Hotel 5 stelle a Kemer

Room condition was quite good, and easily get to snack bar or restaurant. However, the entertainment here is not enough. Especially, sauna & swimming pool. Water temperature of indoor swimming pool was too cold compared to outdoor. Additionally, sunlounger on the beach was too hot by the structure to make shadow. It seems to the r facilities blocked wind flow.

Отель имеет небольшую территорию, до пляжа надо пройтись, через дорогу, но движение машин не напрягает, есть светофор. Отели здесь стоят очень плотно. У нас окно номера выходило на сцену соседнего отеля. Они включают музыку практически весь день, с 10 утра и до 24.00, и очень громко. Такое ощущение что это отель для слабослышащих людей- соответственно музыка и анимация проходила на максимальных частотах. Номера уставшие, но в целом не плохие. Однако хочу отметить питание. С питанием все прекрасно. Вкусно и разнообразно. Есть спа, массажистки девушки из Азии: Бали, Тайланд и пр. В целом неплохо. Персонал говорит на русском через одного. В баре на лобби был официант, поведение которого было не корректным по отношению к гостям из России. Заметила, что он обслуживает турков и немцев без очереди, русские стоят ждут (сделала замечание ему). Считаю администрации надо обратить на это внимание, поскольку половина гостей- русскоязычные. В остальном обслуживание понравилось.

Проживали в этом отеле в начале июля, отель очень большой и красивый, однако не могу сказать что это новый отель (если для кого то важно год реновации и строительства). В первую очередь этот отель для семей с детьми, много разных вариантов досуга для детей и их родителей, для друзей и парочек все таки чуть меньше развлечений. Море и пляж отличный. Еда замечательная, вкусная и обильная, так же есть круглосуточное кафе , где всегда можно поесть если не успели на прием пищи.

Отличное место для семейного отдыха. Из больших плюсов: прекрасное море и пирс, с которого удобно плавать, не наступая на камни, как на берегу. Большой бассейн; еще один с несколькими горками (работает 4 часа в день); несколько ресторанов, бары в любой части отеля, вкусно есть и пить можно почти круглосуточно. Интересная локация с точки зрения ландшафта, вид на горы, особенно на закате и рассвете, впечатляет. Убираются четко, в номере всё есть, отель могу рекомендовать

Отдыхали вдвоём с ребёнком 5,5 лет неделю. Очень приятный отель. Небольшой, но это и хорошо. Ребенок быстро запомнил локации и самостоятельно мог сходить за мороженым, напитком или в туалет и тд. Еды очень много, все вкусно, была и красная рыба и креветки, десерты. Мы даже устали от такого изобилия еды, к концу недели даже ребёнок стал отказываться от десертиков и вкусняшек, так он всего переел. Море замечательное, чистое. Лежаки многие занимают утром до 8. Но для нас не было проблемой найти местечко. Очень доброжелательные сотрудники на ресепшн, заселили раньше, любую просьбу выполняли быстро. Бассейнами не пользовались, ничего не могу сказать , тк любим море и оно было теплым, но 2 бассейна есть и еще есть несколько горок. Номера хорошие. Все есть. Развлекательная программа тоже каждый вечер интересная. Спасибо за чудесный отдых.

It is near to Antalya centre, where you can visit The Sealife zoo, walk through long streets of bazaar, big market and plenty of nice cafes and restaurants, feel the touch of Turkish life. there is also show of dolphins in Antalya and Kemer. You can book any tour with the Pegus travel agent at Crystal Flora hotel or arrange the trip yourself. You can use a public transport or taxi, depends on your choice. You can visit The Land of Legends, another beautiful place you shall visit with your children and teenagers. The hotel and all facilities are very clean, the staff is very polite, kind and helpful, cleaning is conducted and maintained constantly inside and outside. The facilities are very clean, the rooms and bedding are changed every day, so the fridge inside the room is refilled every day. Staff speaks in three or more languages and if needed a guidance or help, you will get it straightaway. The food and drinks are served non stop. Variety of food and desserts is great, beyond the expectations. Everything from the meal and drinks is fresh and delicious, started with domestic meals, burgers, pizza, lachmachun, kebabs, barbecue, and different fish, including Mexican dinner, you can enjoy in the outside restaurant near the sea, prebooked option. For those who are awaken till the sunrise, have the option to have meal on the beach bar, late night or early morning like 1-3AM. you can choose burger with chips, spaghetti, salad and any drinks of your wish, including nice tea with biscuits. there are different activities arranged by staff in the morning and day time for adults and children, every evening there is show and live performance, and you can dance while watching the band performance on the stage, the songs are in a different languages and different time, to entertain every audience. You prefer disco, there is another facility for dancing near the reception, a bit hidden and inside. We would like to have a disco outside on the same place where the band was, but we presume disco place is arranged inside to avoid disruption for the hotel residents at night. I think, disco would be better outside, the near building could be sound insulated and hosted by young generation, who loves dancing and the loud music, but I believe this option probably been checked, but have many obstacles to make disco outside. You will not have time to be bored in Crystal Flora Resort. There is a big market outside the hotel which works till midnight. If its too hot walking in the day, you can go shopping after 8PM and enjoy walking around and do shopping of clothes or food, pakhlava, Turkish delight, different type of tea and many other things. The place is very good indeed and I myself and all my family are going to visit Crystal Flora again. I recommend this place out of other places in that area, as it has facilities, including massive water slides for children that no other have, food and drinks are served 24 hours, that you will not find in other places, the amount of food and drinks is great and more important that everything is fresh and tasty, tea lovers can enjoy tea time in café inside and outside, with different type of desserts and plenty of ice creams for children. I truly enjoyed my holiday and so my children and relatives from other country. Crystal Flora is perfect place for holiday.

