Hotel a Kos con piscina

Il personale era molto amichevole e il resort era sorprendente: il personale organizzava una torta di compleanno con candele e una lettera per mia sorella senza essere stato precedentemente informato del compleanno. Abbiamo chiesto consigli per il suo compleanno e siamo tornati a trovare torta e carta di compleanno. Abbiamo fatto un volo tardivo, quindi il personale ha raccolto i bagagli dalle camere e si è rifornito in modo sicuro, permettendoci di continuare a utilizzare le strutture del resort, anche in grado di docciare e rinfrescarsi nella sala di partenza prima di arrivare all'aeroporto. In generale, una grande esperienza, sicuramente ritornerebbe.

L'hotel è un grande vantaggio, in quanto luogo centrale.Un hotel nuovo e confortevole.Personale, caldo e amorevole.Per pulizia, ha ricevuto una nota completa da me e dalla mia famiglia. Ci sono delle specie che vi faranno sentire nel vostro paese. Le famiglie possono preferire con la tranquillità. E nel prossimo periodo, mi fermero' gli occhi e prenotero' di nuovo qui.

The hotel’s beach was very beautiful, and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Only a woman and a man working at the bar in the morning were unfriendly. The service was excellent. The food was fresh and tasty, and having fish every day was perfect for me. The daily cleaning and towel changes were great, because in other places I visited in Greece, they only did it once a week. Having it done daily made me happy. The only thing I didn’t like was that the rooms weren’t soundproof, so children in the upstairs and next-door rooms were playing with balls and dragging furniture, which was quite disturbing. Overall, I left satisfied. Thank you, Mistis Family Village.

Great place for families with children. The hotel, amenities, food and rooms were amazing. We would have given 5 stars for service as all staff were really lovely, but getting the al la carte restaurant booked for our 8 family members took some time and there was a couple push backs from staff. Although, they did eventually fit us in, which was well worth going. Food excellent in the Italian restaurant.

Positives: We stayed in a Bungalow Family Room which was spacious, beautifully designed, and had a lovely outdoor area. It was quiet and peaceful. Towels were changed and bins emptied daily. The hotel is perfect for families with younger children (up to about 8 years old). We went with two boys (4 and 8), and they loved it. The two slides kept them entertained, and the beach bar was excellent—always cocktails and snacks available. There were plenty of sun loungers, especially on the beach, with no need to wake up early to reserve. That made the stay very relaxing. The entertainment team was great—friendly, not pushy, and always offering activities. They were amazing with children, and the mini disco was the best we’ve seen so far, with all the staff putting their heart into it. Evening entertainment suited all ages, and we especially enjoyed the beach party. Negatives: While most of the staff were lovely and smiley, the reception team was disappointing (except the lady who did our check in efficiently on the evening we arrived and explained everything). On several occasions when I asked questions, they seemed abrupt and in a hurry, even when no one else was waiting. The biggest drawback was the food. It really needs improvement and is the main reason for the lower rating. Most meats were dry, with little variety. Even simple dishes like Greek salad were below standard. The buffet was very pork-heavy, which made it difficult for us on some days since we don’t usually eat pork. Desserts were the worst part, mostly inedible, just cream and jelly-like options. The wine was also very low quality. Another issue was cleanliness of the public bathrooms, especially those near the pool. They were not well maintained, and I even saw a cockroach in one of them. Our room also had these tiny worm like snakes (apparently harmless and called ”blind snakes”) We first thought it was one that lost her way but we ended up finding one or two everyday and getting them out. We did ask someone to come and sort it out, but they told us they were harmless and didn't do anything other than getting them out. We love the sustainability concept and appreciate that they grow their own vegetables, but unfortunately, we didn’t see this reflected in the meals. It made us wonder if it might be a bit of a waste of time and money, since the menu didn’t seem to highlight those fresh, organic fruits and vegetables. As a whole, we felt everything about the hotel except the food was great but on this basis, we wouldn't come again.

Questo hotel potrebbe essere al massimo con pochi vinci rapidi. La sua posizione è fantastica e la pulizia di tutte le strutture è secondaria a nessuna. Tuttavia, si lascia indesiderato. Si sono effettuate recensioni sulle docce che causano pavimenti bagnati nel bagno. Una migliore testa di doccia e una riduzione della pressione dell'acqua potevano eliminare il problema e risparmiare l'hotel sui costi dell'acqua. Il sostituzione giornaliera dei gel di doccia dovrebbe essere non negoziabile. Infine, il colazione è un po' sgombrato: nessuna parte della casa, nessuna tavola di pulizia, nessuna macchina da caffè di scarsa qualità e un secondo cibo di seconda quota.

Очень приятный отель, у которого есть только один недостаток, который, впрочем, можно одновременно считать и достоинством: он находится немного в стороне от ближайшего городка Мастехери. Добираться пешком в светлое время суток легко и приятно: вдоль моря ведет красивая тропа. Но вот после наступления темноту придется ехать или на такси, или идти по темноте. Тропа вдоль моря и частично проход по дороге не освещаются. В отеле всегда вкусный и очень разнообразный завтрак ”шведский стол”. К сожалению, я многое не ем, но то, что все же ем, мне очень нравится. Есть и разные виды омлетов, много овощей, грибы, оливки, фрукты, закусочные бутербродики с помидорами и сыром (высший пилотаж!). Это из того, что я ем)) А еще - много всякой выпечки, пирожных, сосиски, ветчина... Короче, голодным никто точно не уйдет, даже я со своими ограничениями и диетами😄 Номера уютные, чистые, на ресепшн приятные, вежливые работники. Территория красивая, бассейн огромный, как зеркало, повсюду живописные пальмы. Море рядом, пляж шикарный, закаты показывают каждый вечер по расписанию один лучше другого) P.S. Опять больше всего про еду получилось🤣

I was given a lovely room on the first floor overlooking the main street and the marina. There is a lift. The pool is lovely but not much shade. The breakfast is great. It's a very convenient location within walking distance to the port and the main part of town. Heaps of restaurants around and a Spar across the street. The cafe area is lovely and there's lots of room at Reception to wait after checkout. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay there again.
