"Molto deluso di trovare sul checkout che il presunto swipe di 50 sterline che hanno chiesto della mia carta per la salute e la sicurezza era in realtà di coprire eventuali danni alla stanza e non sarebbe stato rimborsato fino a quando la mia stanza non è stata pulita e controllata se non si fidano di me allora Non mi fido di loro, non ho negato di lasciare finché la stanza non è stata controllata e il mio rimborso è stato autorizzato."

"Good location - 10 minute walk from Main Station and close to shops, restaurant bars. Staff friendly and helpful. Standard Premier Inn rooms - basic but clean and comfortable beds. If you've stayed at any other Premier Inn, you know what to expect. If you haven't it's a reliable basic hotel chain."

"We had a wonderful stay at the hotel, with a stunning sea view right in front of us. The room was warm, clean, and very comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The swimming pool was great, and the hot tub was perfectly warm, adding to the relaxation. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we’d definitely stay here again."

"Very helpful and friendly staff. Good and efficient service. The only downside is the door computer system was down when we were there.. not so much of a hassle for us since we stayed on the ground floor. The receptionist had to open the door for us whenever we go back."

"This is a lovely Holiday Inn. Very modern and clean, felt like I was at much higher level brand! Polite staff. Comfy bed.
The flaw was there was a power cut in the morning. It lasted an hour at least and I couldn’t contact reception (obviously). I was getting ready for an event so didn’t have time to go down and ask what was going on. I know sometimes these things can’t be helped, but I was frustrated that it lasted so long and only came back about 2 minutes before I had to leave."

"Everything was fine except for the service in the restaurant . Very slow and just left us sitting there . Had to go and find someone to get any service. Were left short of a dish and when we made them aware we got what we had ordered but the dish was charged twice on the bill.
Hotel is very modern and very clean , room were of a high standard."
