Sspring-AiDue to the original hotel being fully booked and our reservation suddenly getting canceled, we had to make a last-minute switch to this luxury five-star hotel. Although some of the facilities are a bit dated, the service still meets five-star standards. The breakfast is especially worth mentioning — it offers a wide variety of options and tastes excellent.
I also booked a room for a colleague. I’m not sure what criteria were used for evaluation, but despite being a Ctrip Diamond member, I wasn’t upgraded, while my colleague was. Overall, though, the stay was still reasonably worth the price.

TTabasco GirlQuesto hotel non ha iniziato bene ma presto hanno cambiato la mia percezione! Il manager Kapil Yadav è un eccellente manager di front desk. Sa come trattare i suoi ospiti e farli sentire speciali. Ashish Dubey ci ha dato un grande servizio nelle loro strutture di cena. Sono stato molto impressionato dal personale qui .

UUtente ospiteDidn’t get the best sleep. There was a wedding taking place and the event was outside, loud music carried on until after 2am. This is not fair on the other guests that are staying at the hotel, especially business travellers. In room dining also called twice, once within half an hour of food arriving to check if the plates needed to be cleared, I didn’t even finish eating the food. Then after I called for dishes to be cleared, I received another call to check on the food but at this point I was asleep so this woke me up.

UUtente ospiteL'hotel è bello e il letto molto comodo. Anche se abbastanza vicino all'aeroporto non ci sono cammini se volete andare a fare una passeggiata. Ottima funzionalità. La piscina era un po' deludente. Molti pigeoni intorno a lui con pigeon poop non hanno cercato una nuotata, quindi se stai cercando un hotel con una piscina questo non è per te. Il personale era molto attento e sempre a mano così non si può sbagliare la ricezione, ristorante e custodia. Molte varietà nel ristorante. Bella gesto per ottenere una piastra di cookie e cioccolato consegnati alla vostra stanza a mezza sera. Bello bar con orario felice.

MMatjaž CaterGood location, terrible hygene and cleanliness, poor service. In my room lights in the bathroom were designed to always be turned on - the receptionist said that it's required by law. That's a big fat lie, but okay. Main problem was the cleanliness and lack of hygene besides that I couldn't sleep well when light was turned on in the bathroom.

NNamanKala51Beautiful property. Really well built and laid out. We stayed at the one bedroom Premier Villa. It was spacious, very well lit up and the interiors were very nice. Bathroom was amazing with a skylight above the bathtub. His and Her sink + separated shower and toilet areas were a great add on. The property is very green and one would hear birds chirping, peacocks calling, hens, turkeys, white pekins around the property with some rabbits, guinea pigs, emus and even a horse in the pack . Pool area is ideal for the kids and even adults. There is cart service that one can avail to go around the property or even get a bicycle. But the property is perfect if you want to go for a stroll and check out all the amenities. Food quality is good. Buffet has a decent variety. Staff is well trained and looks after you well. All in all a great experience. Definitely recommended

BBlackSilverGuyI recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a decent experience. The property is very neat and clean, which is always a top priority. The room’s air conditioning was just okay — it worked but could have been more effective, especially in the sun-facing rooms, which tend to get uncomfortably hot during the day.
One downside is that the rooms are located right next to the lift, so you may experience some noise from foot traffic and elevator use. Breakfast options were quite limited, which might not suit guests looking for variety in their morning meal.
That said, while the hotel is small, it stands out as one of the best in its category within Sector 29. If you’re looking for a clean, budget-friendly stay in this area, it’s worth considering — just try to avoid the sun-facing rooms if you’re sensitive to heat.

MMonal KulharaI had an amazing experience at Radisson Hotel Gurugram Udyog Vihar. The staff was welcoming, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the view was stunning. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with plenty of options, and the hotel's amenities, especially the fitness center, was very nice. The location was perfect—close to the ambience mall but still peaceful. Highly recommend for a comfortable and enjoyable stay! I'll definitely be back.

UUtente ospiteBeautiful property like an oasis. It is close to shopping areas too, so good location. The rooms are neat, clean and well maintained. They are neither too small nor too big, specially for a single or a couple. The swimming pool is also of good size. The Gym is well equipped. The food in all restaurants is of wide variety and tasty. Service is good.
