Hotel in zona Rolf Müller Stuttgarter Naturtheater, Stoccarda

As a tourist, its very convenient that hotel is just across the train station. Hotel is so nice and service is superb! I will definitely recommend this hotel and you will noy regret aside of the location, the superb service, the per day rate is considerable.

Molto bel hotel, buona posizione anche. Vicino a un grande centro commerciale che è conveniente per comprare cibo e tutto quello che è necessario. L'hotel ha tutto bene, anche lavanderia (gratuito) 😏

Siamo rimasti qui solo una notte e abbiamo scelto questo hotel, perché sembrava essere in una buona posizione per visitare i musei Mercedes Benz e Porsche. Eravamo rimasti in altri hotel di Adina e ci siamo divertiti. Purtroppo, non possiamo dire lo stesso su questo. Inizialmente, era difficile trovare. Il nostro GPS ci dava la corsa. Infine, abbiamo visto un banner temporaneo indicando la posizione di Adina. Ci erano lavori stradali e un luogo di scavazione all’ingresso. Adina aveva le proprie aree di auto assegnate al parcheggio del centro commerciale adiacente, quindi non era facile. Finalmente siamo arrivati in camera nostra, che era buona, e i letti erano molto confortevoli, ma abbiamo notato che c'era solo mezzo rulli di carta da bagno con nessun altro posto in vista e solo un asciugamano. Quando mi fu detto che potevo prendere una da quella ricevuta, quando mi fu detto che potevo lasciarla andare in camera nostra e che lo avrebbero fatto, ma non è mai successo. Abbiamo rifiutato il colazione perché pensavamo fosse troppo costoso, anche se la ricezione offre uno sconto di 20 euro ciascuno. A quanto pare è più economico se prenotato online. Sulla parte superiore, in checkout, abbiamo chiesto qualche consiglio sulle direzioni e il ricevitore ha avuto qualche problema e ha e-mailto un link che era molto utile.

Hotel ben arredato e moderno ma l'organizzazione dei servizi lascia desiderare; complici la domenica e la festa nazionale del 3 ottobre, non hanno rifatto la camera per tre giorni e le ventole di areazione dei bagni sono rimaste non funzionanti. Soddisfacente la colazione.

Strategico sia per chi arriva in treno sia per chi arriva in auto. Ho parcheggiato nel Parkhaus Zeppelin-Carré, accanto all'hotel, per 20 euro al giorno. Trattasi di parcheggio coperto multipiano, sicuro e al centro della città, come il Motel One. Camera e bagno non grandissimi, ma adatti per una coppia o viaggio di lavoro. Doccia grande, arredamento moderno e minimal, decori e quadri a tema teatrale. Pulito, molto apprezzati i detergenti ecosostenibili certificati in bagno. Finalmente dei saponi di qualità e non monouso. Wifi funzionante.

A clean and satisfactory room in a good location not far from the centre of town

Wonderful modern hotel, well located in the city center, with friendly and helpful staff. One block to the S Bahn. Thoroughly enjoyed this delightful hotel. Light filled tall ceilings, plenty of operating doors to small Juliet balconies, comfy beds, small refrigerator, espresso maker, great shower, and hip design. Nice breakfast in the morning in the hotel. Try for one of rooms on the corner, with walls of windows. We loved it.

It was the most traumatizing stay I ever had! The receptionst lied to me about being able to stay the next day even it was booked out on booking. She said they still have rooms and it’s still enough time to pay the next stay. I trusted her words! At 11 am when I was still asleep suddenly the housekeeping aggressively knocked on my door even the don’t disturb sign were out. They yelled in front of my door telling me I have to leave immediately!! I quickly put on some Clothes and told them that I already extended my stay. Of course I thought this incompetent receptionist blocked my room when she guaranteed me my room for the next day?! But instead those cleaners said it’s not possible to stay bc they are fully booked!! I first still thought it must be a misunderstanding, telling them what the receptionist told me the other day. She than even showed up herself. But instead of being apologetic she showed a total different face and even threatened me in an bossy tone that I have to leave by 12 pm which were in 40 min (!!) otherwise they would call the police!! 😳🤷‍♀️ I was SO shocked and disappointed but her super f*ed up behavior. I already extended the room on booking for another five nights (!!) bc she were so nice before! Everything were paid in advance!! I felt so fooled & trapped. I got only 40 min left to shower, dye my hair and to pack all my stuff!! When I just got out the shower like 20 min later and still in time (!) it started knocking on my door again. I was like wth 🤦‍♀️ When I opened the door in a towel, I couldn’t believe my eyes : IT WAS THE POLICE! like why? for what reason?? I totally didn’t get it! I was the one who got crazily trapped and degraded as never before and they are doing this to me? like why?? I calmly explained the officers what happened and Im pretty sure they themselves were thinking like what the hell are we even doing here.. I also told them that, of course I won’t return after everything what just happened and that I except to get a refund. The receptionist agreed. I promised to be out at 12 if they would let me go now to keep packing. The police left. I was never as stressed as I was in that moment! I even offered the staff some chocolate the day before..I really couldn’t believe this all just happened.. Bc I was rushing everything like crazy, I didn’t pack things properly as I normally do, so it was a challenge to close my suitcase. When it turned 12 p I was panicking like never before! I couldn’t close my suitcase.. It turned 1 after 12 and the terror immediately started again, knocking on my door/ yelling.. I just kept focusing on my suitcase. At 2 after 12 I finally got it. I went down to the front desk and were expecting my invoice and the refund as discussed before with the police. BUT, the same narc receptionist suddenly acted like she never told me so and refused to give me my money back. They obviously tried EVERYTHING to provoke and punish me for .. what exactly..? 🤷‍♀️ I asked for the manager. He called

Sono stati occasionalmente qui negli ultimi anni. Secondo un nuovo nome non è cambiato molto. La prenotazione funziona perfettamente come sempre. Se non si svolgeno grandi eventi in zona, sono disponibili prezzi e offerte economiche. La guida in auto in garage è buona, ma allora è necessario trovare la via d'uscita giusta nella gigantesca garage del centro commerciale. L'hotel non è centrale a Stuttgart, ma nella periferia, la connessione con la S-Bahn (5-10 min pedonale) è anche buona sera. ricevimento e check-in veloce, cortese, senza complicato. Camere e bagno sono puliti, e funzionale, ma non di lusso. Alcuni camere sulla strada principale possono essere abbastanza rumorosi a finestra aperta. Tuttavia, dall'altra parte si dormi molto tranquillo. In estate, le camere possono anche riscaldare a seconda della posizione e del sole. Il buffet per colazione è sempre stato molto buono, al momento la scelta è notevolmente limitata dalla situazione sanitaria, ma la qualità è ancora accettabile. Chi è consapevole della situazione, per il quale il soggiorno qui vale il suo prezzo.
