端午節和老公帶孩子到蘇州西山玩嗯，民宿就在路邊停車也很方便嗯，晚上還能直接在這邊吃飯，味道也很好，飯量很足嗯，早餐也非常的豐富，離林屋洞的景區衹有幾百米。天氣不好，下大雨，我們也沒有怎麼玩，衹去了明月村和林屋洞，明月村停車非常的困難，最後還是高價在當地人的小院兒裏停了停。整個西山景區的管理感覺一般般吧，都是自駕去的，但是到處都停車困難。
民宿老闆一家人都很好，很非常的親民，而且很客氣，房間環境也很好，三個人住綽綽有餘，但是對洗浴產品品質有要求的呢，建議還是自己帶洗護用品比較好。

房間佈置得温馨又有格調，床品柔軟得像雲朵，窩着看湖景能發呆一下午。每個店員都很nice，服務及時，套餐裏送的ktv一小時因為後面沒有預訂也免費讓我們隨便唱多久，這個非常人性化！還會再來體驗！退房的時候還每個人送了杯咖啡，嗲哦，貼心哦！姐妹們趕緊來！照片無濾鏡就隨手一拍！
離石公山、明月灣古村都很近，玩累了回來泡個澡，伴着湖風入睡，這才是度假該有的樣子啊！下次來西山還住這，已經開始想念那片湖景了～

民宿在橫山島上，上島不遠就到了。進去純白色調感覺很清爽，剛進房間有點小失落，房間不大，湖面是淺灘，綠植比較多，和期望的大湖面不一樣，帶一個露台和小泳池。當靜下心來，把腳伸進泳池，平躺下來，微風吹過全身，那份愜意與安靜，發現這就是城市中沒有的。民宿整體很乾凈，連露台都很乾凈，雖然緊挨着湖邊，但幾乎沒有任何異味，蚊蟲和蒼蠅，私密性也不錯。所有的餐食和休閑基本都在西山島上，開車都很近，衡山島上除了民宿沒什麼設施。經過兩天的瞭解，發現迷之蔚藍還算性價比高的，其他同設施的帶露台的，價格更貴，如果室外的泳池能加熱，那冬天去，也很讚的。

TTuscany RoseI am absolutely in love with this hotel! First of all, the hotel is located inside the scenic spot. One of the staff called me in advance to arrange a time to pick me up at the entrance of the scenic spot. My Chinese is not good so normally it's very awkward for me to speak over the phone in Chinese but she was very patient with me which I appreciate. Not only did she escort me to the hotel but she also carried my luggage for me.
The decor inside the hotel has a beautiful, rustic asthetic which matches the feel of the ancient town. I really like table and chairs in my room, overlooking the pond. The pond also has koi fish and turtles! It was a beautiful touch that added to the overrall feel of the hotel. I loved these little details such as theovely traditional Chinese tea set (with a variety of complementary loose tea leaves), and the stylish coffee mugs.
Unfortunately I came to Zhouzhuang during a severe typhoon which caused a leak and power cut in my room, so when I alerted the staff, they immediately gave me a new room. They even helped me pack my things so I can change rooms as soon as possible. The new room I went to was equally as beautiful.
Not only is the hotel beautiful but it also has great amenities. Both rooms I stayed in had a stone bathtub which were both very deep -you could float it in! If you come here, I would recommend you bring some bubble bath with you like I did for maximum relaxation. I also made good use of the pool. The pool is a little small and a bit too shallow for an adult, but you can still have an enjoyable swim. Lastly, the tea room and cafés are also a nice addition to the hotel. My second room didn't have a table and chairs like the original one I booked, so I went to the tea room to eat my breakfast. It's also a cozy and comfortable room just to relax in if you're feeling lazy.
As I have mentioned throughout this review, the service is second to none. Not only did the staff help me get to the hotel, but after I checked out they also carried my luggage and escorted me to the taxi. Throughout my stay I was offered fresh fruit and coffee several times, and as I mentioned earlier, I was immediately helped when I had to change my room. Whenever I struggled to communicate in Mandarin, the staff would try their best to speak English or would be patient with my hesitation or mispronunciation in Mandarin. This is probably the best ever service I have experienced on my travels.
In summary, it's a beautiful hotel, in a convenient location with great facilities and helpful and kind staff. Not only will I come back again (and with my family next time) but I will recommend all my friends and colleagues to stay at this hotel if they ever plan to visit Zhouzhuang.

