Hotel a 3 stelle a Stoccarda

Hotel comodissimo da tutti i punti di vista. Vicino al centro (circa 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione e 15 dalla piazza del Castello) e facile da raggiungere con l'auto. Reception molto gentile e parla perfettamente inglese. Bello e funzionale l'arredo interno, con una camera spaziosa, letti comodi e buona biancheria. Apprezzo sempre moltissimo la presenza di bollitore, tazze e cucchiaini (forse aggiungerei un frigo?). Sostanzialmente è attaccato a un grande centro commerciale con molti ristoranti anche economici, supermercati e una fermata della metro (il che lo rende benissimo connesso). Consiglio di chiedere in reception prima di usare il parcheggio dell'hotel, perché senza le loro istruzioni non è facilissimo orientarcisi dentro.

Questo hotel nuovissimo e’ ideale per un soggiorno a Stoccarda. Si trova nella zona nuova e super moderna della città con il tram/metropolitana che passa proprio davanti L hotel. Solo 2 fermate per il centro, 1 per la stazione. Il tratto dalla stazione e quindi dal centro può anche essere fatto a piedi lungo una zona pedonale che e’ attualmente in corso per essere definita. A conclusione sarà comodissima. Pulizia ottima, personale gentilissimo e una delle migliori colazioni mai fatte. La macchinetta fa dei cappuccini buoni e cremosi. Assortimento dolce e salato di qualità! Silenziosissimo, bene insonorizzato, avendo una camera con vista laterale, non abbiamo mai sentito il treno. Parcheggio comodissimo a 17 euro a notte con ascensore diretto. I posti sono pochi ma noi L abbiamo sempre trovato. Unico appunto il terzo letto troppo duro non e’ adatto ad un ragazzino al max per un bambino. E’ un divano con un lenzuaolo sopra. Oggettivamente scomodo. Per il resto super consigliato. Il personale molto gentile e professionale ed alcuni parlano italiano come una gentile ragazza pugliese. Ottimo!

It was the most traumatizing stay I ever had! The receptionst lied to me about being able to stay the next day even it was booked out on booking. She said they still have rooms and it’s still enough time to pay the next stay. I trusted her words! At 11 am when I was still asleep suddenly the housekeeping aggressively knocked on my door even the don’t disturb sign were out. They yelled in front of my door telling me I have to leave immediately!! I quickly put on some Clothes and told them that I already extended my stay. Of course I thought this incompetent receptionist blocked my room when she guaranteed me my room for the next day?! But instead those cleaners said it’s not possible to stay bc they are fully booked!! I first still thought it must be a misunderstanding, telling them what the receptionist told me the other day. She than even showed up herself. But instead of being apologetic she showed a total different face and even threatened me in an bossy tone that I have to leave by 12 pm which were in 40 min (!!) otherwise they would call the police!! 😳🤷‍♀️ I was SO shocked and disappointed but her super f*ed up behavior. I already extended the room on booking for another five nights (!!) bc she were so nice before! Everything were paid in advance!! I felt so fooled & trapped. I got only 40 min left to shower, dye my hair and to pack all my stuff!! When I just got out the shower like 20 min later and still in time (!) it started knocking on my door again. I was like wth 🤦‍♀️ When I opened the door in a towel, I couldn’t believe my eyes : IT WAS THE POLICE! like why? for what reason?? I totally didn’t get it! I was the one who got crazily trapped and degraded as never before and they are doing this to me? like why?? I calmly explained the officers what happened and Im pretty sure they themselves were thinking like what the hell are we even doing here.. I also told them that, of course I won’t return after everything what just happened and that I except to get a refund. The receptionist agreed. I promised to be out at 12 if they would let me go now to keep packing. The police left. I was never as stressed as I was in that moment! I even offered the staff some chocolate the day before..I really couldn’t believe this all just happened.. Bc I was rushing everything like crazy, I didn’t pack things properly as I normally do, so it was a challenge to close my suitcase. When it turned 12 p I was panicking like never before! I couldn’t close my suitcase.. It turned 1 after 12 and the terror immediately started again, knocking on my door/ yelling.. I just kept focusing on my suitcase. At 2 after 12 I finally got it. I went down to the front desk and were expecting my invoice and the refund as discussed before with the police. BUT, the same narc receptionist suddenly acted like she never told me so and refused to give me my money back. They obviously tried EVERYTHING to provoke and punish me for .. what exactly..? 🤷‍♀️ I asked for the manager. He called

