Hotel con piscina a Strasburgo

No service at all. The reception is only available till 7 pm. So if you arrive 30 min later there is nobody to acomodate you not even by telephone. We booked the hotel exclusively for the underground parking but as there is nobody at the desk you cannot enter the parking either. The streets around the appart hotel al full of cars and there is no spot early in the evening. It is also difficult to locate the entrance of the hotel. We had to ask the neighbors as it is an entry for the apartment complex and another entry around the corner for the hotel. Via de email at 18.59 hr you get a message that they leave a credit-card form key for you in a locker that you have to localise inside of the lobby. An old person will not be able to follow these instructions. We found the key but did not enter the room as we first wanted to get the car parked. But as the hotel parking is only open with a remote control you cannot enter if no one is there. The neighbors are nice and let you in, but Néméa parking is blocked by a barrier and you cannot get in. Inside the garage are warnings not to park elsewhere or you are transpassing. So we got so stressed that we decided to leave and book elsewhere last second. It was 20.30 hrs in the meantime and bookings via booking.com did not get through. We had to book in situ. All with all a lot of stress. The people from Néméa were not apologetic that nobody answers the phone after 19.00 hrs not even at 19.30 hr, when we called. You cannot arrange for a parking spot only on the arrival day upon arrival. They do not tell you this nor that it costs you 50 euro extra as deposit that you hope to get back. Either ways, Néméa is not willing to reimburse us. We will definitely never book with them again. And if you come by car, unless you can arrive prior to 18 hr (so that you can be sure you can arrange the parking) avoid this place as well. The area is not safe to leave a heavily loaded expensive car on the streets. Safety first! Booking.com censors this review this is why we place it here❗❗❗

Hotel molto bello, centralissimo e curatissimo. La camera molto grande e molto confortevole. Il letto comodo. Il bagno grande con vasca/doccia, 2 lavabo. Il WC in uno stanzino a parte. La colazione vale i 29 euro a testa, servita in terrazza vanta un buffet eccezionale di dolce e salato. Il personale gentilissimo. Non abbiamo potuto usufruire del parcheggio dell'hotel prenotato in precedenza, perchè il centro era chiuso al traffico per un mercato. Comunque il parcheggio pubblico è molto vicino, non eccessivamente caro e soprattutto sicuro. L'unico neo di questo bel posto, sono gli aspiratori nel bagno che non sono molto effcienti. Comunque consigliatissimo.

Camera molto bella e molto pulita Unico inconveniente: quantità insufficiente di cialde di caffè (2 per 2 adulti!) e niente bevande (succhi, alcolici) e snack (barrette di cioccolato, cereali) nel frigorifero. il bagno. La colazione era insufficiente, poca scelta.Mini fette di prosciutto e formaggio, mini pasticcini, uova strapazzate non buone, niente uova sode offerte (causa covid mi hanno detto?!), nessuna varietà di succo (solo acqua di arancia o limone) , succo di mela, succo di pompelmo sarebbe stato il benvenuto. Poca varietà di pane. Le marmellate erano buone ma niente dosi singole, barattoli dove servono tutti (e il COVID in tutto questo?). Fette sottilissime di ananas. Insomma, si vede che l'hotel sta risparmiando sulla colazione! Anche per il ristorante non soddisfatto.Tempo di attesa troppo lungo: servito in 45 minuti.Scelta non eccessiva..In compenso ottimo pane e personale molto cordiale. Non so se consiglierei questo hotel, viaggio molto, ho conosciuto hotel 4 stelle molto migliori, il voco hotel Strasburgo non vale un hotel pullman per esempio.

Inizialmente avevamo prenotato un appartamento in una camera da letto, ma il giorno prima della nostra arrivo abbiamo ricevuto un richiamo per dire che a causa dei danni all'acqua appena scoperto non sarebbe possibile avere la nostra camera richiesta! Non è bello, ma invece ci sono stati offerti due studio separati e un colazione gratuito per la prima mattina. Quando arrivammo, ci piaceva vedere che le camere erano vicine, e le camere erano ben decorate con un buon aria condizionata (grazie alla buona atmosfera, dato che le temperature erano nelle alte 30 anni), e il personale era amichevole e accogliente. L'unico negativo è che il mobilio (porte di tavolo per una) apparve un po' indossato e il corridoio sul nostro pavimento si scioglie un po' di musty. Tempo per un aggiornamento, forse. Non poteva fallire la posizione centrale, tuttavia.

