UUtente anonimoI am a customer living in 407 on 9th of November in Holiday Inn Express & Suites Calgary NW - University Area, an IHG Hotel.
. I am writing to complain the lady on the front desk. She treated me not respectful. When we checked in, I am asking if we have hot spring, she replied several what? And correct me “hot tub” such as I am lack of knowledge.
Later, I want to use Landry room and change dollars with them. They gave me several two dollars, and the washing machines only accept 1 dollars, which they should have known at first place. So I went back to the front desk to ask for 1 dollars again. And at that time. There is one guy lining in front of another front desk server. And the lady was answering the phone. So I naturally stood in front of her desk and waited for her. And I asked her to change 1 dollars for me since they didn’t know. And then she asked me” don’t u notice there is a line? You should wait after it.” So I was so embarrassed to find out I cut in line.
So if she is really mindful about me cutting in line, Why not telling me to wait after? Or just remind me in a more respectful way assuming I really don’t know there is a line? Either way will have same effect and I would be acknowledged in a not embarrassing way. And again, the washing machine only accept 1 dollar and they did not know, is their job dereliction.
I am very concerned how your service match up with your high level of fees.

E' iniziato quando il desk front non riusciva a trovare la nostra prenotazione - due volte ! (anche se un telefono è stato chiamato 2 ore prima di accedere). Doveva prendere la licenza del mio conducente e andare “alloggiare qualcuno in fondo” - poi è tornato (dopo 2 o così
La prenotazione era stata trovata, senza riuscire a farlo, senza alcuna spiegazione.
La guardia del desktop ha cercato di farci pagare qualcosa dal bar del snack in camera nostra - avevamo letteralmente lasciato la nostra stanza due minuti prima. Non poteva dirci quale articolo avevamo “consumato” (non avevamo consumato nulla - soprattutto a quei prezzi!) e poi quando ci chiedeva come potevano sapere entro 2 minuti (da noi lasciando la nostra stanza) che un oggetto era stato consumato - sono diventati molto difensivi e non hanno potuto effettivamente rispondere alla domanda di “come sapete cosa ci imputare” e la risposta era “è per la relazione alla fine del giorno - nessuno dice che avete effettivamente preso nulla”. Except that’s exactly what the desk cleark said the charge was going to be for - “an item from the snack bar for a total of $4.20”.
Dopo aver contestato la tassa, ci è stato detto che non sarebbe stato pagato alcun onere sulla carta di credito.
Mi sembrava che avessimo rubato qualcosa quando abbiamo chiesto ulteriori chiarimenti sull'accusa.
“Non vi scusate né vi ringraziate per essere rimasti con noi”.
Delusione.
Nota laterale - il servizio in ****** è stato grande - compreso il ristorante.

MMichelle BillingtonMi piace sempre il mio soggiorno al Deerfoot Inn & ******. Il mio viaggio era quello di andare fuori con mia sorella e catturare le nostre vite. La camera della regina deluxe era spaziosa e accogliente. Ho trovato una tintura sulla foglia superiore quando il coperchio cadde via. Eravamo come una tazza di caffè, ma jeez?! Abbiamo fatto un buffet per cena, e le prime righe e le patate scalpe erano deliziose, così come le altre entrate. Dopo aver mangiato, ci siamo seduti in salotto vicino al ristorante. Mi piacevano le sedie grandi e confortevoli che scelssimo di sedermi, e quando mi sono alzato per usare la stanza delle signore, i miei cuccioli erano fuori per un certo numero di passi, perché le sedie erano troppo basse. Posso suggerire che aggiornano i mobili come ho notato altri ospiti anziani che hanno la stessa questione.

UUtente ospiteOn the website we chose a room with a jacuzzi, but when we checked in, it turned out that the room was given without it. My husband and I were not happy because we expected one thing, but it was completely different. Moreover, the price was higher than a regular room. At the reception, the man did not want to clarify this issue and said that it was all the fault of the people who put false information on the website. There was no tea in the room, only coffee, which I don't drink at all. There was no ordinary water. Also, when we went to bed, we turned on the heat, because the room was cold, but when we woke up in the morning, our noses were stuffy and the air conditioner was working very loudly, and we realized that it was working all night, it was cold. There were no things like bathrobes or slippers in the room, which also outraged us. In general, the hotel did not make a great impression and satisfaction that we would have liked.

UUtente ospiteI booked the suite for my stay and it looked exactly just like how it was advertised. I was impressed by the cleanliness and the cute tiny quirks of the room. The bed was insanely comfortable and the duvet surprisingly kept us warm. Overall this hotel is fantastic. The servers during breakfast were very kind and attentive. 10/10:)

UUtente ospiteThe bed was much too hard. The air conditioning unit kept switching itself from warm to freezing even though I had it on the heat-only setting. The housekeeping team tried to come in and clean my room 45mins before I was scheduled to check-out.
Then my keycard was deactivated 10 minutes before checkout time so I was locked out when I returned from breakfast and had to go down to the front desk to get it fixed. The first lady at reception said she’d reactivated my keycard, so I went back upstairs and was still locked out, and the elevator was far too slow and I didn’t want to get penalised for checking out late, so I had to walk down the stairs (which were very difficult to find!) then a second lady gave me a different, new keycard to get back into my room, then I had to walk back up the stairs again and was finally able to get my luggage and check out. Overall it was a pretty bad experience.

UUtente ospiteI was a bit nervous after reading some other reviews, but I need not have been. My room was spacious, the bed comfy and the pillows plentiful. My 11 year old grandson, who visited during my stay, gives the pool and waterside a huge thumbs up. His mother, sister and I enjoyed the hot tub while he splashed alone.
Breakfast was a bounty! Although I am limited by multiple food allergies, I found more than enough to eat and enjoyed my 2 breakfasts.
When I first arrived in my assigned room, I discovered a tool on the floor and a dismantled A/C unit. Before I had time to wonder, a repairman was at the door, apologetic that I had arrived before he could complete his maintenance. He immediately arranged for me to switch to a different room, and all was well.
Desk staff were all cordial, helpful, friendly. I have absolutely no complaints about my stay and highly recommend others to ignore naysayers and give it a try. I would be happy for a return visit if opportunity arises. Many thanks for a great stay.

UUtente ospiteQuesta è la 2a volta che ho prenotato questo hotel la prima volta marzo dell'anno scorso senza prenotazione online poi ho prenotato attraverso tththrough di quest'anno gennaio 30 a febbraio 3 , ho prenotato questo hotel perché è stato un buon servizio la prima volta che ho prenotato qui e ho avuto entrambi un buon servizio. L'hotel è un buon posto, poiché ha servizio di autobus al centro e centro meridionale che si ferma al chinook #10 & 15 + la linea rossa a somerset e la Toscana con facile trasferimento all'altra linea blu lrt linea a seddletown e 69° fine ovest. Utilizzavo solo il mio hotel per rilassarmi e dormire altri, poi esplorando e visitando la famiglia e gli amici. Il personale di servizio frontale e pulizia era sorprendente 👏. La prossima volta che mi sono recata a Calgary, mi aspettavo una prenotazione da questo tizio per la terza volta.
