房間不錯，大小合適，床舒服。房間裏有膠囊咖啡機。早餐單獨點的菜單，好吃不貴。酒店挨着泰晤士河。

Just arrived at this lovely hotel on the bank of the river Thames by Hampton Court palace . On arrival was greeted by the lovely Ashlee who was so bubbly . A glass of complimentary wine was great fully accepted . And we were shown to our well appointed room . Wow the hotel is so old bits and pieces on all levels . Now sitting with my young lady having a drink by the side of the river Thames . Thinking about all the history here . Great place do visit

Excellent location, right across from the Hampton Court Palace. Comfortable rooms. We loved that we'd see parakeets in the trees just outside the windows. Rooms were great, we had a royal room which was comfortable. If you book early, there is a package with tickets to the castle. Be sure to arrive early to get parking in front, there are limited spots first come first served.

Amazing venue for an event! I organised my birthday with around 60-70 guests on the left terrasse with direct views of the Thames. The service, drinks and food were fantastic and the views incredible. I would highly recommend this venue for events. They even have a beautiful back-up room inside (the Boathouse) if it rains. Great venue!

I was attending a travel agent function, hosted by a respected travel publication. We were hosted in a function room downstairs, but didn’t get the opportunity to stay overnight. I have to say that I was mightily impressed by the extremely high level of service from the team, with each of them being polite, efficient and welcoming towards their guests. Nothing was too much trouble. The food we had was outstanding, and was of a very high quality. It was most substantial and definitely not painted on a plate, only to be charged a six figure price. I took pictures of my meal, which I’m sharing with you on here. Each course pastes as good as it looked. If I’m honest, I would never have thought of having duck with its accompaniments, but it was superb. The lemon posset was divine, and was so fresh. I’d have gladly taken a couple of tubs home with me had I had the opportunity. All in all, a superb place to eat, with excellent views.

We stayed for one night to attend an event at the Hampton Court Festival. Such a warm welcome from Ashley, who offered us pimms on arrival, showed us to our room and gave us the most delicious shortbread! Our heritage room opened onto a lovely courtyard with seating, and the room was just lovely - loved the fresh milk in the fridge and the books by the bed. The bathroom was beautifully done with lovely toiletries. Although the bar was closed when we returned from the event, we were able to order wine to our room to end the evening. Breakfast was very good too, lovely views over the river and a good selection of continental buffet followed by eggs Benedict. Really hope to come back and stay again one day!

We stayed here during Hampton Court Music Festival and for our anniversary in the Royal Mews room. We loved the character of the hotel and the attention to detail was superb. Booked direct on the hotel website so we were able to enjoy welcome drinks, a free delicious cooked breakfast in the Boathouse and two free tickets to Hampton Court as well (flexible entry date). Staff were absolutely lovely, and everyone had a smile on their face despite the rain! Thank you so much to the team at The Mitre for a lovely and memorable stay.

The Mitre was recommended by our daughter who has stayed there a few times with her family. We stayed 2 nights. The room (308) was a lovely room to stay in, with a view of the Thames. We decided to eat in both nights, the food was very good. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Being typically British we drink a lot of tea, so each night we would have to ask for more tea and milk, and this was brought to our room. We will be back in the summer to make full use of the parks etc Thank you all at the Mitre
