Nice hotel, very new and the rooms are extremely clean. Since our trip was in March the hotels AC was off for the winter and the rooms got a bit warm - they hotel did turn on the AC the day after so it was fine. The hotel is huge and the north and south towers are a long walk apart - best to try and stay in the same tower if travelling with a group. It was a little far from the main city, but it’s perfect if you’re attending EDC China.

This is a quite new hotel. Beautifully presented. Room is very clean and spacious. The breakie is also quite rich and tasty.

Rooms are modern and clean. Service is reasonably quick and works well with food delivery network in China.

新的酒店，環境很好很舒服，泳池是亮點，救生意識很強，四個救生人員坐在邊上，早餐很豐富，小朋友很喜愛吃，我自己也很喜歡！吃完早餐我們溜達一會又運動了一下，繼續游泳去了哈！ 十二點退房的，整體體驗感非常好，下次還要去！小朋友很喜歡泳池～無錫四十分鐘全程高架很方便！週末隨時可以去～

酒店馬路對面就是地鐵二號線，車子停在酒店，坐地鐵出行還是很方便的。五一期間市區不好停車，還堵。位置到山塘街也就半小時，起點站也有位置坐。酒店乾淨、衞生，服務人員態度親切。唯一一點可能入住的人太多，洗澡水不是太熱。總之，還是非常滿意的。

住了五天 第一天早上九點被敲門敲醒 第三天説要送我們伴手禮 結果到走了都沒見到蹤影 第五天因為車票比較晚 問能不能多待一會兒 住了五天 半個小時都不行 實在不行你讓我補點錢也好啊 外面又下着雨 地方有偏僻 沒有地方去啊 退房一句問候都沒有 居然還用莫名其妙的眼神看着我們 我住過很多酒店 好的壞的都有 但是第一次見如此莫名其妙的 南樓前台比北樓好多了 北樓前台真的一言難盡

房間超出預期，除了洗澡水温不太夠以外設施都很新也很乾凈，前台小楊很nice，check in 時王乾坤也幫忙安排了嬰兒床，服務非常貼心！可能五一人比較多，4點到店6點入住。早餐還不錯，蘇州麪條很好吃，下次還會來～
