Il bagno dell'hotel separa asciutto e bagnato, il che è molto comodo. Mi piace il letto morbido e comodo. È molto vicino al golf club ed è molto comodo andare a Xishan. Lo scenario fuori dalla finestra è piacevole e l'hotel dispone di strutture di gioco complete, la maggior parte delle quali a pagamento. Nonostante sia estate, la piscina coperta ha una temperatura dell'acqua molto bassa. Si può giocare solo con i bambini nella piscina all'aperto. Sono un po' deluso.

Può essere dovuto al numero relativamente ridotto di persone nei giorni lavorativi, il personale non è molto entusiasta e il servizio e la colazione possono essere descritti solo come soddisfacenti. Non ci sono grandi quartieri commerciali intorno all'hotel, quindi ci sono meno ristoranti da asporto. Fortunatamente, dietro l'hotel c'è un minimarket di famiglia. L'unica cosa che rende felici le persone è che i bambini della piscina all'aperto lo adorano. La piscina all'aperto è condivisa con Renaissance, e ho scelto di cenare al Renaissance Renaissance nel Renaissance Hotel. Non è una fortuna essere nella lista della Perla Nera. Ha un buon sapore e puoi anche usare i coupon di Dianping. Nota: Marriott e Renaissance non sono lontani, puoi scegliere di prendere un'auto a batteria avanti e indietro. Inoltre, il parco giochi per bambini del Renaissance Hotel è a pagamento.

Marriott never disappoints! We had a wonderful weekend at this hotel and enjoyed every minute of it 😍 the location and the view from our room were amazing. We had a variety of activities like biking, hiking, reading books in a peaceful environment, swimming and warming our tired bodies in sauna 🤩 definitely is worth going all the way there from another city and having the best experience 🥰

On the first night of checking into the hotel, my wife and daughter had rashes while sleeping and we discovered the quilt and bedsheet were dirty and have lots of short hairs on them!!! Why??

Perfect escape from the city noise, nice scenery of the taihu lake. Spent a weekend and was happy with my daughter. It’s quite and ideal for someone looking to spend time near the mountains. The hotel has some nice amenities like spas, different restaurants within the hotel offering a variety for visitors. The service was fine, they went fluent in English but made our stay good. Also, the buffet breakfast was a win, some western options which was nice. Outside Pool could use some cleaning but overall had a lovely time at the hotel.

We had an overnight stay and enjoyed a lovely room overlooking the lake. The service was lovely and the people friendly. We ate on site and the buffets had a nice variety. As we had no car the area around was okay but not as scenic as we hoped.

If you're looking for a getaway, this is your place. The scenery is amazing! However, it's quiet and isolated, and as a solo traveler, I felt lonely. One can walk around during the daytime, but at night, there's no where to go. It takes more than an hour and more than 120 yuan (one way) to get to anywhere else in Suzhou. While there is a Family Mart nearby, no other restaurants or stores are available. The hotel restaurant is the only place where you can eat and room service is scant. I'm a foreigner, and don't speak the language, so I couldn't order anything, which made it even more challenging. So, in a nutshell, this is a great escape for quiet contemplation or personal retreat. But lacks the facilities for out-of-town tourists.

Quick weekend away. Gorgeous hotel and friendly staff. Will definitely go back! Great food.

本來訂的諾富特，想想萬豪比較熟悉就換到這裏來了，邊上是萬麗，兩棟樓幾乎一樣，地下車庫是連在一起的。酒店生意不好，客人不多，可能是邊上那家會展中心沒有什麼活動。 人少，服務就跟不上，大堂吧除了飲料，蛋糕、麪包、三明治等都沒有；週五晚上也沒有自助餐。房間裏的小冰箱空空，放了一個小條説可以電話訂，便打電話訂一瓶啤酒，回話説衹有常温的，但可以讓餐廳送冰鎮的（小冰箱青島啤酒15元，餐廳29元），感覺像被套路一樣… 前台小夥（Frances？）估計是個實習生，到店時臨時安排了聯通房，房間還沒打掃完，等我們轉了幾個小時回來，房卡沒準備好，兩間房之間聯通門也沒開好… 唯一感到欣慰是房間蠻大的，空調系統不錯，晚上開着不會覺得有風。 另外11樓的粵菜廳味道不錯，還能遠眺太湖，必須點個贊
