衞生：總體衞生不錯。因我對酒店衞生比較重視，看評價瞭解到是新酒店，所以預訂了這家，總體衞生確實不錯，裝修也很新。 環境：略失望。特意為了看湖景，加了一百多訂了湖景房，可是窗外湖景僅有一點點，整體被樹遮住，幾乎看不見，因此給環境打4分。但酒店建在沿湖，整體還可以。 服務：整體服務較好，服務員會主動打招呼，但停車場不太方便。停車場進門處保安有時不在，需要先打前台電話，才可入場，有些許不便，特別是停車場門口還有其他客人的情況下。 設施：裝修很新，很不錯。早餐品種的話對於一家體量比較小的酒店來説確實不少，但品質需要再提升一些。炒麪吃起來有點塑料的口感，腸的口感也不算特別好。另外，炒飯有點冷，果汁也沒有及時添補。 酒店整體還算可以，在這個價格的話，已經不錯了。下次來蘇州還會考慮入住，但希望湖景房可以名副其實！
