The staff here are responsive and helpful. I like the locations which are quiet.

I enjoyed my stay at the villa the views were amazing the location is a little far from the city center but you can hire a motorcycle and the hotel helps you book your tours and arranges a driver for you. I ate dinner at the hotel the city can be a little crowded. If you looking for peace luxury feeling after a long day . You can use your bank card and they have an option for you to withdraw cash , I’d recommend this villa for you .

Great place to stay when in Sapa. Nice location and with fantastic view of the rice terraces and mountain. Room with balcony was spacious and clean.
My sister and I love the peacefulness of the location with wonderful amenities like AC, herbal bath, salt sauna, pool, massage services. The service was excellent from the time we got there and when we left. We also love how the resort built to compliment the surrounding. Very well design. The room was very comfortable and clean. We wished we could stay here a little longer.

One of my favorite experiences in Vietnam. Eco Village is a little outside of Sapa the city, but many travelers go to Sapa for nature. This stay was amazing, the rooms were great and the staff were outstanding. We decided to do the 5 hour trek booked through the hotel, and it was my favorite experience in all of Vietnam. If you’re into hiking and the outdoors I would strongly recommend as a can’t miss opportunity. Our tour guide was amazing, and we were accompanied by others from the local village to help us on the trek. It does get muddy and slippery so bring proper shoes. There are bugs but if you wear spray they didn’t bother you us. Would highly recommend.

The staff, the service, the staff is Amazing, amazing and Amazing! (Chili, Su, Huchi and the lovely ladies who prepared our means) Absolutely a great hotel with amazing staff who speak good English, they are very kind and helpful with any of your requests. The hotel is situated 20mins away from sapa town and it wasn’t a disadvantage at all. The place is so beautiful, I love the nature, beautiful garden with flowers, lots of butterflies and you’ll also see chickens and ducks.. it’s so peaceful to listen to the sound of nature, the fresh air .. we took a motorbike for the days we wanted to travel around and it was provided by the hotel. The motorbike ride was so convenient. The hotel has great food, have a mix of western cuisines and Vietnamese cuisine and their kitchen opeaters from 7.30am till 9.30pm. All their food is fresh, even the juices! You should try their coconut coffee, cinnamon tea, ginger tea and lemon grass tea!! We also had bbq and it was so good! We tried the massage, herbal bath, sauna too and it was blissful! We also got a guide from the hotel that took us along a beautiful trek! This was a complete experience of the best ACCOMMODATION! we will surely come again!

I booked Sapa Eco Villas & Spa after reading good reviews, hoping for a great experience. But, unfortunately, it fell incredibly short. The location is nice, with a fantastic mountain view. However, the service was a letdown. When we arrived, they were irritated we didn't book a taxi through the hotel as they watched us unload the taxi ourselves. Inside our room, we found dead cockroaches and had issues with the shower flooding and hot water. The real letdown was when we booked an extra night to accomodate our late overnight bus to Hanoi so that we could use the room during the day before our 10pm bus. They didn't clean our room that day, despite us paying for it. We were welcomed back to the room with soggy towels and an unserviced room after a day of being rained on. At check-out, they admitted it was because we were leaving that they had not serviced the room that day. This sums up our experience, and I can't recommend staying here. You might want to consider other options in Sapa.

We had a fantastic 3 days in Sapa with our 2 year old! It was just far enough from Sapa town to feel isolated but also close enough to go into town if you wish. The staff are very accomodating, organising our taxis, travel to and from Hanoi, day treks etc. The food was delicious also. We did the half day trekking with a guide provided by the hotel, it was informative & tough little trek. Approx 12km

Sapa Eco Villas (Mr Quan) was really helpful right from the start of our trip. We made a request in our booking and Mr Quan got in touch with us soon after to assist. His replies in the email thread was prompt and smooth, which was really helpful in planning out our trip. As per our request, he was able to arrange a driver to pick us up at an ungodly time of 5.30am in the morning (as we took a midnight sleeper bus to Sapa). In our opinion, it would be better for future travellers to book the driver through the Villa after looking at opening hours of the destination you’re going. We were there 30 mins before Sapa Heaven Gate opens During this tour, there has been some hiccup in the drivers that were assigned to us (driver’s side issue not the Villa), and i sent an email to Mr Quan informing him about it. He made sure to get our newly assigned driver’s number, called him and told him to pass the phone to us (asked us if we were okay as our data roaming were weak in the outskirts of Sapa), this was a pretty heartwarming gesture to us. After that tour, when we arrive at the Villa, we were warmly received by the staffs there, Mr Quan included. Since there was also a birthday surprise planned for me (by my bf and Mr Quan, through email), Mr Quan made sure to have the room ready (and discreetly), for me to enjoy my Birthday. Right off from the start, i was greeted with happy birthday wordings made with rose petals on the bed. During our BBQ dinner, the entire team at the villa surprised me with a birthday cake, made my birthday a memorable one indeed thank you Sapa Eco Villas 😊 We also went for one of the village trekking tours recommended by the villa. Overall, good views while walking but the tour guide assigned to us was rather quiet (doesn’t share much with us unless we asked) as compared to other guides we crossed paths with along the way. It would be great if the villa look into this to ensure better experience for future travellers. Apart from the friendly staffs who made our stay at the villa feel homely, they make really good food for all our 3 meals. This was great as there are no F&Bs nearby the villa! The food was also decently priced and not hiked up like usual hotels. We both really loved the food. I even cried missing the food. We will be back, thank you for the great stay Sapa Eco Villas! Have never highly recommended an accommodation before.

Really enjoyed our stay at Sa pa Eco Villas. The family who run it can't do enough for you. We arrived at Sapa Bus station at 4am in the pouring rain (had previously contacted Sa pa Eco Villas) and there was a taxi there waiting for us. Due to the remote setting there is not a lot of places to eat around, so we ate in the eco Villas restaurant every night. The food was outstanding every time. This is a great way to experience the rural area of Sa Pa , we had amazing views of the rice terraces and valleys ! We loved it so much we decided to stay another night ! Thank you Sa Pa Eco Villas for an unforgettable stay.

It is efficient to rent a motorcycle and move about 12km away from Sapa city, and it is a good condition for many experiences. The food in the hotel is also really delicious.... Especially since it is a family-run hotel, all the staff were friendly and nice. It is good to travel to famous places crowded with many tourists. It's really nice and quaint to ride a motorcycle on a quiet local road. If you can travel by bike, I recommend this place.

Wet booked 4 nights in the hotel and were very excited about this particular leg of our long holiday around Vietnam. Unfortunately it was hugely disappointing from the outset. The hotel didn't collect us from the bus station as they'd agreed, nor did they answer their phone. So we paid for a taxi (300,000 VND) to traverse the long bumpy road. The hotel is under big power lines, wedged between two roads, and totally run down. There were no staff to be seen apart from some construction workers building another hut. The place was filthy, and there was rubbish and black mould all over the place. The staff were anything but courteous and professional. When I had to ask for water in arrival they provided a half consumed bottle of warm water. Not surprising, their fridge was stocked with a few sprite cans, and a single can of beer. See pic. It's laughable to call the place a spa or villas, home stay at best, and the staff were entirely unprofessional and even confrontational. They were entirely unapologetic about missing our pick up, or poor the state of the hotel, but after an hour finally agreed to refund the booking, and then eventually they called the taxi we'd requested. But don't take my word for it, see the pictures and make up your own mind!
