Hotel con parcheggio a Stratford-upon-Avon

Questo hotel è un edificio del castello, l'ambiente periferico è buono, l'interno è più vecchio, il personale di servizio è ancora più entusiasta!

Dopo aver letto le recensioni, ero piuttosto preoccupato di rimanere qui. Il mio partner aveva prenotato questo hotel per il mio compleanno e stiamo solo per una notte. Arrivammo molto presto, perché volevamo andare avanti prima di entrare. Sorpreso che siamo stati parcheggiati - immagino che siamo stati fortunati! Il parcheggio è piuttosto stretto e probabilmente avrebbe tenuto circa 20 auto al massimo. Quindi prenoterei un punto (se puoi) o un punto al NCP locale in anticipo. Bella grande entrata con molti posti da sedere. Ho sentito un po' di spreco di spazio? Forse qualcosa di più per usare lo spazio meglio.. Ma ci siamo salutati alla ricezione da Tristan e Sam. Absolutamente gentili! Abbiamo ricevuto la storia dell'edificio e dei luoghi locali da visitare.Abbiamo controllato la nostra stanza che era su un volo di scale (non sono sicuro se ci sia un ascensore, se si combatte con le scale). La stanza era a posto, e guardava il parcheggio - suppongo sarebbe più tranquillo che la parte stradale, come le finestre non possono essere aggiornate come un vecchio edificio. I piani non erano nemmeno il tetto, ma questo è il fascino, questa è la storia e questo è l'edificio - e questo è stato fantastico. Quando siamo usciti, e qualcuno ci aveva detto che l'hotel potrebbe chiudere prima di Xmas per un rifornimento, che dico che ne ha bisogno. I tappeti, il tappeto e il pavimento della doccia non sono. Il bar era ben conservato e il servizio del ragazzo era bellissimo... e aveva grandi capelli! Ho certamente visto un fantasma nella mia stanza, non importa cosa dice nessuno! In tutto, resterò di nuovo, ma dopo la riparazione. Il personale è bello, la posizione è brillante, il parcheggio non è grande e non sono nemmeno i mattoni.

Hotel in una posizione fantastica. Le camere sono spaziose e piene di i tatti speciali dell'Indigo atteso. L'aggiunta del giardino giardino mette davvero questo in fronte ad alcuni degli altri hotel IHG che abbiamo soggiornato.

Il soggiorno è fantastico per visitare le vicinanze e l'hotel è un bel edificio storico. Il moderno bagno era bello da usare, ma abbiamo trovato la stanza molto di base e poteva fare con un rinfrescato e molto deluso che non ci fosse nessuna struttura per la produzione di bevande calde nella stanza. Abbiamo fatto il colazione inclusi nel nostro prezzo della stanza e siamo stati molto delusi - tutto nuotando in grasso e il pudding nero e la patata rosti erano molto troppo cucinati, così non potevamo finire il nostro pasto. Il parcheggio è di 7 sterline per notte di soggiorno, ma non è stato informato in anticipo. Probabilmente rimarremmo qui, ma saremmo in una stanza nella parte antica dell'edificio e non avremmo colazione cucinata.

The hotel is generally good and the staff are attentive, but we would suggest avoiding the restaurant.  The hotel doesn't warrant a 4* with areas showing wear and tear such as water-damaged wood, mouldy seal in the bathroom, broken window locks, etc.  Our room was not ready when we arrived, so we were given a drinks voucher. After being advised our room was ready, we arrived at the room to find the maid still cleaning the room. The room included basic tea and coffee facilities and toiletries.  The pool/spa is limited and has a cold pool, a steam room, a sauna, and a gym.  We had booked into the restaurant for an evening meal, but when we arrived there was a table complaining about the food. They had sent their food back to the kitchen twice, and the staff were suggesting they send it back again. They walked out of the restaurant. Based on this, we thought we would order something that was pretty safe, so we ordered a burger and a chicken. However, the meat tasted cheap and of poor quality. The restaurant is charging gastro prices, but the quality is nothing better than Wetherspoons or worse. Again, the puddings were basic, with a vegan coconut ice cream that had an odd texture to it and a sticky toffee pudding that was no better than a cheap microwave pud. In our opinion, the staff were inappropriately dressed, with one waitress having such a short skirt that every time she moved you got to see more than you wanted. The bar staff were assisting in the restaurant, and one barman was dressed in hip-style jeans, which kept falling down. Although all very attentive and polite, it seemed that the hotel as a whole had very limited staff, with everyone just mucking in.  The breakfast was not much better than our evening meal. We arrived at 9.30am to find the milk, pastries, hot water, etc. had run dry. There was a selection of hot food, but once again the meat tasted cheap. The main waitress was incredibly young and either didn't communicate or spoke so incredibly quietly that you could not hear what she said.  At check out, we were not asked how our stay had been, and we felt that everything was done to avoid such communication.

I had a fantastic stay at Travelodge Stratford-upon-Avon, thanks to Rejo’s exceptional service! He was welcoming, professional, and made sure everything was perfect. My room was spotless and comfortable, and the food was great. Rejo’s hospitality truly made my visit special—I’ll definitely be returning!

Dal mio punto di visto è, attualmente, uno dei migliori hotel nella zona. Per lavoro sono frequentemente nella zona e questo hotel è sempre stato all’ altezza delle mie aspettative. Le camere belle e confortevoli, sono pulite e tutte quelle utilizzate molto confortevoli. Personale professionale e molto gentile. Colazione ricca e buona , ottimo servizio, attento ed accurato.

Il servizio è stato fantastico! C'è stato un errore con la distribuzione della stanza e, poiché la stanza prenota non era disponibile, siamo stati aggiornati in una suite che è stata meravigliosa mentre celebravamo un compleanno speciale. Il pranzo del ristorante Trevellyn era inaspettato, perché eravamo vegetariano e il pasto vegetariano preparato dal cuoco era fantastico. Era un fine settimana caldo durante il nostro soggiorno, e anche se non c'era aria condizionata, un piccolo fan fu fornito che faceva una piccola differenza quando dormiva la notte; i giardini avevano bisogno di un po' di mantenimento e sarebbe stato bello se le fontane fossero state lavorando. In generale, ci siamo divertiti e ci siamo impegnati a tornare dopo che è passato attraverso alcuni rinnovamento e riqualificazione.

L'atmosfera in questa spaziosa casa era molto calda, benvenuta. Si può facilmente sentire a casa lì. Molto bel mix di età, dagli studenti ai pensionati! Molto personale amichevole. Come in molti ostelli, dormire in dormitori non è di grande qualità. È bello portare le cuffie e gli occhi, perché non ci sono cortine per proteggervi dalla luce e dal suono, ma il dormitorio è spazioso, c'è un gabinetto con spazio per le vostre proprietà.
