Uno dei migliori alberghi a Onna, personale fantastico, area piscina stupenda, ottimi servizi.

Un sorriso sincero e un servizio attento da parte del personale vi faranno sentire come a casa, godendovi la rinfrescante baia e una cucina deliziosa. Le opzioni per la colazione includono un menù fisso occidentale, un menù fisso giapponese e un buffet. I menù fissi richiedono più tempo per essere serviti, ma il buffet non prevede attese dopo le 9:00 e offre un'ampia varietà. Un resort a cinque stelle con tre piscine (a sfioro, grande e per bambini) e una piccola piscina per bambini. Il personale fornisce asciugamani e acqua in bottiglia sui lettini a bordo piscina, con possibilità di consumare cibo a pagamento. La spiaggia privata è raggiungibile in 10 minuti a piedi. Le camere sono pulite, confortevoli e ideali per un soggiorno di un'intera giornata. Si consiglia di rimanere almeno due giorni per godere appieno dell'atmosfera e dei servizi dell'hotel. È comunque possibile usufruire dei servizi anche dopo il check-out, il che è un vantaggio. Trasporti: È necessario raggiungere l'hotel in auto (parcheggio a pagamento: 1500 JPY al giorno).

ハナレの一棟をまるまる借りるプランで宿泊。気楽に過ごせました。 タオルは指示し従って朝に表に出しておけば回収して交換してくれます。 ゴミの回収も同じ要領でやってくれました。 バスタブはないですが、シャワーで事足りる方は十分かと。 最低限の調理器具は揃ってたので自炊も可能ですが、調味料や油などは準備がなかったので用意しておくと良いかと思います。 ネット回線は少し弱いように感じました。 出入り口の目の前に駐車場があるので、出入りも楽でした。 ロフト付きでしたが、ロフトは使わずじまいでした。 ダイニングテーブルが少し低く、椅子もないのが惜しいところ。 集落の頂上付近にありました。

The check in was very easy, as was finding the location along of the villa on the beach. The condo/villa is absolutely stunning with a view of the ocean that cannot be beat. We appreciated the gorgeous sunsets, the pool and soaking tub on the 2nd floor balcony, and the outstanding views of the beach and island (Yojima) in the distance. The beds were some of the most comfortable we slept in while in Japan. We deeply appreciated the amenities - breakfast and food delivery (sausages, veggies, fresh bread, eggs and drinks) upon arrival, and found the layout of the house was fantastic for our family of 5. With two sleeping areas downstairs (kids), and an upstairs master bedroom (parents), we had MORE than enough space. One thing we would have liked about the location description online is an understanding that there is VERY little near by in terms of restaurants, convenience stores, etc. Depending on the weather, not much is walkable within 15-20 minutes. We ate at the Taco Rice restaurant, and walked 30 minutes to a local supermarket, and we drove the other places we needed to go. Also, the general impression we got from the website was that you can access the beach directly from the villa - sort of a, ”walk out to the sand” idea. You cannot. There is a 6-foot wall that separates the bottom floor of the villa with the actual beach area (needed for water level rising during storms, we get that :))... but there is no way down without jumping, nor a path to the beach (from our #3/C Villa, at least). We ended up jumping down the retaining wall using their small gate, walking around to a local business area that had a clear path, and accessing the beach that way. This was fine, don't get me wrong. Also, while the view is spectacular (and it really is), there is a TON of rebar from a former construction project (unfinished, we asked around) that sticks up out of the ocean at low, or extremely low tide (both of which we experienced while visiting - the extremely low tide happens each new/full moon, we were told). When this occurs, the beach stretches for 550 yards. We were able to ”walk and explore” (careful of course of the coral!), but for 1.5 days, we had a view of tons and tons of rebar sticking straight out of the sand, that stretched for 100s of yards in each direction. Again, this did not ruin anything, but it would be nice to know when booking a pricey room. I think the views are outstanding, given the timing you take the photo :) Overall, we would likely not stay again for the price, but it was a relaxing and splurge-y way to get that Okinawa sunset in at the end of long trip (5 weeks) in Japan. We are grateful for this adventure and my shared experience in this review is simply to help families understand more about the property. We traveled in mid-July. Thank you!

Posto fantastico per una vacanza in famiglia. Dispone di parcheggio privato e piscina. Ci siamo stati durante il tifone, quindi abbiamo potuto trascorrere del tempo nuotando e rilassandoci in hotel. Un'unica nota negativa: uno dei membri dello staff maschile del ristorante non è stato molto gentile e disponibile.

Il servizio è buono, la camera è pulita, c'è una lavanderia gratuita su ogni piano, molte attività nell'hotel

Personale eccellente che ci ha ospitato così bene. La colazione e la cena a buffet erano le migliori!

L'hotel di vecchio stile, ho affittato una camera da letto giapponese e una camera doppia.Ma il posto è grande, ci sono molti piatti di cibo sulla strada, l'altra parte è il negozio conveniente, ci sono grandi aree di gioco vicino e parcheggio.L'altra parte è collegata alla nave da immersione.Se va in estate, sarà conveniente. Il cameriere è molto buono, la colazione gratuita 🍳 è molto bella e caratteristica.Questo prezzo appartiene al rapporto qualità/prezzo.

I got so many problems during the check in session and I was really disappointed about the arrangement. I did not received any check in guideline from the hotel before the check in day. When I arrived the location, i released that it is a residential apartment. I called the hotel hotline for help, a lady picked up my call, but claimed no one can speak English. She insisted no one can help me for check in. I called her 4 times, and also keep sending an email and messages asked for a check in guideline, but still no one can help. I can only called Trip.com CS for help, and it was already 00:00 at midnight. I was with my 6 year old son, hang out on the street. Under the assistance from Trip.com, with over 10 calls back and forth, I can finally got in the room, but it's already 2:30am. I spent 3 hours to check in the room.
