Due to the pandemic we had to cancel other New Year's Eve plans and chose to stay a bit closer to home. This was an excellent choice! Unfortunately I can't attest to the salon, spa, or pool (all are off our to-do list until Germany's numbers are down), but everything else about this hotel was amazing. Everyone spoke excellent English, were very accommodating, and the restaurant requires a review all its' own (magnificent!!). If we had to find anything that didn't deserve a five-star rating, it would be the streaming service (lost Netflix connection frequently), however, everything else at this hotel made up for that. You couldn't ask for a better location; it's across the street from the Hauptbahnhof, and one block away from more shopping than you can do in a day! Every hotel in the world should offer an ”Olaf”! Olaf is the most outstanding of this hotel's very service-oriented staff; he is everywhere you need him to be right when you need him there!! If we owned a hotel chain, we would be trying to hire him away from the Graf Zeppelin - he's that good!! This hotel also has an elegant cigar bar. Although I'm not into cigars, it's so elegant that I did not mind accompanying my husband there. My husband's exact words were ”this place has the very best cigars I've ever tried, and an exquisite class of whiskey!” And thanks to Olaf, our preferred table was reserved in the restaurant and in the cigar bar every evening; We will definitely return to this hotel! Oh, I forgot to mention.......we've traveled a lot and have been in a lot of hotels; this was the first that offered a WALK-IN closet with ample storage storage! The two sinks in the bathroom, both a tub AND a shower were also a plus....comforts of home! (We were in a junior suite)

Mega confortevole riposo presso il Le Meridien Luxury Hotel vicino al centro della città, che si può raggiungere attraverso il parco urbano verde. Molto gentile e accogliente personale. Nuovi e spaziosi camere con insulto acustico. Molto tranquillo e nessun suono è sentito dalla strada, anche nelle stanze che usciranno sulla strada occupata. Buona e grande piscina, frutta, acqua e tè per i vostri servizi. Un mattino stupendo e molto diverso: piatti per qualsiasi gusto - pancake, waffles, pasticceria, salsicce e pesce, omeleti e fresche fresche e funghi.

Das Zimmer war mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Wegen dem Fehlen einer Klimaanlage kann es im Sommer heiss werden. Dank der ausgezeichneten Doppelverglasung war es ruhig und ich habe gut geschlafen. Nettes Personal.

We stayed here as our usual hotel was fully booked On the main street with free car parking on street after 6pm at night until 8am in the morning . Hotel does have its own car parking but charges 15 euros a night and as we arrived after 6pm and departed by 8am no point in paying when you can park on the street It was very hot when we stayed and we were surprised to find that such a modern hotel did not have air-conditioning. We were provided with a fan for our room which I have to say without one the room would have been unbearable to sleep in Breakfast was fine the next day usual selection of breads, cheeses, meats etc Would we stay again? Probably not due to excessive heat in the room

La ricezione è stata chiusa per domenica, ma ci ha aiutato a trovare pasta. Le camere sono molto pulite, la struttura è molto buona, il bagno è pulito. E' un grande vantaggio che il parcheggio sia gratuito... e che sia un prezzo molto buono... non dirò niente su colazione, perche' non abbiamo preferito fare colazione in albergo.

Avevo un viaggio d'affari, sapevo che avrei preso la mia parte, quindi ho chiamato e ho chiesto un check-in precoce e fu informato che sarebbe stato ok. Atteso 30 minuti mentre controllavano una stanza e dovevano andare a cercare un aggiornamento. Dato il modo in cui ho viaggiato quella mattina non ho mangiato, ho controllato il loro sito web e offrono servizio in camera. Perfetto, mi servirà! Arrivò nella mia stanza cercando un menu ma non riuscivo a trovarlo, prese il telefono per chiamare il servizio in camera usando il pulsante designato, il telefono non avrebbe chiamato, né avrebbe chiamato SOS su un altro pulsante che era preoccupante. Chiamato il mio cellulare a segnalare il telefono danneggiato e chiedere come ordinare e è stato detto che non offrono servizio in camera e non cibo disponibile fino a cena. Ho detto che era chiaramente sul loro sito web e sul telefono come un pulsante! Ma no, non c'è scelta di mangiare fino a dopo. Decisi di vedere se c'era qualcosa da bere nella mia stanza e trovato una bottiglia d'acqua aperta, chi ha aperto questo e perché c'è qualcuno mancato? ! Anche le mutandine erano sporche con qualche marca nera sulle lati. Onestamente, viaggiavo molto e sono rimasto in molti hotel, tra cui altri a Stuttgart. Questa è di gran lunga la peggiore esperienza che ho avuto finora. Forse sono un toccante h-arrabbiato quando scrivo questo, ma è un bel hotel moderno e molto nuovo, ma il servizio che mi aspettavo non c'era e in totale contraddizione con quello che era sul loro sito web. Hanno passato molto tempo a renderlo buono con un bel tema (Porsche), ma il servizio e le basi sono mancanti.

Quindi l'hotel era in sostanza molto buono e soddisfacente. Ma per 110 euro la notte, avevo davvero aspettato qualcosa di più confortevole. Ma probabilmente era anche la festa di primavera. La doccia era buona, ma non è stato facile che dopo la doccia il bagno fosse sotto l'acqua, e una porta di goccia lo impedirebbe, e ci mancava un armadio. E' stato molto strano, perché sono spesso in viaggio d'affari e un armadio è sempre presente. Positivo è il Bluetooth Sound, la piccola tavola su cui si può ancora lavorare. Purtroppo, la TV non è una TV intelligente. Se sarei tornato ... Non lo so ancora, ma la situazione è super e il personale è o stanco o non motivato.