CChristi5731Avevo già soggiornato allo Yihe Hotel di Nanchino in passato, quindi, indipendentemente dalle recensioni positive o negative online, avevo delle aspettative di base in mente. Tuttavia, l'esperienza complessiva di questo Yihe Hotel sulla Pingjiang Road ha superato le aspettative.
Poiché eravamo noi a guidare, la strada che portava all'hotel era molto congestionata. La governante ha fatto subito in modo che il personale trovasse la nostra auto sulla strada, così siamo scesi facilmente dall'auto e il servizio di parcheggio è stato molto puntuale.
Xiao Xu, che ci ha fatto il check-in alla reception, ci ha fatto un'impressione davvero positiva durante i nostri due giorni di permanenza (gli ho chiesto bruscamente il cognome quando ci ha accompagnato al garage al momento del check-out). Il mio compagno ha detto che nel settore dei servizi le ”brave persone” sono in realtà più importanti dell'hardware, e sono d'accordo con lui: non solo durante il check-in e il check-out, ma ogni volta che passavamo davanti alla reception, il personale della reception era cordiale e premuroso dal profondo del cuore e aveva un buon senso del decoro. Infatti, tutto il personale di servizio dell'hotel è fantastico, hanno tutti ”cose” negli occhi e rispondono prontamente.
I servizi delle camere sono i migliori tra tutte le ristrutturazioni di vecchie case in cui ho soggiornato finora. A differenza degli hotel a stelle, la ristrutturazione di vecchie case è come ”ballare in catene”, ma Suzhou Yihe non è solo ben attrezzata in termini di hardware, ma anche attenta ai dettagli: il bagno ha doppi lavandini, il water è elettrico e automatico, la vasca da bagno è grande, c'è un dispositivo automatico per l'acqua calda sul tavolo, il tè Jin Jun Mei in camera ha un sapore molto buono e la stanza è dotata di riscaldamento a pavimento (sebbene Suzhou abbia incontrato anche aria fredda, il riscaldamento a pavimento dopo un po' è diventato così caldo che la reception ha dovuto spegnerlo). Nel complesso, i servizi delle camere sono sostanzialmente al livello di un hotel a cinque stelle e anche il comfort del soggiorno è paragonabile a quello di un hotel a cinque stelle.
La colazione potrebbe essere un po' più ricca. Il buffet semi-self-service potrebbe offrire più frutta e piatti caldi. Abbiamo cenato al Wan Guo Chun e anche il servizio è stato buono.
Nel complesso: in termini di servizio, hardware e catering, Yihe dovrebbe essere al primo posto tra i marchi nazionali e ha un rapporto qualità-prezzo molto elevato.

UUtente ospiteLa hall dell'hotel è davvero molto attenta al design, il personale è molto cordiale e attento, tutti molto educati e sorridenti, soprattutto per dare agli ospiti una sensazione di grande calore. Anche la disposizione e le strutture della camera sono molto comode, consentendo di alleviare la fatica di un lungo viaggio. Che si viaggi a Suzhou o per lavoro, è davvero un'ottima scelta e i trasporti nelle vicinanze sono molto comodi! In breve, i dettagli sono molto ben fatti. È una buona scelta per coloro che hanno elevate esigenze di ambiente sanitario e qualità. In una parola, se dovessi tornare a Suzhou, lo sceglierei senza esitazione e inizierei un meraviglioso viaggio a Suzhou.

