The room's bedding is soft and comfortable, the spacious living room has soft carpets and a large screen TV, so you can enjoy entertainment time at your leisure, and the room is warm and elegantly furnished, and every detail reveals the owner's care. E'molto felice di fare la scelta giusta ✅. Il responsabile contatterà il messaggio di soggiorno in anticipo il giorno prima dell'alloggio. 民宿臨太湖，早上和晚上看看晨曦和夕陽，蠻舒服的。
設施：
有三樓，一樓有娛樂設施（麻將、桌球、桌遊），滿齊全的，還有個會議室，10來人可以坐，還看到投影儀，也蠻適合團建的；
房間：
我住的二樓，全湖景親水家庭房，空間大，有2張1米8的大床，這個床超舒服，還有浴缸可以泡澡；
二樓推開窗的外面，有小泳池和海島風躺椅，拍照超絕。這個季節太冷了，如果夏天去還可以游泳！拍照蠻出片的。
第二天的早餐也蠻驚喜的，是精緻分餐，蒸品、牛奶、水果、粥，還蠻全的，營養均衡。

Well situated in the north of XiShan Island, it’s a convenient drive to almost anywhere on the island. The room was spacious and included tea making facilities and bottled water. The bathroom contained a large glass window from the shower into the room which couldn’t be covered. Breakfast was takeout ordered from a nearby restaurant and included soy milk, an egg, congee, and a spring onion pancake.

TTuscany RoseI am absolutely in love with this hotel! First of all, the hotel is located inside the scenic spot. One of the staff called me in advance to arrange a time to pick me up at the entrance of the scenic spot. My Chinese is not good so normally it's very awkward for me to speak over the phone in Chinese but she was very patient with me which I appreciate. Not only did she escort me to the hotel but she also carried my luggage for me.
The decor inside the hotel has a beautiful, rustic asthetic which matches the feel of the ancient town. I really like table and chairs in my room, overlooking the pond. The pond also has koi fish and turtles! It was a beautiful touch that added to the overrall feel of the hotel. I loved these little details such as theovely traditional Chinese tea set (with a variety of complementary loose tea leaves), and the stylish coffee mugs.
Unfortunately I came to Zhouzhuang during a severe typhoon which caused a leak and power cut in my room, so when I alerted the staff, they immediately gave me a new room. They even helped me pack my things so I can change rooms as soon as possible. The new room I went to was equally as beautiful.
Not only is the hotel beautiful but it also has great amenities. Both rooms I stayed in had a stone bathtub which were both very deep -you could float it in! If you come here, I would recommend you bring some bubble bath with you like I did for maximum relaxation. I also made good use of the pool. The pool is a little small and a bit too shallow for an adult, but you can still have an enjoyable swim. Lastly, the tea room and cafés are also a nice addition to the hotel. My second room didn't have a table and chairs like the original one I booked, so I went to the tea room to eat my breakfast. It's also a cozy and comfortable room just to relax in if you're feeling lazy.
As I have mentioned throughout this review, the service is second to none. Not only did the staff help me get to the hotel, but after I checked out they also carried my luggage and escorted me to the taxi. Throughout my stay I was offered fresh fruit and coffee several times, and as I mentioned earlier, I was immediately helped when I had to change my room. Whenever I struggled to communicate in Mandarin, the staff would try their best to speak English or would be patient with my hesitation or mispronunciation in Mandarin. This is probably the best ever service I have experienced on my travels.
In summary, it's a beautiful hotel, in a convenient location with great facilities and helpful and kind staff. Not only will I come back again (and with my family next time) but I will recommend all my friends and colleagues to stay at this hotel if they ever plan to visit Zhouzhuang.