(+) Die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig. Die Matratze war super, wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Das Badezimmer war klein aber ausreichend. Eine zusätzliche Ablage im Waschbeckenbereich wäre nützlich. Alles war relativ sauber. Die Anbindung an den ÖPNV ist gut, die Stationen sind fussläufig erreichbar. (-) Leider wird zurzeit kein Frühstück angeboten. Mann musste über Zehn Minuten laufen um bei einem Bäcker hochpreisig zu Frühstücken. Es gibt keinen Safe in den Zimmern. Die Zimmertüren erfüllt keine Sicherheitsstandards. Der Hauseingang steht für jedermann offen. Es gibt nur einen Nachttisch rechts vom Bett für zwei Personen. Wir waren drei Tage vor Ort und haben kein Personal angetroffen. Wie leider oft letzter Zeit wird auch hier nicht ordentlich gereinigt und Kleinreparaturen zum Erhalt des Standards werden nicht durchgeführt. So hatten zum Beispiel die beiden Teile der Stores am Fenster unterschiedliche Längen. Der Duschgelspender in der Dusche wackelt, waren mehrere Schrauben locker. Der Überlauf des Waschbecken ist schmutzig. Die nachträglich weiß gestrichenen Badtür hat seitlich und unten hellblaue Schlieren. Unter der Gardine lag noch Bonbonpapier vom Vormieter. Wenn hier nachgebessert wird gebes es einen Stern mehr.

Sehr gerne empfehle ich dieses Hotel weiter. An der Rezeption wurde ich direkt durch ein wunderschön strahlendes Lächeln von Zorana begrüsst und eingecheckt. Auch wöhrend meines Besuchs haben Zorana und Ihre Kollegen mich sehr herzlich und kompetent bei meinen Anliegen begleitet, wie in einem 5 Sterne Hotel. Dazu hat das Hotel ein Top Preis Leistungsverhältnis, die Zimmer beglücken mit sehr guter Qualität der Möbel und der Badarmaturen und einem stilvollen Design. Ein Wasserkocher mit Kaffee und Tee auf dem Zimmer sorgt für eine schöne Überraschung und Unabhöngigkeit. Gleichzeitig gibt es die Wahl unten in der Bar köstlichen Capuccino und heisse Schokolade und vieles mehr zu geniessen. In der Nähe ist ein wunderschöner Park, einige Restaurants, ein toller Dönerladen, ein Tegut zum Einkaufen und mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist man in ein paar Minuten in der Stadtmitte. Fazit: vielen herzlichen Dank für die tolle Erfahrung, unbedingt buchen und geniessen!

Nice hotel, suited as well for business trip as for holiday. We particularly appreciated the swimming pool and terrace, also the possibility to park at the hotel (although not free). Good bed, quiet to sleep. Friendly staff, possibility to have dinner even late in the evening. Good access also by bus or subway. Very nice breakfast, though expensive. Minor negative points: standard rooms are quite small, the parking spaces are small and limited.

Abbiamo prenotato questo hotel con booking.com, siamo andati in macchina quindi abbiamo scelto un hotel che avesse nelle vicinanze anche il parcheggio. Appena arrivati (alle 5 del pomeriggio) non abbiamo trovato nessuno alla reception, non ci era stato comunicato che avremmo dovuto fare il check in automatico arrivando dopo le 14. Abbiamo chiamato il numero che c'era scritto sulla porta e ci è stato detto come dovevamo fare. Poi abbiamo pensato al pagamento del parcheggio che era proprio di fronte all 'hotel e, trovata la colonnina per il pagamento abbiamo provato a pagare (€ 10,30 per l'intera giornata). Il parchimetro non accettava né la carta bancomat né la carta di credito, non potevamo neanche pagare in contanti perché non avevamo tutte quelle monete (non accettava neanche le banconote), quindi abbiamo richiamato il receptionist che ci ha comunicato che il parcheggio non era loro e che non sapeva neanche come risolvere il mio problema. Alla fine abbiamo chiesto alla reception di un altro albergo lì vicino se ci potevano cambiare 10 euro in monete e fortunatamente lo hanno fatto. Dopo 5 gg dal nostro soggiorno ricevo una mail dove mi si informa che la reception non è disponibile dopo le 14 e il check in va fatto in modo automatico con la macchinetta posta al di fuori e inoltre che il parcheggio lì di fronte costa 10.30 al giorno ma che se non dovesse esserci posto è possibile parcheggiare in un altro a 150 m. dall'hotel con 8 euro al giorno. Allora mi chiedo : ma devo avere tutte queste preziose informazioni quando sono già tornata dal mio viaggio???? E poi, non poteva dirmelo al telefono il receptionist che c'era un altro parcheggio lì vicino???!!!! Sono davvero arrabbiata e delusa! Organizzazione pessima! Per non parlare della disponibilità zero del receptionist. Il resto sarebbe anche passabile se non fosse per il poco spazio in camera ma di certo non sarà questo il motivo che non mi farà più tornare lì.
