A happy journey to attend my daughter’s graduation ceremony of Monash University Malaysia at sunway resort hotel,just next to Sunway Pyramid Hotel..A lot of shopping lot n restaurants,very convenience ,definitely will come to stay again for my next trip to KL.

The location of the hotel is very nice and .

Check in and out was okay smooth.. breakfast was okay not so much choice of foods and will need to walk few minutes from hotel to the breakfast area.. quite convenient locations as most places are quite near to the hotel

Room was quiet & tidy. Connecting with a mall - good for shopping & eating. Good price performance rating.

My parents really enjoy their stay at Sunway Pyramid Hotel and especially the buffet breakfast served in the morning.

Quality shampoo and body shampoo provided. Fast response to check in difficulty arise. Breakfast variety can be better. Breakfast need to walk to another hotel. Quite far.

帶陽台的房間非常陳舊，還需要到負一樓去坐電梯，非常不推薦

Great place for meetings lots of nice cafes for long talks

1.安全衞生性不錯樓下靠近商場吃的比較方便 2.酒店吃早餐的地方還要走段路不太方便 3.安全性比較高，酒店很大設施齊全 4.維一不足離市區太遠太遠了 Ps商場內的華陽冰室不錯！這裏適合家庭出遊，女生也可安全性高
