Had a pleasant stay and 格桑 service is awesome! He has recommended me places to eat and response is prompt. Room is exactly in their advertised images and the cleanliness is great. Water pressure in the shower is super strong! The only thing to take note will be is slightly further to the ancient town (古城) which is about 10mins walk away. Will definitely come back to stay again.

Great service. Can view the mountain range fri. The room. Location is good. There’s a lake nearby. Very nice Walking round the lake and there’s a 古城 nearby (less than 1km away). Portion of breakfast very big.

The hotel is clean and very beautiful. Mr. Gesang gave us a warm welcome when we arrived and kindly explained everything to make our stay comfortable. I really like this place and will definitely come back again.😊😊

Like my stay in this hotel. Appreciate the pick up from the railway that is included as a service from hotel. We also get a butler to help us and can communicate smoothly via wechat. Room was spacious and have seating area to chill. Also like the modern design.

Service, facilities and food were all amazing!! The toilet was really cool too - you get a high tech bidet system thing with the room. Also, they send fruity platters and soup to the rooms daily. Highly recommend a stay at the Chenrezig when you’re visiting Shangri-La!

Hotel service was excellent the moment we stepped in and we were welcomed with hot drinks and titbits. Our room was very cosy with a huge television screen and was even equipped with oxygen supply throughout the night. Breakfast came as a set of local dishes and tasted good! I enjoyed my stay here!

All the staff at the hotel have good service attitudes.😘😘😘Especially housekeeper Zhuoma, she always talks to us with a smile.😄😄😄It has been open for two years, but the facilities and equipment are all new, the oxygen supply is sufficient, the rooms are clean and high-end, and there are snacks, drinks, humidifiers, and other small details.🥰🥰🥰 The hotel has a very ethnic atmosphere and is full of warmth.💪💪💪 ！

This is my first trip to Shangri-la and we were welcome by superb hospitality from this hotel. Greeted by it's friendly driver who pick us up from the train station. It hotel manager 格桑and 卓玛 waited for us at the hotel like we were friends. This hotel is very new and Morden renovated This hotel has O2 supply and they also provide the O2 canister. The hotel is a stone throw away from the old town. I would recommend this hotel to any traveller.

The hotel is a 10-15 min walk to the ancient city. Perfect location. The staff are so helpful and friendly and spent time explaining all the room facilities to us. The breakfast was superb and made to order. The rooms are excellant clean and organised. I really enjoyed my stay there and will highly recommand this hotel for travellers to Shangrila.

The hotel service was top notch. We had great service by all staff namely Gesang. They showed us around hotel, and explained in detail how to use the gadgets.The rooms were well decorated.breakfast was good The staff were pleasant, friendly and extremely hospitable which made our stay in sa lot memorable

Great hotel!! The staff was extremely polite and nice from the moment I made the booking to the time I left. They arranged the car to take me from and to the train station for free. They also prepared a super nice packed breakfast (boiled veggies, eggs, pastries, fruits, water...) for the train even though I hadn't even booked the breakfast! Moreover, they allowed me to check in early at 9am for free!!! The room is super nice and very large. Also the TV is extremely big and you can watch documentaries in English for free.
