Hotel con piscina a Subang Jaya

Room is spacious and clean. Provided all the necessary amenities including daily newspapers. Welcome drink is provided. Only the aircond is quite cold and bathroom does not have separate shower area. Other than that, its worth the price. Very friendly staffs. Breakfast is provided and its quite reasonable with the price. Location nearby malls and walking distance to LRT/BRT USJ 7.

Abbiamo fatto una famiglia per rimanere qui per bukak puasa e questa unità era perfetta. Così bella e così pulita ❤️. Le camere e l'appartamento erano anche spaziosi. È stato davvero piacere il nostro soggiorno. Mio figlio ha anche goduto di giocare con il pop pop fuori dal condotto. Il processo di check-in e check-out era anche senza problemi. Certamente ripetendo di nuovo.

C'è una differenza notevole in quanto i diversi ospiti sono trattati. Ho chiesto di avere entrambe le camere sullo stesso piano, ma è stato detto che l'hotel era troppo pieno per ospitare questo. Quindi ho pagato un supplemento per l'aggiornamento di una stanza. Nonostante ciò, gli ospiti di quella stanza erano vacanti solo alle 4:06 e non ho ricevuto alcuna chiamata, anche se abbiamo lasciato la nostra stanza circa le 6:00. Quando ho chiesto alla ricezione di questo, hanno detto di chiamare la nostra stanza, ma nessuno ha risposto. Non è realistico aspettare che qualcuno si fermi in camera tutto il giorno senza uscire, soprattutto perché ho informato la ricezione durante il check-in che potrei essere raggiunto sul mio cellulare. È come se non avessi pagato il prezzo pieno e avessi solo pagato un supplemento, la nostra stanza era disponibile solo quando siamo tornati all'hotel alle 10 pm, e non ci sono stati snack, a differenza della stanza pagata. Ho chiesto un check-out tardivo per un'ora, ma è stato detto che solo una stanza sarebbe stata concessa questo privilegio. Tuttavia, altri ospiti sono stati autorizzati a controllare fino a 4 pm. Ci sono chiare e significative disparità nel trattamento dei diversi ospiti. Le tazze e le strutture dovrebbero essere riempite quotidianamente, non solo il primo giorno del check-in, ma ciò non è stato coerente, poiché alcune camere hanno ricevuto questi articoli mentre altre non lo hanno fatto.

My trip was perfect. Yes it was a bit expensive because it was on school holidays. But it was a perfect staycation. The staff was friendly and helpful. My room not only have the pool view but i get to see the twin tower from afar as well. The room was spacious and clean. The buggy was available hourly to go to ioi city mall. The in room dining was delicios. We ordered pizza, sandwhiches, mac n cheese and nasi goreng kampung. The price was as expected. But the pepsi can was rm18! Haha a bit shock on that. The breakfast spread was good and delicious too. The pool was huge with 2 slides. Perfect for the kids. Many foc activities too at the pool such as fish feeding and hoverboard lesson. I enjoyed it!

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Super convenient place. High speed WI-FI facilities. L'area è confortevole e dotata di un insieme completo di attrezzature di cucina, comprese le utensili da cucina. Inizialmente è stato previsto per l'alloggio a breve termine per accompagnare i pazienti o persone che provengono dalla città per ricevere assistenza medica**. Il colazione è molto leggero e probabilmente è programmata per i pazienti. E' anche possibile che i bambini non siano accettati. Per il riposo e il recupero per i residenti. In generale, è molto tranquillo e comodo. Tuttavia, la stanza che ero rimasto in quel momento aveva scarsa drenaggio. L’acqua dal doccia è stata sovraffollata direttamente nel buco di drenaggio e scaricata dal buco di drenaggio del bagno. Ho contattato il desk, ma non c’è stato alcun miglioramento.

Il condizionatore d'aria è in fuga, non freddo, la TV è difficile ottenere il caricamento di radiodiffusione.

The washing machine doesnt work. Couldnt find the hair dryer, TV channels doesnt work and no in room wifi. The guide to check in was sent really late and had to follow up repeatedly with different people. The apartment isnt exactly cosy, just norm. The annoying part was there is a RM70 cleaning fee on top of the room price which you will only get to know once the booking is done. Its very close to all the places I needed to go so I guess its cool but not recommended.

They have everything here! Cooking utensils ✅ wifi ✅ hair dryer and iron board ✅ refrigerator ✅ they will guide you step by step for your check ins and check outs. Cozy place for a small family. Highly recommend this place 😊 Ps: amazing view at night
