Due to the pandemic we had to cancel other New Year's Eve plans and chose to stay a bit closer to home. This was an excellent choice! Unfortunately I can't attest to the salon, spa, or pool (all are off our to-do list until Germany's numbers are down), but everything else about this hotel was amazing. Everyone spoke excellent English, were very accommodating, and the restaurant requires a review all its' own (magnificent!!). If we had to find anything that didn't deserve a five-star rating, it would be the streaming service (lost Netflix connection frequently), however, everything else at this hotel made up for that. You couldn't ask for a better location; it's across the street from the Hauptbahnhof, and one block away from more shopping than you can do in a day! Every hotel in the world should offer an ”Olaf”! Olaf is the most outstanding of this hotel's very service-oriented staff; he is everywhere you need him to be right when you need him there!! If we owned a hotel chain, we would be trying to hire him away from the Graf Zeppelin - he's that good!! This hotel also has an elegant cigar bar. Although I'm not into cigars, it's so elegant that I did not mind accompanying my husband there. My husband's exact words were ”this place has the very best cigars I've ever tried, and an exquisite class of whiskey!” And thanks to Olaf, our preferred table was reserved in the restaurant and in the cigar bar every evening; We will definitely return to this hotel! Oh, I forgot to mention.......we've traveled a lot and have been in a lot of hotels; this was the first that offered a WALK-IN closet with ample storage storage! The two sinks in the bathroom, both a tub AND a shower were also a plus....comforts of home! (We were in a junior suite)

La posizione dell’albergo è molto centrale e permette di raggiungere il centro in pochi minuti a piedi. La struttura è un po’ vecchia e le camere non sono molto spaziose e manca l’aria condizionata. Inoltre, nonostante tra i servizi offerti sia presente il centro fitness, in realtà chiedendo alla reception ci è stato detto che si trattava di una falsa informazione.

Il Maritim Hotel è altamente raccomandato. I dipendenti super gentili, sia nel servizio, nella reception o anche nel personale delle pulizie, sono stati sempre gentili e disponibili. Volentieri ancora e ancora. Ovviamente anche la posizione è ottima. Il centro (Arnuf-Klettplatz) è raggiungibile a piedi in circa 10-20 minuti, a seconda di quanto siete bravi a camminare. Anche la colazione è fantastica. Come accennato in precedenza, un hotel di alto livello.

Seit bald 20 Jahren immer wieder hier abgestiegen. Aber jetzt ist genug. Das Zimmer war alt und abgenutzt. Leider auch nicht sauber und dies in Zeiten von Corona. Wir haben das Hotel immer aufgrund der guten Lage geschätzt. Nun rechtfertigt nicht einmal mehr der Preis die Lage. Lieber etwas mehr Geld ausgeben, dafür ein sauberes Zimmer. Die Matratzen waren durchgelegen. Das Bettzeug meiner Tochter wies Flecken auf. Schimmel am Fenster. Duschbrause nicht verstellbar. Duschvorhang schmutzig und der Teppich strotzt vor lauter Flecken. Es ist nicht nur alt, sondern auch schmuddelig. Seit 20 Jahren dieselben Zimmermöbel und Bilder. Es war Advent und keine einzige weihnachtliche Deko. Kein Baum im Eingang wie früher. Keine Kugeln oder Kerzen. Traurig und trist. Eine Schande. War einmal toll hier zu übernachten.

Abbiamo prenotato questo hotel con booking.com, siamo andati in macchina quindi abbiamo scelto un hotel che avesse nelle vicinanze anche il parcheggio. Appena arrivati (alle 5 del pomeriggio) non abbiamo trovato nessuno alla reception, non ci era stato comunicato che avremmo dovuto fare il check in automatico arrivando dopo le 14. Abbiamo chiamato il numero che c'era scritto sulla porta e ci è stato detto come dovevamo fare. Poi abbiamo pensato al pagamento del parcheggio che era proprio di fronte all 'hotel e, trovata la colonnina per il pagamento abbiamo provato a pagare (€ 10,30 per l'intera giornata). Il parchimetro non accettava né la carta bancomat né la carta di credito, non potevamo neanche pagare in contanti perché non avevamo tutte quelle monete (non accettava neanche le banconote), quindi abbiamo richiamato il receptionist che ci ha comunicato che il parcheggio non era loro e che non sapeva neanche come risolvere il mio problema. Alla fine abbiamo chiesto alla reception di un altro albergo lì vicino se ci potevano cambiare 10 euro in monete e fortunatamente lo hanno fatto. Dopo 5 gg dal nostro soggiorno ricevo una mail dove mi si informa che la reception non è disponibile dopo le 14 e il check in va fatto in modo automatico con la macchinetta posta al di fuori e inoltre che il parcheggio lì di fronte costa 10.30 al giorno ma che se non dovesse esserci posto è possibile parcheggiare in un altro a 150 m. dall'hotel con 8 euro al giorno. Allora mi chiedo : ma devo avere tutte queste preziose informazioni quando sono già tornata dal mio viaggio???? E poi, non poteva dirmelo al telefono il receptionist che c'era un altro parcheggio lì vicino???!!!! Sono davvero arrabbiata e delusa! Organizzazione pessima! Per non parlare della disponibilità zero del receptionist. Il resto sarebbe anche passabile se non fosse per il poco spazio in camera ma di certo non sarà questo il motivo che non mi farà più tornare lì.

