Our family stayed for three days, including our infant. The hotel was in a convenient location with plenty of options for dining outside. The hotel’s food was also good, though a bit pricey. The complimentary breakfast had a wide variety of options and was enjoyable. The staff were friendly and courteous, making our stay pleasant. The rooms were clean and tidy, and both room service and housekeeping were prompt. However, on one occasion, we left our key card at the reception for housekeeping while we went out, but when we returned at 2 PM, the room had not been cleaned. After calling the reception, they promptly sent the housekeeping team to take care of it. Overall, it was a great experience.

Tutto è bello, pulito e lussuoso. memorie inoltrabili.Se devo visitare di nuovo Mumbai, assicuratevi di rimanere di nuovo qui.La pulizia è magnifica. Mi fanno sentire meno preoccupato per il bagno.Non sono una fregata di pulizia, ma mi sento ancora male se un hotel ha una sporca vasca da bagno. La colazione è deliziosa e di alta qualità.Mi fa sentire colpito dal patrimonio indiano.Mi fa sentire vicino alla gente indiana, grazie all'hotel.Tutto è gentile e ben addestrato. Location is good and on main road. Hotel cleanliness is better than all nearby hotels. Food is also amazing as it's the same Shikara Hotel staff.

Pros: 1. Location is next to train and bus stop. 2. Neat and clean 3. Staff friendly 4. Restaurant downstairs Cons: 1. Limited parking I recommend stay in this hotel.

Rooms had a weird smell plus no ventilation at all, no windows. Also it was hard to find the hotel as there is no sign or boards to guide. Only good thing was the proximity to dy patil and turbhe station.

Tutto era buono, eccetto la stanza, ma inizialmente non era pulito, non era vicino al segno e la stanza post-communicazione era pulita e poi poteva rimanere lì.

Location, food and amenities is very good. Service was not up to mark after me giving up the first review, and after the gm taking the step, everything was very fine and better, but this has to be taken care at the first concern itself, not after reporting to the senior
