Hotel 5 stelle a Krabi

The Host is well polite and really helpful during our family stay. The pool in really good condition and the location is not far from the night market

It was wonderful trip the villa is beautiful and very huge we spent good times and the agent was friendly we got everything done and we enjoyed ✌🏽

Viaggiare durante il Festival di Primavera è costoso… ma a dire il vero, le strutture, il servizio e la pulizia dell'hotel erano impeccabili. Siamo arrivati ​​un po' tardi e, appena entrati, il direttore dell'hotel ci ha chiesto se avessimo mangiato e se volessimo mangiare. Sapendo che avevamo bisogno di cenare, ci hanno subito prenotato un tavolo al ristorante. Non siamo andati a cena fino a quasi le 22:00 dopo il check-in. Il personale è stato incredibilmente paziente e, pur preparandosi per il mattino seguente, è rimasto in silenzio e si è avvicinato spesso per chiederci se avessimo bisogno di qualcosa: un gesto davvero premuroso. Anche le attività gratuite sull'isola di Hongdao sono state eccellenti; l'hotel ci ha fornito asciugamani, acqua e frutta. Tuttavia, l'isola di Hongdao era molto affollata e la qualità dell'acqua era solo nella media. Abbiamo giocato in acqua e fatto escursioni, e il tempismo è stato perfetto. Voglio menzionare in particolare la nostra maggiordoma, Angela. È stata incredibilmente attenta. Dato che viaggiavo da sola con mia figlia, dopo aver prenotato la spa, avrei dovuto portarla al miniclub, ma lei lo trovava troppo infantile e ha insistito per rimanere in piscina. Ero preoccupata di lasciarla sola in piscina, quindi durante la seduta alla spa ho chiesto alla terapista di controllare se mia figlia fosse lì. Mi ha richiamata dopo pochi minuti, dicendo che mia figlia aveva preso un'auto ed era tornata in camera. Sapendo che era sola, il maggiordomo l'ha riaccompagnata, l'ha aspettata fuori per farsi la doccia, l'ha aiutata a mettersi il pigiama e le ha acceso la TV. A causa della barriera linguistica, il maggiordomo ha usato un'app di traduzione e i due hanno chiacchierato piacevolmente... Mia figlia mi ha detto che le era piaciuto così tanto il maggiordomo che voleva tornare e ingaggiarlo di nuovo. A proposito, il ristorante tailandese era delizioso e vale la pena provarlo. In realtà, tutto il cibo dell'hotel è ottimo, compreso il servizio in camera!

Hanno fatto un lavoro fantastico per combinare il lusso con un ambiente naturale, come la giungla, qualcosa che non ho mai visto prima.Il personale è incredibilmente amichevole e utile. Il colazione è davvero buono. Se cerchi un'esperienza più esotica della natura, questo posto è ideale, ma se preferisci un soggiorno più standard/business, potrebbe non essere la migliore opzione.

Mi aspettavo molto di più sinceramente. Il resort è bello, pulito e lo staff è cortese. Non mi è piaciuta principalmente la posizione. Troppo distante dal centro e difficile da raggiungere per la sera. Le camera, qualche dettaglio e le dotazioni interne, come per esempio le ciabatte, non sono da 5 stelle (non abbiamo trovato ciabatte da mare). Ci sono piaciute però la crema lo shampoo. Il letto è molto comodo e la stanza riesce ad essere completamente buia per dormire (cosa ottima) Cosa molto positiva è lo staff, ho avuto un problema con la cucina (cosa spiacevole ma che può assolutamente succedere) e il manager del ristorante API ha provveduto gentilmente a trovare un ottima soluzione e renderci felici ugualmente. I servizi per i prezzi tailandesi sono un po’ cari ma comunque di buona qualità

Lovely resort in a quiet location right on the beach. The staff were so friendly and welcoming which really makes the place. I stayed in a lower garden villa (not really a villa as such as there was one on top of mine), it was spacious, clean and nicely furnished. My room was surround by plants which made it feel like I was staying in the jungle. Really peaceful and only the birds singing to wake up to. Ate in the restaurant twice and the food was delicious. My only negative comment would be that I would say it’s more of a 4 star hotel. I would definitely stay again though

It’s quite secluded which is why we picked it. It’s quiet and honestly a paradise. However if you want to do loads of stuff and activities you will need to get a taxi/grab/bolt everywhere, there is very little to do in walking distance and there are no paths to walk for the most part, so it really depends on what you are looking for. They have a small vehicle which goes to ao nang 4 times a day. Once in ao nang (20 mins away) you can get boats to Railay beach, or other islands. It’s busy and touristy in ao nang so the shellsea is a nice escape from this. 20 mins the other way is Krabi town which we preferred, with the mountain monument (highly recommend but only if you are fit!!). A grab/bolt here is about 180baht each way. The hotel breakfast is lovely with coffees made to order. There is another restaurant which overlooks the beach and sea which is really nice too. The pool area overlooks the bay and is quiet and peaceful. Very well maintained and clean. There are lots of activities on at the hotel if you prefer to stay around the hotel such as Pilates, yoga, Muay Thai, kayaking, etc. Staff are friendly and attentive.

Hotel look like palace. I like the room because it's very specious and large balcony. Hotel is old but very clean. Staff are super friendly. Especially all housekeeping are smiling when we walk pass. Location is facing beach and easily walk to Oanang Landmark which is street food and night market is there every night with life music on the beach. The o ly downside is gym is not fancy but very simple. Nothing like the bad review that we read before we booked. I am glad that we try them. It's all OK here.