Abbiamo soggiornato in quel paese dal 25 al 26 maggio 22. Studio piacevole, pulito, ben situato, quasi tutto, abbiamo potuto camminare nel centro di Strasburgo senza prendere il nostro veicolo.Ma perché ci è un ma, il microonde non era pulito, C'era un formaggio fonduto su ciò che ci ha lasciato un po' confuso per una 4 stelle. Per il resto il personale è molto accogliente, disponibile (necessità di orecchio supplementare richiesta completata immediatamente. È vero che il colazione era un po 'solo per un 4 stelle ma il livello di qualità corretto. La lettera è di buona qualità La doccia al posto del bagno sarebbe stata alta, e il bagno con l'edificio accanto è dannoso.

I stayed at Hotel les Haras for 3 nights and had a lovely stay. It is across the river just a few blocks from Petite France and the old town. It is a 15 mins. walk from the train station. So everything is close, but you are just outside the centre so it feels really quiet and peaceful. It is near the teaching hospital and the cave historique des hospices de strasbourg (old wine cellar) is worth popping by and is very close. There are also several excellent and affordable restaurants within steps of the hotel - less touristy than the ones near the cathedral. I chose this hotel because hotel guests have access to the spa area/pool for 1 hour daily and this was a highlight of my stay. You do have to reserve a time slot, but I would usually book it on the same day and whatever time I wanted was available. Sometimes I had the facilities to myself, and at maximum there were 3 other people there. The swimming pool is heated and beautifully designed. It is peaceful but big enough you can actually swim some laps. There is also a Finnish sauna, steam room, showers, and one of those buckets where you pull the cord and it dumps cold water on you. Then there is a relaxation area with chairs, loungers, blankets and tea. Just blissful!! If you want to stay over 1 hour, it is 25 euros but I also did not feel they were strict and timing your stay to the minute. I did not use the gym but took a peek and it is small without any mirrors, but has some basic equipment if you need (cardio machines, free weights). They let me borrow the pilates mat as I prefer to workout in my room so that I can use videos from my laptop. When I checked in, I was shocked to see my room was not cleaned and was a mess from the previous guest. I was surprised at the oversight. I would also say the woman who checked me in was not particularly warm. She just gave me my key and did not make any small talk whatsoever (e.g. asking where I came from/how the flight was etc). So my first impression was not the best. But there was a staff member in the hallway, so I told them my room was not ready and she quickly fixed the situation. At first, she said I can wait and they will clean it. But I was annoyed as I had been traveling almost 24 hours (flight to CDG then taxi to train station then train then 15 mins walk in the heat) and just wanted to rest and shower. Plus, it was after 3pm which is the designated check-in time. It's not like I arrived early. Thankfully, they found me another room and immediately took me there and were apologetic. I did not require much assistance from the concierge as I already had things planned out. I did not eat their breakfast, as I preferred to go to different cafes nearby to try their baked goods and coffee. I did enjoy sitting in the courtyard and reading. Front desk staff (a kind man, didn't get his name) were helpful when I needed to borrow a universal adapter. The room itself (the basic queen room) was near perfect. Per chi vuole arrivare in auto, restare a due passi dal centro ed avere un cucinino è senz'altro un'opzione ottimale. Così vicino al centro con un parcheggio privato è senz'altro notevole. Accettano cani per 10€ a notte in più, mi sembra ragionevole. L'appartamento è spazioso e accessoriato. Il parcheggio è molto utile, ma l'entrata è lontana e ci si arriva (che sia in auto o a piedi) in maniera un po' caotica. Le informazioni sul check out sono scritte chiaramente in camera: ”check out alle 12”. Eppure ti bloccano la chiave magnetica già a partire dalle 11. Spiegano alla reception: ”ma in realtà il check out è alle 11”. No, c'è scritto alle 12 e quindi è alle 12. Ci hanno sbloccato la chiave ma... che stress! I letti sono piccoli. Sappiamo che in Francia i matrimoniali sono piccoli e quindi abbiamo scelto l'opzione ”due letti singoli”. Ebbene anche questi erano piccolissimi eppure non mi sembra che i Francesi siano tutti alti un metro e venti. Non chiedo un letto King come negli Stati Uniti (magari!) ma almeno 180cm di larghezza, cribbio! La lavastoviglie non funzionava. Abbiamo chiesto assistenza tecnica ma, ad oggi, non abbiamo ancora ricevuto risposta.