Il personale che parla molte lingue, fai sapere tutti i dettagli sull'accesso all'edificio dopo le ore, le strutture e rispondere alle domande sull'area. Il Wi-Fi non è sempre stato costantemente veloce per me, ma non ha mai fermato il lavoro. Come indicato nell'altra recensione, le pareti sono di tipo sottile, in modo da sentire vicini e persone nelle strade. Inoltre, questo è molto vicino alla stazione ferroviaria (Stattgart Hbf), così sentirete il rumore della città nella maggior parte delle ore del giorno/notte. -Hanno anche fornito un'orecchina per aiutare a ”calmar” il vostro soggiorno. :) Stagione semplice, poche attrazioni, ma abbastanza per un soggiorno veloce o un viaggio legato all'attività.

L'hotel si chiama anche Mirage City Hotel. Quindi il rapporto prezzo-benefici è eccellente. La stanza era pulita, il personale era molto amichevole e precoce. Il buffet mattina non troppo costoso e di tutto ciò che il cuore desidera (anche salmone e auto-fabbricati, gustosi bulloni, nonché uova fresche di torba o specchio, o uova cotte). La nostra stanza aveva anche un carico di rotelle, che permette di scurirlo correttamente se si vuole dormire per un po'. La posizione è altrettanto buona. Situato vicino alla stazione ferroviaria principale, in una tranquilla strada adiacente. Anche fino al centro della città non è lontano e in +-10 minuti (a piedi). Solo svantaggi: nessun minibar e nemmeno lobby bar. Ciò non ha però interrotto la mia valutazione, poiché non è necessario aspettare / aspettare tale cosa nei prezzi.

【Comment from *********】 2023/9/24 (Mon) 在此下榻一晚，這裡離車站不遠，飯店門口有地鐵站出口，在地鐵月台往車站出口的另一個方向走，搭手扶梯上來後右轉往 university 的出口，此處出口也有手扶梯。一出來就是這間旅館。 房間評價： 此次選擇最基本的房型，一晚 109 歐元，含早餐（官網註冊會員送一人一次免費早餐）。房間不大（請參照粗略的平面圖），單人入住綽綽有餘。室內燈光充足不會覺得昏暗，對面是辦公樓，晚上可以不用拉窗簾，因為沒有人。書桌底下有插座，床邊櫃各有插座，房間大門很重很難開，窗戶很大，採光充足。歐洲有 ground floor 所以 5 樓其實是 6 樓。晚上一樓是酒吧，蠻多人在喝酒。check out 很方便，把房卡丟到櫃檯的箱子就好；有行李寄存服務，服務生會在你給你的行李個一個標籤和存根，回來憑存根跟櫃台人員索取，行李放在櫃台後面、專屬工作人員才可進入的房間，寄存安全性高。 房內設施： * 沒有一次性備品，如牙刷牙膏 * 二合一洗頭洗身體乳 * 有吹風機 * 站立洗澡間 * 非免治馬桶 * 有漱口杯 * 沒有保險箱 * 沒有一次性拖鞋 * 沒有浴袍 早餐： 很好吃，選項不多但各吃一點就會飽，用餐高峰人也不太多，但建議早點使用早餐，早餐六點就有了，很棒。

L'hotel è vicino alla stazione metropolitana e al grande centro commerciale, molto conveniente.La reception dell'hotel è gentile e gentile e disposto a risolvere le domande.La stanza è elegante e pulita.Ci sono un po'di acqua calda e un po'di acqua per gli ospiti. Very nice decorated place at the reception We have booked a Christmas special for a very good price and expected a small room, but when we opened the door, it was a big surprise: It was a spacious and well furnished room with a nice balcony in the upper floor. The Bath room was very big, too Beds were compfortable. The area is quiet. the only problem: the elevator did not work during the night Hours after 23:00 but no real problem, You can take the stairs. With the key you can go out and come back all night Parking in the area is for free only during the night. During day time, you have to pay for the parking ticket. But we managed to find free parking 3-4 streets further down. There is a vending machine In the Hotel so that you can purchase beverages for very fair prices Wifi worked well Staff in the evening was very friendly. Staff in the morning was adequate. For breakfast an additional payment and a new covid Test would have been required for an additional fee, therefore, we did not Eat there in the morning. We would book again Enjoy the stay!