LlschungDurante il nostro recente soggiorno in questo meraviglioso hotel, siamo stati eccezionalmente soddisfatti di tutti gli aspetti della nostra esperienza. Dal momento che siamo arrivati, siamo stati benvenuti dal personale dell'hotel che è venuto a incontrarci all'ingresso della scena e ha aiutato con il nostro bagaglio.
La decorazione dell'hotel è stupenda, crea un ambiente tranquillo e visivamente piacevole. La nostra camera era spaziosa e bellamente progettata, offrendo un giardino tranquillo dove ci piaceva un comodo sonno notturno. E 'in realtà un fantastico luogo per rilassarsi e rilassarsi.
Uno dei punti di vista del nostro soggiorno è stato il piacevole tè pomeriggio, soprattutto i snack cereali che erano così deliziosi che abbiamo chiesto al personale dell'hotel di aiutare a comprare e a mandare alcuni in Shanghai per portarci a casa. UUtente ospiteNow, I can sit here and tell you that we’re staying in an eco-friendly hotel that even though you’re inside its high glass windows gives you an outdoor vibe. I can even sit and talk about the saline pool, its state-of-the-art gym and list all the amenities; and I can even talk about the number of rooms and the fact that as we speak there’s an international summit going on here.
Somehow that won’t speak about my experience here at this hotel. Elements (by Westin) Suzhou Science & Technology Town does have all of the above BUT what I love about this hotel is its Staff. I love the fact that they seem to be always be here. I somehow believe that they live onsite because they’re always around.
In the morning, even before I enter the Salon I hear, “Nǐ hǎo Marsha” from the Breakfast Host, followed up by the nice lady in the Salon, smiling at me and ushering me to the coffee machine, while handing me my 2 brown sugar packs. She knows my morning habits so quickly. Not only that, because they knew Peter was missing from my breakfast table for a few mornings, they now signal to me with take away containers for Peter, to have his breakfast in the room.
When we need to go anywhere the young ladies at the Front Desk (no matter which Shift) are always either asking us where we need to go so that they can call a CASH taxi to get us to our destination. One of them even came with me one day to the Bank of China’s ATM and sat in the taxi while I went in and conducted my business and accompanied me to the Campus to visit Jon-Marc. Yesterday, one of them even used her own Didi account to get us transportation back to the hotel and we reimbursed her (and walked away while she was trying to give us back our change because we knew she wouldn’t have taken the Tip as is their custom). How else could we have shown her how grateful we were for her kind gesture?
Then there is Simon Jiang, the General Manager, who speaks perfect English and is always there to assist and offer suggestions of things to do and places to go. Simon was the one who actually explained to me that you can’t just walk into a pharmacy and get anything without a prescription. What I can tell you is that even though he is the GM he is always on hand assisting the staff with their work. Even though there is a clear hierarchy here, he takes off his jacket and assists in the kitchen, you can sometimes see him helping the older ladies bring out the heavy equipment (if needed) when they’re cleaning the floors, clear tables, etc.
Or Alex Ju, the Assistant General Manager, who accompanied Peter and I to the hospital and stayed and spoke with the doctor and the international insurance department on our behalf (in Mandarin) to make everything a little easier for us.
These people are the ones who have made my stay here memorable and I can honestly say that its because of them that I would recommend Elements by Westin in Suzhou to ANYONE who wanted a place to stay without hassle and with a host of helpful, courteous, friendly staff. It has been my pleasure having encountered such warm, friendly, delightful and gentle human beings.

GGallleyaThis is the best hotel we stayed in during our trip to China. We lived in a separate house. It's quiet and cozy there. The air conditioner works well for heating.
The hostess is very friendly and kind. When we got lost during check-in, she herself came for us. Also thanks to the man who helped us when leaving the hotel.

La camera era pulita e ordinata e la colazione ricca e varia. Dopo la colazione potrete anche entrare gratuitamente nella zona panoramica di Panmen dalla porta sul retro dell'hotel. È abbastanza confortevole ed è l'hotel di prima scelta per viaggi d'affari e accoglienza degli ospiti. Continuerò a soggiornare in questo hotel in futuro.

LLaoDaWeiThis was my go to hotel in Suzhou for location and price. The room facilities are excellent - with a fully equipped kitchen. The rooms are not modern but have a dated charm - there is also a window in the bathroom and a bathtub for those that like a soak.
The breakfast is above average.
My one complaint AND IT'S A BIG ONE! In the executive studios the bathroom doors have been wedged open - this is clearly a privacy issue but also the kitchen is next to the bathroom. No-one wants to stare at a toilet while they are cooking lunch. What were the management thinking - ruining a perfectly good room! A couple of stars knocked off until that issue is sorted!
