Stayed here while we were in the city for a graduation and honestly couldn’t fault it. It’s a budget hotel but everything was spot on. We paid for early check-in which was really handy. The room was clean, warm, and comfortable exactly what you want. Worked perfectly as a base for the trip and the staff were friendly throughout. Would definitely stay again.

I have been staying at this premier inn fairly regularly for a couple of years now in relation to attending football matches. I have arrived at the hotel this being at about 11.00pm and the night porter has booked me in and given me room 114. He didn’t say anything about it and took a while sorting the room out. When I have gone to the room it’s a room for disabled people. The bed is low, uncomfortable and not very long. It’s not what I have come to expect. The bathroom has no bath and has a disabled wet room shower. I went back to the said night porter and asked if he meant to give me a disabled room, and he shrugged his shoulders and told me the hotel is full as it’s derby day tomorrow. He then turned his back on me. Which is fine but not if I’m paying the full price for the room. Not very happy and not likely to return in the future.
