gate, walking around to a local business area that had a clear path, and accessing the beach that way. This was fine, don't get me wrong. Also, while the view is spectacular (and it really is), there is a TON of rebar from a former construction project (unfinished, we asked around) that sticks up out of the ocean at low, or extremely low tide (both of which we experienced while visiting - the extremely low tide happens each new/full moon, we were told). When this occurs, the beach stretches for 550 yards. We were able to ”walk and explore” (careful of course of the coral!), but for 1.5 days, we had a view of tons and tons of rebar sticking straight out of the sand, that stretched for 100s of yards in each direction. Again, this did not ruin anything, but it would be nice to know when booking a pricey room. I think the views are outstanding, given the timing you take the photo :) Overall, we would likely not stay again for the price, but it was a relaxing and splurge-y way to get that Okinawa sunset in at the end of long trip (5 weeks) in Japan. We are grateful for this adventure and my shared experience in this review is simply to help families understand more about the property. We traveled in mid-July. Thank you!

La piscina è aperta solo ad aprile, il che è un peccato! Ogni camera ha il suo microonde, il che è molto comodo! Il personale di servizio è molto cordiale! Ma a questo prezzo, i servizi sono davvero monotoni: la piscina (se non aperta significa no) e il balcone hanno la loro vasca da bagno! Costano 6.000-7.000 dollari taiwanesi a notte! Anche altri hotel offrono servizi simili per 3.000! Solo che non c'è la vasca da bagno sul balcone! Quindi, in termini di rapporto qualità-prezzo, personalmente non lo consiglio! Non è vero che è un hotel del gruppo Star Wild, le strutture e le attrezzature dure sono molto buone, e la piscina è ancora calda, i bambini sono super amati!E ogni stanza ha lavastoviglie, super grande è adatto per i passeggeri con la famiglia.L'unico person a che si sente il servizio di stallo è molto timido.

È molto pulito e ha un valore CP molto alto. In ogni caso, è più simile a un appartamento con servizi che a un hotel. La porta è dotata di una serratura elettronica con password, che vi darà la sensazione di vivere in una residenza giapponese! Anche se la zona non è molto vivace, c'è ancora Lawson. L'hotel dispone di un bar con servizio di caffetteria gratuito e, un po' più lontano, si trovano alcuni ristoranti. Dista circa 15 minuti di auto dal centro di Nago. Dopo cena torno sempre in albergo per riposarmi. È molto comodo andare all'acquario il giorno dopo. La vasca da bagno super grande è comodissima per fare il bagno. Forniscono anche secchi per i pannolini e recinti per i bambini, il che è davvero premuroso!

Un hotel molto grande, pulito e bellissimo. Puoi vedere delfini, razze e persino tartarughe marine nell'hotel (da vicino). Ha anche una spiaggia e una piscina private. C'è anche un negozio di souvenir al primo piano conveniente Inoltre, ci sono zuppa di noodle e colazione a buffet nella hall. Il riso al curry e gli hamburger di hot dog venduti a bordo piscina sono entrambi deliziosi! È stato fantastico! La posizione è comodissima. Il posto è molto pittoresco. I prodotti cosmetici in camera sono di alta qualità (Byredo). Il mare è cristallino. Non c'è molta gente. I lettini sono sufficienti per tutti. Il servizio è molto buono. Torneremo la prossima volta.

Il servizio è stato fantastico! Ogni angolo della camera d'albergo e la zona bagno sono pulitissimi. Potrei dire che la zona bagno era persino più pulita della maggior parte delle case. La potenza del soffione della doccia era incredibilmente forte, potevo lavarmi i capelli due volte più velocemente rispetto alle docce normali! Il parcheggio era enorme e comodo. La camera da letto era super accogliente, anche i letti erano comodi, ma se avete bisogno di spazio extra per la vostra famiglia, c'è un futon extra che potete usare (anche se dovete chiedere alla reception e pagare). Nel complesso mi è piaciuto molto soggiornare. Sono rimasto sorpreso durante il mio soggiorno, c'erano pochissimi clienti, il che ha reso la mia esperienza in bagno ancora più piacevole.