Un ottimo hotel per il bilancio. Le camere sono stanche, ma il personale sta provando. Ma la pulizia nelle camere è solo un incubo. I pavimenti non si lavano, ma la sporcizia. Nel giardino non si lavano affatto. In me ci sono stati sandali polverizzati. Il balcone chiese direttamente al pulitore di lavarsi. Tulku 0. Da quella cassetta, ha avuto le scarpe da lavarsi lì, non l'ha fatto, e nemmeno le scarpe non sono tornate e intorno al tipo di lavaggio. Nel doccia, la cabina non si è mai lavata. Quando il puliziatore che era bloccato dietro la mia stanza venne a riposare un altro, mi piaceva un team molto animato per i bambini. 3 volte al giorno puoi lasciare i bambini e i bambini anche andare là fuori, lo fanno lì. Wir hatten insgesamt einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel und können es besonders für Familien und Gäste empfehlen, die gerne etwas mehr Unterhaltung und Aktivität mögen. Besonders gut gefallen haben uns das vielfältige Essen sowohl am Buffet als auch im À-la-carte-Restaurant. Die Qualität und Auswahl waren sehr groß und vielfältig. Auch die Sauberkeit im Zimmer sowie auf der gesamten Hotelanlage war sehr gut. Die Abendshows sorgten für gute Unterhaltung, und das Angebot für Kinder war abwechslungsreich und liebevoll gestaltet. Ebenfalls positiv sind die Cocktails und die Haus Wein. Einige Punkte haben uns jedoch weniger gefallen. An der Rezeption war eine Mitarbeiterin leider unfreundlich, während das übrige Personal freundlich bis sehr freundlich war (Restaurant, Zimmerservice etc). Das Game Center empfanden wir als relativ teuer. Außerdem war die Klimaanlage im Zimmer laut. Das Hotel eignet sich unserer Meinung nach besonders für Familien und Gäste, die gerne etwas Action und Unterhaltung haben. Wer einen möglichst ruhigen Urlaub verbringen möchte, sollte bei der Zimmerwahl darauf achten. Wir hatten den Eindruck, dass Zimmer zur Straßenseite teilweise ruhiger sein könnten als andere Bereiche der Anlage. Die meisten Gäste kamen während unseres Aufenthalts aus Russland. Uns hat das überhaupt nicht gestört. Im Gegenteil: Wir haben sogar gemeinsam Fußball gespielt. Insgesamt hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub und würden das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Большой отель, в былые времена роскошный, но в настоящее время очень уставший и потрепанный вид! Выбор еды большой, но не всегда все вкусно, но в любом случае, голодным не останешься! Кофе и чай просто ужас, самого низкого качества! Алкогольные коктейли пить невозможно, качество алкоголя и вид очень сомнительные! Пытались заказывать безалкогольный Мохито, так у них сегодня нет мяты, завтра лимона, лайм вообще редкость! Хаммам не работал (было подозрение, что включают только когда заплатишь за массаж), только сауна. В номере был чайник, но за 10 дней нам выдали только 1 раз 2 пакетика кофе, но всегда были в наличии сливки к нему! Долгое ожидание лифта, влажность в коридорах отеля! Море отличное!!! Пляж убирают! Шезлонгов много, народу тоже! У меня было ощущение переплаты за отель и за питание/напитки! Цена явно завышена!
