I just checked out of this hotel today. I loved everything about the hotel from the moment I walked in. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. We had to park offsite, several blocks away, but they will transfer your luggage to and from the hotel. We had two rooms at the hotel, and we stayed in a family area that had a door off the hallway to both of our rooms. This is perfect if you have need to but your kids in one room and you/spouse in the other. The queen size rooms are not huge, but I found the room to be laid out very well. It really didn’t bother me at all that they are smaller than some of the hotels we stay at in the United States. Our rooms came with breakfast and it was wonderful. The presentation is beautiful. When you walk in it is a buffet but you can also order off the menu I suggest ordering the French toast. One of the best things about this hotel is air conditioning !!!! I can’t express enough how important it is when it is 95 degrees Fahrenheit outside. The air conditioner did not keep the room at a cool, 71 to 72° but very close. I hope to return to Strasbourg in the future, and I certainly will stay at Maison Rouge again.

I have booked this hotel as the kick-off for our honeymoon. Unfortunately we have contracted COVID and asked the hotel for a good-will cancellation a couple of days before arriving. Unfortunately it seems like Accor/Sofitel prefers a young freshly married couple to travel and visit their Hotel with Covid than to make a good-will postponement of the booking since they declined to cancel the reservation with a reimbursement or postpone it. I would have expected a 5* Hotel to be more flexible towards customers in cases like ours. I approximately spend 60-70 days per year in Hotels for business and will not consider Accor/Sofitel for any future stay.

L'hotel è eccellente per la sua posizione. Finora siamo stati sempre solo nel Regent Petit Hotel, che è stato il primo soggiorno nel pavilione, la colazione è nel Regent, lo sport è anche. Ci è piaciuto molto bene, sarebbe preferito il Regent.

Hotel molto bello, centralissimo e curatissimo. La camera molto grande e molto confortevole. Il letto comodo. Il bagno grande con vasca/doccia, 2 lavabo. Il WC in uno stanzino a parte. La colazione vale i 29 euro a testa, servita in terrazza vanta un buffet eccezionale di dolce e salato. Il personale gentilissimo. Non abbiamo potuto usufruire del parcheggio dell'hotel prenotato in precedenza, perchè il centro era chiuso al traffico per un mercato. Comunque il parcheggio pubblico è molto vicino, non eccessivamente caro e soprattutto sicuro. L'unico neo di questo bel posto, sono gli aspiratori nel bagno che non sono molto effcienti. Comunque consigliatissimo.

Super bel personale ovunque, tutto piuttosto elegante. fermata del treno direttamente davanti alla porta. La sala con snacks (cake/cake, frutta) e caldo (caffè/tee) e bevande fredde (succhi, limone/cola di bottiglia) è semplicemente di classe! Ogni hotel dovrebbe avere questo, si può confrontarlo un po' con una sala d'aeroporto. Ci sono anche piccoli piatti la sera. In secondo luogo, le camere sono un po' piccole e si può essere molto sorpresi della costruzione del bagno, ma in generale una raccomandazione assoluta.

Prezzo della camera che è economico rispetto ad altri hotel. La camera è piccola ma pulita. È utile per tutti i suoi scopi. Altri hanno menzionato il rumore del tram, ma non trovo un problema. Infatti è così conveniente per me vicino alla stazione di tram. Amichevole personale. Raccomando questo hotel se non vuoi più solo da un posto a dormire.

