Hotel 3 stelle a Calgary

Sono un cliente che vive in 407 il 9 novembre a Holiday Inn Express & Suites Calgary NW - University Area, un hotel IHG. . Sono scritto per lamentarmi della signora sul desk front. Mi ha trattato con rispetto. Quando ci siamo accolti, chiedo se abbiamo una primavera calda, lei ha risposto diverse cosa? E correggermi “tubo caldo” come mancanza di conoscenza. Poi voglio usare la stanza Landry e cambiare i dollari con loro. Mi hanno dato diversi due dollari, e le lavastoviglie accettano solo 1 dollari, che avrebbero dovuto sapere prima. Quindi sono tornato al divano per chiedere ancora 1 dollari. E in quel momento. C'è un tizio che si sta facendo davanti ad un altro server del desk front. E la signora rispondeva al telefono. Quindi naturalmente mi sono fermata davanti al suo desk e l'ho aspettata. E le ho chiesto di cambiare 1 dollari per me, perché non lo sapevano. E poi mi chiese: “non noti che c’è una linea? Dovresti aspettare dopo.” Così mi vergognava di scoprire che mi tagliavo in linea. Quindi se lei è davvero preoccupata di me tagliando in linea, perché non dirmi di aspettare dopo? O solo ricordami in modo più rispettoso presumendo che non so davvero che c'è una linea? Ogni modo avrà lo stesso effetto e mi riconoscerò in modo non vergognoso, e ancora una volta, la lavatrice accetta solo un dollaro e non lo sapevano, è la loro derelizione del lavoro. Sono molto preoccupato per il modo in cui il vostro servizio corrisponde al vostro alto livello di tariffe.

Was there for one night. Reached there early in the morning and left around 10am. Was upgraded and happy with the room. Breakfast was good too. Only feedback is the quality of the towels and bedding items, which we felt can be improved.

È il migliore per una persona che ha un lavoro di notte! Come sono addestrato per questo specificamente. L'autobus gratuito è reale in qualsiasi momento! Ma non potevo contattarli per e-mail, ma Gotta li chiama, spero che lo riparano, ho scritto molto prima del mio viaggio. E il personale è così gentile che mi ha fatto sentire sicuro e sicuro che non mancherò il mio volo 😌 Se dovete partire presto per volare prima del colazione, vi daranno muffin e mele! La stanza era così grande e bello, vorrei non avere il volo da catturare, così posso continuare a dormire in quel letto di re umiltà. C'è un'atm al lobby.

Il sito web ha scelto una stanza con un jacuzzi, ma quando ci siamo accolti, è emerso che la stanza era stata data senza. Mio marito e io non eravamo felici perché ci aspettavamo una cosa, ma era completamente diversa. Inoltre, il prezzo era più alto di una stanza normale. Alla ricezione, l'uomo non voleva chiarire questo problema e ha detto che era tutta colpa della gente che ha messo false informazioni sul sito. Non c'era tè nella stanza, solo caffè, che non bevo affatto, non c'era acqua ordinaria. E quando andammo a letto, ci scaldammo, perché la stanza era fredda, ma quando ci svegliammo al mattino, i nostri nasi erano stufi e il condizionatore d’aria lavorava molto forte, e ci rendemmo conto che lavorava tutta la notte, era freddo. Non c'erano cose come i bagni o i pantaloncini nella stanza, che ci hanno anche insultato. In generale, l'hotel non ha fatto una grande impressione e soddisfazione che avremmo voluto.

We had a quick overnight stay. Used the shuttle service at 10:30 p.m. It was reliable. The elevator was broken for our stay but they seem to be very on top of trying to contact people about this issue prior to us staying. The bed was a 10 out of the 10, probably the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. I was sad that I had to get up so early to catch a plane home. The location is perfect for being super close to the airport, however there is nothing around for late night dining and the restaurant closed by the time we even got there. If they had some food options even grab and go stuff that would be very helpful, I didn't feel like waiting for Uber eats, and I didn't have a vehicle. My only ick, was that it slowly starting to see wear and tear, but it's not being upkept. Minor things, but like the doors had paint chips at the bottom, it didn't affect my stay.

Overall, the hotel is very nice and well-equipped. The room was spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There is also convenient parking, a pool, and other great amenities, which made the experience even better. However, there was an issue with the pricing that left us confused. I originally booked the room for $129, but at check-in I was charged $154 without any prior notice or explanation. Since we had been traveling for about 10 hours, I only noticed this the next day. To make things more confusing, the receipt I received later showed $132. While the difference is not huge, having three different prices without clarification felt uncomfortable and a bit disappointing. Because of this, I would think twice before booking here again.

Un buon hotel considerando il prezzo e la posizione. Per una proprietà 3 stelle, soddisfa lo standard stabilito. Camere confortevoli. Lobby spazioso. Tutto funziona.

I was a bit nervous after reading some other reviews, but I need not have been. My room was spacious, the bed comfy and the pillows plentiful. My 11 year old grandson, who visited during my stay, gives the pool and waterside a huge thumbs up. His mother, sister and I enjoyed the hot tub while he splashed alone.  Breakfast was a bounty! Although I am limited by multiple food allergies, I found more than enough to eat and enjoyed my 2 breakfasts.  When I first arrived in my assigned room, I discovered a tool on the floor and a dismantled A/C unit. Before I had time to wonder, a repairman was at the door, apologetic that I had arrived before he could complete his maintenance. He immediately arranged for me to switch to a different room, and all was well.  Desk staff were all cordial, helpful, friendly. I have absolutely no complaints about my stay and highly recommend others to ignore naysayers and give it a try. I would be happy for a return visit if opportunity arises. This is my second visit this time it was perfect they renovated it since i walked in smells sooo clean and fresh the housekeeping manger sooo helpful and kind The buffet for dinner amazing Indian cuisine over all very nice experience especially at the pool
