Vorrei ricordare che Prerna e Biju erano eccellenti, sono davvero utili e hanno fatto del loro meglio per rendere il nostro soggiorno comodo. Neel dal ristorante era anche molto buono.

UUtente ospiteSiamo stati due coppie che viaggiavano insieme e abbiamo avuto un ottimo soggiorno in questo hotel. Il nostro benvenuto e il trasferimento all'hotel sono stati molto confortevoli, nonostante dovessero camminare lungo per raggiungere i veicoli di trasferimento, perché l'aeroporto doveva affrontare i partecipanti alla riunione G20.
Il servizio è stato sempre fornito al salone del club da Rohit Singh Bisht (Butler) e dal vostro altro personale.
Il vostro capo di Sous Regan Barua Chowdhury ha fatto un giro per preparare pasticceria vegan e altre delicazioni per la nostra sorella vegana.

UUtente ospiteThe room was spacious with a good sized television. However, the AC felt sub par; we had the filter changed but it did not cool the room properly. We also noticed that for some reason some of the staff members did not use the bell and knocked on the door instead. This felt a bit odd to me. Rest, the property is decent.

From the moment we arrived, the hospitality at this hotel was nothing short of exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable, always greeting us with warm smiles and genuine care. Every interaction, whether at the reception, housekeeping, or restaurant, reflected a high standard of professionalism and kindness.
The highlight of our stay, without a doubt, was the food. Each meal was a culinary delight – beautifully presented, bursting with flavor, and thoughtfully prepared using the freshest ingredients. Whether it was the lavish breakfast spread, the authentic local dishes, or the indulgent desserts, every bite was memorable.
It’s rare to find a place where both service and food are so perfectly balanced, but this hotel truly excels at both. We left with full hearts and even fuller stomachs. Highly recommended for anyone looking to be pampered with genuine hospitality and top-notch cuisine

NNamanKala51Beautiful property. Really well built and laid out. We stayed at the one bedroom Premier Villa. It was spacious, very well lit up and the interiors were very nice. Bathroom was amazing with a skylight above the bathtub. His and Her sink + separated shower and toilet areas were a great add on. The property is very green and one would hear birds chirping, peacocks calling, hens, turkeys, white pekins around the property with some rabbits, guinea pigs, emus and even a horse in the pack . Pool area is ideal for the kids and even adults. There is cart service that one can avail to go around the property or even get a bicycle. But the property is perfect if you want to go for a stroll and check out all the amenities. Food quality is good. Buffet has a decent variety. Staff is well trained and looks after you well. All in all a great experience. Definitely recommended

DdyhxThe hotel looks decent from the outside, but the rooms are dated with a stale smell. The room is spacious, so was the bathroom but the taps were creaking with age and the bed and pillows were so soft I find myself sinking into them (in an uncomfortable way). Soundproof needs improvement as I could hear rumblings ***** the corridor as my neighbours walk past and even their closing of doors. Breakfast was quite a spread but nothing much appealed to me (the bacon was so tough it was like plastic I couldn't bite thru), the only plus are their desserts, the muffins were decent.
The front desk appears understaffed but they try their best and kept the smiles, mostly.

UUtente ospiteThe management was quite nice as they were very humble and polite. The beds and washroom were clean. Also they provided tv and wifi and other amenities. Overall great experience hence this hotel is highly recommend from my side.
