Sheraton Surabaya is conveniently located right next to the 2nd largest shopping mall in Indonesia. So for travellers who are not keen to travel too far or trapped in the traffic, this would be the best choice for you!! Was a tad disappointed that our sleep got disturbed by the renovation in the morning. Really hope the hotel management could pay more attention to that. Otherwise, a great hotel that we will return to again.

The heart was there, from the moment we stepped into the front door. FOM Amalia was there - all smiles, open arms to greet us. GM Eksi was a step away to get us started on our great Movenpick experience once more. It was all hearts, from each and every one we met from the ground floor More Lounge to the 21st, the Patito on 7th. Executive Chef Vanda was there in person to attend to us, whipping up the best meals we've had this trip, ensuring the right level of sweetness or saltiness, just right smoothness and spiciness; perfect as perfection should be. HM Lucky Idris was not far behind to add cheers to every encounter, making light every conversation. And, our room on the 21st was magnificent; couldn't ask for more - every amenity of creature comfort was there - comfortable bed, long bath, mini bar, you name it, they gave it. Through every detail, the heart shows; every greeting, personal and close by name, not from one member, but by every staff that came our way. Clear as daylight, this Accor Movenpick property is all hearts 💕. We were all welled up in our hearts. Thank you, Ibu Eksi; thank you, Pak Lucky, Pak Vanda; thank you, Ibu Amalia. You gave us a fulfilling close to our six days in East Jawa. Be assured we'll be back for more Hearts. Don't lose heart, if we take a little longer to come. Blessings.

Un nuovo hotel a ovest di Surabaya che collega direttamente al centro commerciale Pakuwon. E' pulito e pieno di servizi, tra cui piscina per bambini, zona di gioco per bambini, bagno, bevanda benvenuta, colazione internazionale diffusa e centro fitness. Il servizio è impeccabile e il personale è amichevole.Anche se l'hotel sembra essere molto ricco, il luogo del colazione è spazioso e può ospitare tutti senza essere troppo tranquillo. In generale il soggiorno è piacevole e saremo sicuri di tornare.

Ascott waterpalace hotel lobby is located in front of PTC west lobby. I entered the wrong lobby, apartment lobby so need to turn around. After taking the parking ticket, I parked my car near lobby and started started the check-in process. The check-in process takes about 30 minutes because it explains many rules that must be obeyed and the procedure for replacing the parking ticket with a parking card after check-in and replacing the parking card with a parking ticket at check out. Fortunately, the check-in process was carried out in a sitting position with a comfortable and soft chair. The hotel lobby is on the left while the apartments are on the right. The interior and furniture are still very well maintained and good even though the corridor leading to the room feels stuffy and hot. Executive rooms have kitchen facilities, living room, dining table, bedroom and bathroom. Cooking utensils and cutlery are very complete. Microwaves, electric stoves, sinks, dispensers, kettles, pans, plates, glasses, spoons, forks, soup bowls, and washing machines are all complete and functioning properly. The room is really suitable for gatherings event and cooking together. There are 2 TV's in the living room and bedroom. Wifi and TV service is also very good. Amazingly, I paid close attention to the cleanliness in my room, with a large room size, I didn't find any dirty or stained parts at all. The bathroom is equipped with a bath and shower. Amenities are produced by Budi Jaya Amenities which contain 100 ml (normally only 30-40 ml). the sachet uses brand twinnings. The public facilities are top-notch and very complete, starting from a clean kids club, a special hotel pool complete with a gazebo even though the pool size is not too big, a business center, a gym with a life fitness brand and complete equipment (although a bit dark), and there are 4 pools available integrated with apartment facilities (1 pool is being renovated, rotating pool, kids pool, and standard pool). I think they should improve the breakfast quality, taste are pretty below the standard and the food variants are also very minimalist. Even though coffee uses a coffee machine, there is only black coffee. Others are pudding, cake, cereal, juice (orange and kiwi). Sausage, vegetables, noodles, fried rice, chicken, fruit slices, soup, porridge, omelette. I've only tried a bit of everything and have no interest in adding more. On the other hand, the lack of breakfast is very reasonable because the price difference between breakfast and room only is only Rp. 40.000,00

È un bell'hotel, con ottimi servizi e colazione. Anche la posizione è buona. Sfortunatamente, le lenzuola nella stanza erano troppo sporche. Non c'erano pieghe. Era ovvio che le lenzuola non erano state cambiate dall'inquilino precedente. Inoltre, c'erano macchie di sangue sulle lenzuola. Ho dovuto chiedere alla camera degli ospiti di cambiare le lenzuola nel cuore della notte.

Can take shuttle bus provided to hotel to Tunjungan. But apart from those , the staff were really friendly and helpful .

Great room ambience and comfortable mattress (especially that unique bolster which only this hotel has) ! Small room for improvement for your better : - access 24 hour for gym and pool. This hotel located in business district, would be advance if your facility able to accomodate your customer lifestyle. - quick check out access (provide check out box system). Your check out process take quiet time though.. Anyway, I always enjoy stay in here and thanks for welcome me with your food complimentary , Feby (I enjoy the spikoe here ^^).

Un sogno di un hotel! Le camere sono spaziose, con una vista magnifica. Soprattutto le camere ben pulite di tutti gli hotel visitati in Indonesia. Solo per questo l'hotel ha guadagnato un prezzo d'oro! Ma anche il bagno è molto spazioso, anche con bagno e doccia. L'hotel è a posto per tutto: diversi ristoranti molto deliziosi (siamo stati nel ristorante giapponese e abbiamo provato il buffet serale nell'altro ristorante, entrambi molto deliziosi e di alta qualità). La colazione è stata offerta con una buona scelta, purtroppo molto numerose persone e pochi posti disponibili. La piscina era super e il bagno di Malukan molto gentile e ha anche giocato musica di Papua! Il personale dell'hotel era molto amichevole, utile, sempre disponibile e preconcepito. Eravamo davvero entusiasti. Ricupero garantito! Molto piacevole la prossima volta a Surabaya!!!

Ho scelto questo hotel perché offre una dimensione più grande con una tariffa più conveniente rispetto ad altri. La ricezione è molto utile soprattutto durante il mio tempo c/in quando ho chiesto piano superiore, amici che si trovano vicino / vicino alla mia camera e nello stesso piano (progresso considerato veloce). Gt diverse scelte di f & b nel ristorante durante la mia pausa. Bellboys molto utile. Ricorda di affermare il vostro drink benvenuto ya ....enjoy ~