Un bel hotel situato sul bordo della città. È necessario un po' per entrare nel centro della città, ma se si desidera attraversare il confine con la Germania, è conveniente per questo. Il personale è gentile e gentile e ha risolto una questione con la nostra prima camera rapidamente (un fuoco dal doccia nel dormitorio). No service at all. The reception is only available till 7 pm. So if you arrive 30 min later there is nobody to acomodate you not even by telephone. We booked the hotel exclusively for the underground parking but as there is nobody at the desk you cannot enter the parking either. The streets around the appart hotel al full of cars and there is no spot early in the evening. It is also difficult to locate the entrance of the hotel. We had to ask the neighbors as it is an entry for the apartment complex and another entry around the corner for the hotel. Via de email at 18.59 hr you get a message that they leave a credit-card form key for you in a locker that you have to localise inside of the lobby. An old person will not be able to follow these instructions. We found the key but did not enter the room as we first wanted to get the car parked. But as the hotel parking is only open with a remote control you cannot enter if no one is there. The neighbors are nice and let you in, but Néméa parking is blocked by a barrier and you cannot get in. Inside the garage are warnings not to park elsewhere or you are transpassing. So we got so stressed that we decided to leave and book elsewhere last second. It was 20.30 hrs in the meantime and bookings via booking.com did not get through. We had to book in situ. All with all a lot of stress. The people from Néméa were not apologetic that nobody answers the phone after 19.00 hrs not even at 19.30 hr, when we called. You cannot arrange for a parking spot only on the arrival day upon arrival. They do not tell you this nor that it costs you 50 euro extra as deposit that you hope to get back. Either ways, Néméa is not willing to reimburse us. We will definitely never book with them again. And if you come by car, unless you can arrive prior to 18 hr (so that you can be sure you can arrange the parking) avoid this place as well. The area is not safe to leave a heavily loaded expensive car on the streets. Safety first! Booking.com censors this review this is why we place it here❗❗❗

Premettendo che ciascuna persona tende a trovare il pelo nell'uovo dove più gli pare il mio commento non avrà come obiettivo di trovare un pelo nell'uovo. Ritengo che la mia permanenza sia stata molto piacevole: la camera comune e il letto erano molto puliti. Il bagno e le doccie erano un po' sporchi ma forse a fine giornata (circa le 22) non potevo pretendere di più. Ciononostante il personale è molto disponibile e si tratta di una bella struttura. Merita 5 stelle a mani basse.

Che dire...il top a Strasburgo... Posizione fantastica nell'area pedonale a due passi dal centro. Ambiente splendido in un edificio antico ristrutturato in maniera meravigliosa. Camera deluxe bellissima, ampia, calda, accogliente, silenziosa, fornita di tutto, (tv, macchina caffè nespresso, bollitore, telefono, cassaforte, minibar, accappatoi, ciabattine in spugna, prodotti di cortesia, letto comodissimo ecc). Attenzione al cliente nei minimi particolari (biscotti all'arrivo in camera, 2 bottiglie d'acqua offerte dalla direzione, 2 cioccolatini ogni sera durante il riordino serale, biscottini alla cannella sempre disponibili insieme alle capsule del caffè, the a disposizione nella hall a qualsiasi ora, omaggio/ricordo di cartoline al termine del soggiorno). Personale gentile, premuroso e sempre disponibile. Colazione super con una varietà incredibile di dolce e salato, il tutto a buffet, oltre a ciò la possibilità di ordinare al momento crepes, pancakes frittate, uova strapazzate, sode ecc. Parcheggio a pagamento Parking Austerlitz a 20 euro al giorno (mt. 200 dall'hotel). Un hotel di classe in cui trascorrere una vacanza indimenticabile!

Posizione ottimale per visitare il centro della città, raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti. Garage disponibile a pagamento, anche se un po' limitato per dimensioni che costringono a qualche manovra. Staff gentile (il receptionist parlava italiano, per cui non siamo dovuti ricorrere all'inglese). Camere comode e pulite, con cuscini alla francese (fortunatamente ci siamo portati i nostri da casa...). Unica pecca il prezzo: a fine settembre abbiamo pagato il doppio rispetto a metà ottobre.

L'albergo si trova in una posizione eccellente, in quanto è a pochi passi dalla fermata degli efficientissimi tram e a circa cinque minuti a piedi dalla Cattedrale. L'ingresso è scenografico, il personale molto cortese e disponibile e la camera (una suite) comoda e ben arredata. Nella reception sono offerti agli ospiti vin chaud, acqua (naturale e frizzante) ed è a disposizione (gratuitamente) una macchina per caffè, cappuccino e bevande calde. La mattina mancava l'acqua calda in camera, che arrivava soltanto dopo aver agito sul termosifone. Non voglio abbassare la valutazione, in quanto non ho segnalato il problema alla reception e, dunque, non so se e come avrebbero provveduto. Non ho fatto la colazione in hotel in quanto è molto cara: attorno l'albergo, comunque, esistono delle boulangeries dov'è possibile prendere brioches e bevande calde.
