"This is our 4th time staying at this apartment but different management. This management has a different design from the rest. There is an additional sofa in the room, very cosy. There is a quiet working space on the 25th floor, suitable for meeting a client. Recommended for business travellers who like to stay for a week. Affordable price with full amenities and facilities. Definitely will come back again!"

"We had a pleasant stay overall, but a few small things made it a bit less comfortable than it could have been. The room itself was lovely—very spacious, with a clean and simple design. All the basic amenities were there and well-arranged. However, we did run into a few issues. For starters, we couldn't find any chopsticks, which made eating noodles a bit tricky. It was also inconvenient that there was only one small bowl provided, which isn't ideal for two people. On top of that, we were surprised to find no toilet paper in the bathroom. Regarding the location, it's great that the hotel is so close to major shopping centers like 3 Damansara and 1 Utama. However, getting there was a challenge. The surrounding roads are very confusing, with many intersections, and our navigation app didn't always get us to the right place."

"Room is spacious with all basic facilities. Bed is comfy. Hotel staff are helpful. Check in process is quite smooth. Location is near to shopping mall and easy to locate. Value for money if have discount. Parking is LPR system but you still need to validate at reception and pay RM 4 per entry. Not convenient for hotel guest that need multiples in and out. Room and facilities are quite old (estimate more than 10 years). Out of three lifts from main lobby to rooms, only one lift is working. Hotel didn't provide towel, only delivered after requested. The link bridge that connected hotel to the mall as well as most of the access already closed, so need to walk quite a distance to the nearby mall (eCurve, IPC, IKEA, The Curve)"

"Check-in : Fast and seamless Hotel Room : Clean and well maintained Staff Response : Fast, courteous, and friendly Amenities : It was not the first time we stayed in the hotel but first time under the new brand name. Checking in was fast and efficient. Provided with welcome snacks in the fridge. Was surprised that the hotel is practising sustainability effort by providing water using glass bottles, which is commendable. The hotel water wasn't the usual ”scalding” type (at times just warm) even when the level is at the extreme left, perhaps it part of sustainability but we prefer it a tat hotter if possible. Didn't get to enjoy the rest of the amenities, but the hotel promotions seemed attractive."

"Vorrei congratularmi sinceramente con l'onorevole Sinan, direttore delle operazioni, per il suo eccellente professionalismo e ospiteezza durante la nostra recente permanenza. C'era un problema con la nostra prenotazione a buffet, e anche se il personale aveva offerto inizialmente alternative alla carta, erano limitati ai ristoranti cinesi o giapponesi , che ho già menzionato prima non eravamo interessati. Nonostante ciò, le stesse opzioni sono state promesse, e la mia famiglia, i nostri figli, aveva già aspettato più di 30 minuti. Il signor Sinan si è personalmente messo in piedi, ha riconosciuto l'inconveniente e ha preso un'azione immediata. Ci ha offerto un'alternativa al cibo in un altro ristorante che aveva una più ampia gamma di opzioni tra cui pizza e altri pasti a favore dei bambini che rendevano i bambini molto felici. Successivamente ci ha fornito graziosamente gli aggiornamenti di sala complimentaria come sostituzione per l'esperienza di buffet mancante. The hotel features 452 rooms and suites and facilities including 15 premier pickleball courts, a spa, a 24-hour gym, and an outdoor pool. With over 5,000 sqm of event space, including a pillar-less Imperial Ballroom featuring a 15ft x 41.6ft retractable LED screen and 23 function rooms, One World Hotel is one of Klang Valley's top choices for MICE.

"First the good part. This hotel is superbly located at has a direct link to the 1 Utama Mall which is full of shops and restaurant outlets. The room is spacious and very well kept although the bed is a little too hard. Breakfast variety was also very good. The bad part. At check in, I was told there was a RM20 “deposit” payable. So I paid this in cash. At check out, I asked for the return of the deposit and was told that what I paid for was not a “deposit” but a tourism tax. I told the staff that all taxes (including the tourism tax) were fully paid when I booked on trip.com. I also showed the booking details on the app proving that the tourism tax was included in the total amount I paid for. I was asked to show the receipt before they could refund me. As I was rushing to the airport, I had to leave the hotel without the refund. The staff should be better trained to inform guests on what they are actually paying for (whether it’s a deposit or a tax). And the staff should also know from their system if all taxes have been paid for or if any excess should be collected. Not everything is a “deposit” which is highly misleading. While it was a good overall stay, this incident left a negative impression."

"La seconda volta che ho fatto il check-in, ero comunque molto soddisfatto, ho dormito molto bene e felicemente. Ero molto stanco tutto il giorno, quindi mi sono addormentato. Anche l'isolamento acustico è molto buono e non direi che sia molto trendy. A questo prezzo ne vale la pena👍"

"Here’s my honest review! The studio is really pretty and clean. For the price, it’s super worth it , especially around Damansara where most places start from RM160 and still don’t offer much or aren’t as clean. The unit comes with a hairdryer, iron, mini fridge, microwave, and full cutlery set. No kitchen or stove, but enough for simple meals. Aircond is cold, Netflix is available (just log in with your own account), and the pool has a lovely view 🥰 definitely a bonus! Cons: Toilet drain had a slight smell and water pressure was a bit low (maybe I’m just used to stronger water at home hehe😅). Lift was also a bit slow had to wait 10–15 mins. But honestly, not a big deal. Still worth it if you’re looking for a clean, comfy stay on a budget👍🏻"

UUtente anonimoPros: -Good value for money, less than RM50 per pax for 4 people -Comfortable bed (King Koil brand) + new furniture -The condo is newly build so everything is new -Free parking at basement -Swift check-in process at level G, no queue and very fast to get the key from the counter -kitchen utensils, oven, induction cooker, fridge, all provided Cons: -only 2 bottle water provided, no water dispenser machine (pro tips: there is one outside the gym at level 39) -floor cleanliness can be improved, found some dirt and sand on the floor -swimming pool is not that clean, also told by the security guard that we can't use the swimming pool that day, not sure the reason -lift is taking soooooo long time to reach you, suggest to avoid peak hour like noon 12PM checkout time -quiet surroundings, only have a mart downstairs, everything else need to take car =Overall, a good experience due to good value for money.
