Hotel a Thane con piscina

Excellent is one word that sums up our stay. Right from the location to the staff to the rooms to the food. Peaceful location within the city, yet seems miles away from it. The trek organised by the hotel is truly worth it and a must do. The meals are excellent…multi course meals with different cuisines. Staff is very helpful and forever smiling. Rooms are pretty well designed. Overall the property has small design touches which truly delight. Perfect weekend retreat. The live music on Saturday nights was a great experience…the singer was excellent. Highly recommend. Will return for sure.

Poco rumoroso isolato tra le camere. La stanza dei vicini era inciampata dalla musica e cantava tardi nella notte. La prima chiamata alla ricezione non ha portato ad alcuna azione. La seconda chiamata 15 minuti dopo, con un tono irritante, ha portato a una visita del personale e a una riduzione del rumore. Durante il controllo, la ricezione cercava di far venire il direttore e scusarsi, ma il direttore invece chiese quanto il cliente pagava per la stanza e si rifiutò di uscire, invece di lasciare la ricezione per rispondere alle denunce. Comportamento patetico e non simpatico del direttore.

The front desk service and room service person are very kindly. The location is near the stadium and have a nice view of stadium. The only con is the room has another door near the wall of TV .This door is for big family members to easily access the next door's room avoid corridor . But it could hear the next door room child crying very clear from my room at night. My suggestion is not give such room type to families with kids if they cloud not take both 2 rooms.

Il soggiorno era piacevole, e il personale era molto cortese. Il cibo era delizioso. Il soggiorno era tranquillo, e l'atmosfera era sorprendente.
