UUtente ospiteAvevo una grande esperienza a Holiday Inn di nuovo. Ero rimasto lì prima di aprile 2025. Grande ambiente e eccellente servizio da parte del personale. Come l'ultima volta, abbiamo avuto un upgrade per la nostra stanza. La camera è stata ben servita e abbiamo ricevuto una sedia a richiesta.
La colazione è divertente, e la maggior parte del personale è molto cortese e utile. Teresa ci ha riconosciuti dall'ultima volta e ha fatto un giro per renderci confortevoli. Capo Prakash Yadav, Manager di ristorante Vinay, Manager di ristorante Bevande Krishan Kumar ha fatto un punto di andare a tutti gli ospiti per farli sentire benvenuti.
Grazie speciali alla supervisore di prenotazione Amrita Gharti per tutto il suo aiuto nel rendere il nostro soggiorno una memoriale.
La verifica era molto facile e semplice grazie a Swati, e così è stato il ritardo della verifica della cortesia di Akanksha.

Vorrei ricordare che Prerna e Biju erano eccellenti, sono davvero utili e hanno fatto del loro meglio per rendere il nostro soggiorno comodo. Neel dal ristorante era anche molto buono.

Sspring-AiDue to the original hotel being fully booked and our reservation suddenly getting canceled, we had to make a last-minute switch to this luxury five-star hotel. Although some of the facilities are a bit dated, the service still meets five-star standards. The breakfast is especially worth mentioning — it offers a wide variety of options and tastes excellent.
I also booked a room for a colleague. I’m not sure what criteria were used for evaluation, but despite being a Ctrip Diamond member, I wasn’t upgraded, while my colleague was. Overall, though, the stay was still reasonably worth the price.

Il nostro benvenuto e il trasferimento all'hotel sono stati molto confortevoli, nonostante dovessero camminare lungo per raggiungere i veicoli di trasferimento, perché l'aeroporto doveva affrontare i partecipanti alla riunione G20.
Il servizio è stato sempre fornito al salone del club da Rohit Singh Bisht (Butler) e dal vostro altro personale.
Il vostro capo di Sous Regan Barua Chowdhury ha fatto un giro per preparare pasticceria vegan e altre delicazioni per la nostra sorella vegana.

NNamanKala51Beautiful property. Really well built and laid out. We stayed at the one bedroom Premier Villa. It was spacious, very well lit up and the interiors were very nice. Bathroom was amazing with a skylight above the bathtub. His and Her sink + separated shower and toilet areas were a great add on. The property is very green and one would hear birds chirping, peacocks calling, hens, turkeys, white pekins around the property with some rabbits, guinea pigs, emus and even a horse in the pack . Pool area is ideal for the kids and even adults. There is cart service that one can avail to go around the property or even get a bicycle. But the property is perfect if you want to go for a stroll and check out all the amenities. Food quality is good. Buffet has a decent variety. Staff is well trained and looks after you well. All in all a great experience. Definitely recommended

The room’s air conditioning was just okay — it worked but could have been more effective, especially in the sun-facing rooms, which tend to get uncomfortably hot during the day.
One downside is that the rooms are located right next to the lift, so you may experience some noise from foot traffic and elevator use. Breakfast options were quite limited, which might not suit guests looking for variety in their morning meal.
That said, while the hotel is small, it stands out as one of the best in its category within Sector 29. If you’re looking for a clean, budget-friendly stay in this area, it’s worth considering — just try to avoid the sun-facing rooms if you’re sensitive to heat.
