Hotel sul mare a Kos

My rating is 10 out of 10. Food was very very delicious and fresh, room was clean, staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel facilities were really great, several pools one next to the beach was very long along the shore. Two simultaneous activities every evening one at the bar, one at the amphitheater. We definitely recommend to stay.

The hotel’s beach was very beautiful, and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Only a woman and a man working at the bar in the morning were unfriendly. The service was excellent. The food was fresh and tasty, and having fish every day was perfect for me. The daily cleaning and towel changes were great, because in other places I visited in Greece, they only did it once a week. Having it done daily made me happy. The only thing I didn’t like was that the rooms weren’t soundproof, so children in the upstairs and next-door rooms were playing with balls and dragging furniture, which was quite disturbing. Overall, I left satisfied. Thank you, Mistis Family Village.

This accommodation is an excellent choice, located right in the city center with easy access to everything. The bed is comfortable, and if you book a room with a balcony, you’ll enjoy a stunning view of both the city and the sea. The staff are kind and very accommodating, making the stay even more pleasant. The breakfast is satisfying, offering a good English breakfast. Rooms are clean with a strong shower, even on the fourth floor, and the air conditioning works perfectly. The place also embraces sustainability, providing basic but pleasant-smelling toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap. Overall, it’s a fantastic stay — I’ll definitely return and highly recommend it to others.

Great place for families with children. The hotel, amenities, food and rooms were amazing. We would have given 5 stars for service as all staff were really lovely, but getting the al la carte restaurant booked for our 8 family members took some time and there was a couple push backs from staff. Although, they did eventually fit us in, which was well worth going. Food excellent in the Italian restaurant.

Questo hotel potrebbe essere al massimo con pochi vinci rapidi. La sua posizione è fantastica e la pulizia di tutte le strutture è secondaria a nessuna. Tuttavia, si lascia indesiderato. Si sono effettuate recensioni sulle docce che causano pavimenti bagnati nel bagno. Una migliore testa di doccia e una riduzione della pressione dell'acqua potevano eliminare il problema e risparmiare l'hotel sui costi dell'acqua. Il sostituzione giornaliera dei gel di doccia dovrebbe essere non negoziabile. Infine, il colazione è un po' sgombrato: nessuna parte della casa, nessuna tavola di pulizia, nessuna macchina da caffè di scarsa qualità e un secondo cibo di seconda quota.

La ricezione e la casa sono bellissimi e accoglienti, ma le camere sono antiquate e non sono sicuramente 4/5 stella.  I bagni sono mal progettati dove l'acqua si trova sul pavimento e lo inonda.

Proprio di fronte ai traghetti, a 300 e 100 metri a destra e a sinistra, si trova il mercato di cibo e bevande. Un hotel pulitissimo. È disponibile anche una stanza dove potrete lasciare i bagagli per il check-in anticipato e il check-out posticipato.

Pros sono Posizione è eccellente e Valore per soldi. Old hotel. Colazione gratuita inizia 7:00. Sul sito web detto può dare colazione precoce o qualcosa da prendere se il checkout precoce ma apparentemente non è vero, quindi si prega di correggere il sito.

Had to request a more silent room as there was a noisy roof equipment. The restaurant was more like a ”cafeteria ” self service buffet than a restaurant. Wine distributor like beers distributors.

It was a simple and cheap hotel with breakfast included, situated right în front of Marina and some km from center.
