Hotel a 3 stelle a Surat

I couldn't get it from the pictures that the hotel was inside a business complex. I personally never liked such setup and this stay reconfirms my belief. Hotel didn't have luggage pickup service so we have to drag our luggage from road till lift lobby. Thankfully taxi driver helped us with stairs. Then we have to do some room shifting as we were placed in a smaller room. Bathroom in our room was in a really bad shape. Looks like someone directed all his anger on our room's bathroom. Meanwhile AC in our room started leaking randomly. Sheets were not properly washed. I can keep on going but it was more of a poor selection on my part. I am sure hotel has a lot to offer to its right set of audience but maybe I was not the right fit here. After being placed in a smaller room, we finally got the room that we've selected (apparantly it was somewhat premium room and they fail to mention it in booking app). Room was ok. Size was decent. Lacks cleaning though. View form the room was good. They have their own restaurant on the same floor so food was delivered promptly. With the kind of setup they have, food quality was also passable.

The rooms are neat and clean and definitely worth the price. The rooms are small but everything is well placed. It is definitely very budget friendly and also extremely close to the railway station. So the place is easily accessible to and from anywhere in the city. A nice place to stay if you have a low budget.

The rooms were extremely well maintained and very clean. The restaurant staff was always smiling and making sure that your dining experience was great. There is a large indoor pool as well as an outdoor one. the team there also was very efficient and more importantly, everything was maintained very nicely. My two granddaughters were pampered and they ended up doing several activities. Every staff member made sure that they gave them a VIP type of treatment. I can go on and on and it will make it seem as though I am being paid to write such a review but I can honestly say that this has to be one of the best, if not the very best hotel stay we have had and this is all thanks to the wonderful team across the property who are dedicated and sincere towards each and every guest. This hotel is good for stay very near to railway station have swimming pool at rooftop and I enjoyed the buffet at lime tree restaurant I say im a foodie and I loved the food. It was hot and tasty and the service crew was really helpfull. I enjoyed my time. I would like say thank you. Housekeeping team for doing so great,hard & fantastic job!! Keep it up guys!!!

Rimasto nel patrimonio del re dell'hotel nel settembre 2022 per 03 notti. Situato vicino alla stazione ferroviaria e quasi sulla strada principale, abbiamo trovato molto soddisfacente. L'hotel merita un ottimo grado sulla maggior parte dei parametri. Le camere sono state ben mantenute, pulite e pulite, compresa una buona lavastoviglie in forma di un cubico di vetro con ciechi per la separazione. Il colazione è servito nel loro ristorante in alto piano con opzioni di soggiorno all'interno e all'aperto. Il servizio in camera può essere lenta, ma ok. Il personale di ricezione è gentile e molto cooperativo. Il pranzo e la cena possono essere tenuti nel ristorante dell'hotel, altrimenti si può avere una vasta gamma di opzioni sulla strada di stazione, contro l'hotel dove ci sono molti cibi.

Amenities were really nice. Location was nearest to airport which is great. Food quality was awesome however at times, there was delay in service. Housekeeping was done timely however laundry services are outsourced where i had a bad experience as my new yellow levies formal shirt got blue stains on it after receiving from laundry. Overall its a great place to stay and explore the nearby beaches and shopping centres.
