Due to the pandemic we had to cancel other New Year's Eve plans and chose to stay a bit closer to home. This was an excellent choice! Unfortunately I can't attest to the salon, spa, or pool (all are off our to-do list until Germany's numbers are down), but everything else about this hotel was amazing. Everyone spoke excellent English, were very accommodating, and the restaurant requires a review all its' own (magnificent!!). If we had to find anything that didn't deserve a five-star rating, it would be the streaming service (lost Netflix connection frequently), however, everything else at this hotel made up for that. You couldn't ask for a better location; it's across the street from the Hauptbahnhof, and one block away from more shopping than you can do in a day! Every hotel in the world should offer an ”Olaf”! Olaf is the most outstanding of this hotel's very service-oriented staff; he is everywhere you need him to be right when you need him there!! If we owned a hotel chain, we would be trying to hire him away from the Graf Zeppelin - he's that good!! This hotel also has an elegant cigar bar. Although I'm not into cigars, it's so elegant that I did not mind accompanying my husband there. My husband's exact words were ”this place has the very best cigars I've ever tried, and an exquisite class of whiskey!” And thanks to Olaf, our preferred table was reserved in the restaurant and in the cigar bar every evening; We will definitely return to this hotel! Oh, I forgot to mention.......we've traveled a lot and have been in a lot of hotels; this was the first that offered a WALK-IN closet with ample storage storage! The two sinks in the bathroom, both a tub AND a shower were also a plus....comforts of home! (We were in a junior suite)

L'hôtel Novum Rega est idéalement situé, puisqu'il est dans le quartier Feuersee, à environ 15 minutes à pied du centre-ville et dans un quartier calme. Les chambres sont très spacieuses, mais la propreté laisse un peu à désirer (moquette tachée, moisissures et cheveux dans la salle de bain). L'hôtel propose un petit-déjeuner buffet vraiment très bien garni! Cela vaut la peine de le prendre en supplément. Le personnel est sympathique et accueillant. Côté parking, et c'est là que le bât blesse, l'hôtel dispose d'un parking souterrain au prix de 13€ par nuit. Autrement, vous pouvez stationner dans la rue, juste devant l'hôtel, au tarif de 10.30€ la journée. Mais ce que ne dit pas la réceptionniste, c'est que si vous stationnez dans la rue, vous avez besoin d'une vignette verte, appelée Umweltplakette, qu'il vous faut acheter auprès d'un centre de contrôle technique allemand, car la vignette crit'air, même crit'air 1, n'est pas reconnue par les autorités allemandes.... Résultat, si vous stationnez sans cela ou même que vous roulez dans la ville de Stuttgart sans cette vignette, vous êtes susceptibles de vous prendre une amende de 80€!!! 😠

La posizione dell’albergo è molto centrale e permette di raggiungere il centro in pochi minuti a piedi. La struttura è un po’ vecchia e le camere non sono molto spaziose e manca l’aria condizionata. Inoltre, nonostante tra i servizi offerti sia presente il centro fitness, in realtà chiedendo alla reception ci è stato detto che si trattava di una falsa informazione.

Il Maritim Hotel è altamente raccomandato. I dipendenti super gentili, sia nel servizio, nella reception o anche nel personale delle pulizie, sono stati sempre gentili e disponibili. Volentieri ancora e ancora. Ovviamente anche la posizione è ottima. Il centro (Arnuf-Klettplatz) è raggiungibile a piedi in circa 10-20 minuti, a seconda di quanto siete bravi a camminare. Anche la colazione è fantastica. Come accennato in precedenza, un hotel di alto livello.

A lovely little Pension abut 10 minutes' walk from the city centre, and in easy reach of various U-bahn stops. The surrounding Bohnviertel (bean quarter) i delightful, with plenty of shops and character. It is reasonably priced, the staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful, and the room was good, clean and warm. The breakfast buffet was varied and tasty. It's a shame that there were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room, as I would have loved a cup of tea after strolling round Stuttgart. that aide, I would recommend this place whole-heartedly.

Location: well located, near to shops, malls, restaurants, bars… vibrant area. Room: we had the urban option, spacious, clean, modern, comfortable bed, great shower, sufficient amenities. Front desk service was very helpful. Parking below the hotel was clean, secure and spacious. We didn’t take the breakfast but lots of people were there and it looked good. Will definitely recommend EmiLu hotel to friends and family.

Abbiamo soggiornato al Ruby Hanna Hotel per una riunione di famiglia ed è stata un'esperienza molto positiva. È convenientemente situato nel centro commerciale Gerber con una rampa per il parcheggio sotterraneo (€ 20 per 24 ore che è abbastanza ragionevole per Stoccarda). It was the most traumatizing stay I ever had! The receptionst lied to me about being able to stay the next day even it was booked out on booking. She said they still have rooms and it’s still enough time to pay the next stay. I trusted her words! At 11 am when I was still asleep suddenly the housekeeping aggressively knocked on my door even the don’t disturb sign were out. They yelled in front of my door telling me I have to leave immediately!! I quickly put on some Clothes and told them that I already extended my stay. Of course I thought this incompetent receptionist blocked my room when she guaranteed me my room for the next day?! But instead those cleaners said it’s not possible to stay bc they are fully booked!! I first still thought it must be a misunderstanding, telling them what the receptionist told me the other day. She than even showed up herself. But instead of being apologetic she showed a total different face and even threatened me in an bossy tone that I have to leave by 12 pm which were in 40 min (!!) otherwise they would call the police!! 😳🤷‍♀️ I was SO shocked and disappointed but her super f*ed up behavior. I already extended the room on booking for another five nights (!!) bc she were so nice before! Everything were paid in advance!! I felt so fooled & trapped. I got only 40 min left to shower, dye my hair and to pack all my stuff!! When I just got out the shower like 20 min later and still in time (!) it started knocking on my door again. I was like wth 🤦‍♀️ When I opened the door in a towel, I couldn’t believe my eyes : IT WAS THE POLICE! like why? for what reason?? I totally didn’t get it! I was the one who got crazily trapped and degraded as never before and they are doing this to me? like why?? I calmly explained the officers what happened and Im pretty sure they themselves were thinking like what the hell are we even doing here.. I also told them that, of course I won’t return after everything what just happened and that I except to get a refund. The receptionist agreed. I promised to be out at 12 if they would let me go now to keep packing. The police left. I was never as stressed as I was in that moment! I even offered the staff some chocolate the day before..I really couldn’t believe this all just happened.. Bc I was rushing everything like crazy, I didn’t pack things properly as I normally do, so it was a challenge to close my suitcase. When it turned 12 p I was panicking like never before! I couldn’t close my suitcase.. It turned 1 after 12 and the terror immediately started again, knocking on my door/ yelling.. I just kept focusing on my suitcase. At 2 after 12 I finally got it. I went down to the front desk and were expecting my invoice and the refund as discussed before with the police. BUT, the same narc receptionist suddenly acted like she never told me so and refused to give me my money back. They obviously tried EVERYTHING to provoke and punish me for .. what exactly..? 🤷‍♀️ I asked for the manager. He called