UUtente ospiteNow, I can sit here and tell you that we’re staying in an eco-friendly hotel that even though you’re inside its high glass windows gives you an outdoor vibe. I can even sit and talk about the saline pool, its state-of-the-art gym and list all the amenities; and I can even talk about the number of rooms and the fact that as we speak there’s an international summit going on here.
Somehow that won’t speak about my experience here at this hotel. Elements (by Westin) Suzhou Science & Technology Town does have all of the above BUT what I love about this hotel is its Staff. I love the fact that they seem to be always be here. I somehow believe that they live onsite because they’re always around.
In the morning, even before I enter the Salon I hear, “Nǐ hǎo Marsha” from the Breakfast Host, followed up by the nice lady in the Salon, smiling at me and ushering me to the coffee machine, while handing me my 2 brown sugar packs. She knows my morning habits so quickly. Not only that, because they knew Peter was missing from my breakfast table for a few mornings, they now signal to me with take away containers for Peter, to have his breakfast in the room.
When we need to go anywhere the young ladies at the Front Desk (no matter which Shift) are always either asking us where we need to go so that they can call a CASH taxi to get us to our destination. One of them even came with me one day to the Bank of China’s ATM and sat in the taxi while I went in and conducted my business and accompanied me to the Campus to visit Jon-Marc. Yesterday, one of them even used her own Didi account to get us transportation back to the hotel and we reimbursed her (and walked away while she was trying to give us back our change because we knew she wouldn’t have taken the Tip as is their custom). How else could we have shown her how grateful we were for her kind gesture?
Then there is Simon Jiang, the General Manager, who speaks perfect English and is always there to assist and offer suggestions of things to do and places to go. Simon was the one who actually explained to me that you can’t just walk into a pharmacy and get anything without a prescription. What I can tell you is that even though he is the GM he is always on hand assisting the staff with their work. Even though there is a clear hierarchy here, he takes off his jacket and assists in the kitchen, you can sometimes see him helping the older ladies bring out the heavy equipment (if needed) when they’re cleaning the floors, clear tables, etc.
Or Alex Ju, the Assistant General Manager, who accompanied Peter and I to the hospital and stayed and spoke with the doctor and the international insurance department on our behalf (in Mandarin) to make everything a little easier for us.
These people are the ones who have made my stay here memorable and I can honestly say that its because of them that I would recommend Elements by Westin in Suzhou to ANYONE who wanted a place to stay without hassle and with a host of helpful, courteous, friendly staff. It has been my pleasure having encountered such warm, friendly, delightful and gentle human beings.

MMr CKSHo soggiornato 2 notti in 2 camere al Pan Pacific Suzhou, sembrava di stare in un antico palazzo, il che sembra fantastico, ma data la competitività dell'ospitalità negli ultimi anni in Cina, sono rimasti delusi in alcune aree importanti.
Non so come recensire questo hotel, poiché rientra nel marchio Pan Pacific, gli ospiti avranno determinate aspettative. Va bene, alcuni servizi sono datati, ma è comunque un soggiorno confortevole.
Ma avrei voluto che avessero un servizio di check-in più cordiale, un caffè migliore (non so perché usano una piccola tazza da caffè degli anni '90, niente caffellatte), un'esperienza migliore di Hanfu gratuita (un costume antico gratuito ma molto limitato), pantofole migliori..
Nonostante questi intoppi, sono riusciti a offrire un soggiorno con un buon rapporto qualità-prezzo, soprattutto per famiglie, gruppi numerosi, ecc. Nel complesso una buona esperienza, se non sei un pignolo come me 😀

AAndreaL'hotel è situato convenientemente, a 20 minuti di auto dalla stazione ferroviaria di Suzhou. Il personale della reception era gentile e paziente e hanno gentilmente aggiornato la mia tipologia di camera, che veniva fornita con una vasca da bagno. Sebbene fosse al secondo livello (potresti sentire i rumori dal basso e dagli edifici laterali), non mi ha disturbato affatto. Dall'altra parte della strada c'è un'area di sviluppo con nuovi ristoranti e bar, e due strade dietro si può trovare anche 十全街! Nel complesso è stata una bella esperienza!

Ambiente: vivere nella zona panoramica di Pingjiang Road non è molto conveniente. La camera da letto matrimoniale affacciata sul fiume offre un'esperienza fantastica. Aprendo le tende si scopre la vista del fiume principale all'esterno.
Servizio: fornire un servizio in stile maggiordomo, gentile e amichevole.

UUtente ospite老闆娘和老闆人都很好，房間也很棒，屋子裡有一縷淡淡的木香，通風也不錯 不悶也不壓抑，屋子不算小 和朋友兩個人住很nice。院裏有三衹貓貓 乖乖的，為小院別添了韻味。喜歡拍照的，院裏的木搖椅很出片。