Ich hatte 4 Nächte in diesem Hotel gebucht, da meine Tochter in Stuttgart im Krankenhaus lag. Bei der Buchung musste ich den vollen Betrag inklusive Frühstück und Tiefgaragenstellplatz im Voraus bezahlen. Glücklicherweise wurde meine Tochter nach dem zweiten Tag bereits wieder aus dem Krankenhaus entlassen und wir konnten zurück nach Hause fahren. Als ich beim Auschecken auf die Rückerstattung der zu viel gezahlten Übernachtungen zu sprechen kam, bat mich der Mitarbeiter eine Nachricht mit dem Anliegen an die Chefin zu schreiben, er würde es dann weiterleiten. Zwei Wochen später hatte ich immer noch keine Rückerstattung und auch keine Rückmeldung. Darauf hin habe ich nochmals eine Nachricht Im Internetportal an das Hotel mit einer Frist zur Rückmeldung gesendet. Die Frist ist abgelaufen, Rückmeldung und Rückerstattung Fehlanzeige. Wenn ein Hotel meint, dass es Geld für eine Umbuchung einbehalten muss, erwarte ich zumindest eine Rückmeldung. Das Anliegen eines Kunden einfach auszusitzen und eine Notsituation zur Gewinnmaximierung auszunutzen geht gar nicht. Ich werde den Fall wahrscheinlich an meinen Anwalt übergeben. Das Verhalten der Leitung dieses Hotels grenzt an betrügerisches Verhalten. Ich lerne daraus, dass ich nicht mehr in einem solchen billigen Hotel im Voraus bezahlen und lieber ein paar Euro mehr für ein renommiertes Hotel ausgeben werde. An alle anderen, die in Stuttgart übernachten wollen: Finger weg vom Hotel Sautter, wenn etwas unvorhersehbares kommt, werdet ihr dort abgezockt!

La ricezione è stata chiusa per domenica, ma ci ha aiutato a trovare pasta. Le camere sono molto pulite, la struttura è molto buona, il bagno è pulito. E' un grande vantaggio che il parcheggio sia gratuito... e che sia un prezzo molto buono... non dirò niente su colazione, perche' non abbiamo preferito fare colazione in albergo.

Sono molto soddisfatto dell'hotel.

L'hôtel Novum Rega est idéalement situé, puisqu'il est dans le quartier Feuersee, à environ 15 minutes à pied du centre-ville et dans un quartier calme. Les chambres sont très spacieuses, mais la propreté laisse un peu à désirer (moquette tachée, moisissures et cheveux dans la salle de bain). L'hôtel propose un petit-déjeuner buffet vraiment très bien garni! Cela vaut la peine de le prendre en supplément. Le personnel est sympathique et accueillant. Côté parking, et c'est là que le bât blesse, l'hôtel dispose d'un parking souterrain au prix de 13€ par nuit. Autrement, vous pouvez stationner dans la rue, juste devant l'hôtel, au tarif de 10.30€ la journée. Mais ce que ne dit pas la réceptionniste, c'est que si vous stationnez dans la rue, vous avez besoin d'une vignette verte, appelée Umweltplakette, qu'il vous faut acheter auprès d'un centre de contrôle technique allemand, car la vignette crit'air, même crit'air 1, n'est pas reconnue par les autorités allemandes.... Résultat, si vous stationnez sans cela ou même que vous roulez dans la ville de Stuttgart sans cette vignette, vous êtes susceptibles de vous prendre une amende de 80€!!! 😠

Rapporto qualità-prezzo ottimale, vicinissimo (direi sopra) alla fermata della metropolitana che congiunge alla città, colazione abbondante e personale simpatico. Un punto in meno perché dalla catena Hilton ci aspettavamo qualcosa di più come location. Se avete l' auto, attenzione che il parcheggio è al secondo piano inferiore. Il primo piano inferiore è di un altro hotel. C è un cartello all ingresso ma è scritto in piccolo e nessuno lo nota.

Hôtel situé au sud de Stuttgart le long de la voie de tram. Chambres parfaitement impeccables et au calme. Possibilité de stationner gratuitement devant l hotel (vite car les places partent vite) . Avec le tramway on est à la fruhlingfest en 20 minutes (compter 2,90e le ticket aller) . Possibilité de faire le check in avant 15h pour 15,00e

Very nice decorated place at the reception We have booked a Christmas special for a very good price and expected a small room, but when we opened the door, it was a big surprise: It was a spacious and well furnished room with a nice balcony in the upper floor. The Bath room was very big, too Beds were compfortable. The area is quiet. the only problem: the elevator did not work during the night Hours after 23:00 but no real problem, You can take the stairs. With the key you can go out and come back all night Parking in the area is for free only during the night. During day time, you have to pay for the parking ticket. But we managed to find free parking 3-4 streets further down. There is a vending machine In the Hotel so that you can purchase beverages for very fair prices Wifi worked well Staff in the evening was very friendly. Staff in the morning was adequate. For breakfast an additional payment and a new covid Test would have been required for an additional fee, therefore, we did not Eat there in the morning. We would book again Enjoy the stay!
