Hotel con colazione a Surabaya

Questo hotel offre il servizio più impeccabile che abbiamo mai ricevuto, forse in assoluto. La colazione è magnifica. Il personale è incredibilmente attento e le strutture sono perfette. Che siate in viaggio di lavoro, in famiglia o in coppia, sarete al settimo cielo durante il vostro soggiorno all'Aloft Surabaya. Incredibile, un soggiorno imperdibile.

Per la nostra prima tappa a Surabaya, in Indonesia, abbiamo scelto il Westin. A parte la camera un po' piccola e angusta, tutto il resto è stato fantastico 🤗 La colazione era abbondante, i trasporti molto comodi e c'è un enorme centro commerciale al piano terra, il che rende la vita incredibilmente comoda 👍

La camera è molto luminosa, quindi abbastanza luminosa quando ne ho bisogno per lavorare durante il mio viaggio di lavoro. La colazione offre una discreta scelta. Tornerò sicuramente e soggiornerò qui in un prossimo viaggio.

Questo è il primo tempo che io resto qui, l'unico piccolo problema è l'hotel vicino al tram e crossroad dove il rumore dal treno, auto e moto può essere sentito all'interno della stanza. Quindi se stai cercando una stanza silenziosa, non è una buona scelta. Solo questo è ok.

Before I begin the review, let me say that the front desk staff of the hotel have been extremely understanding and accomodating. They ensured most of my complaints were addressed. So this review isn't a reflection on them. They graciously changed my room three times due to the following issues I faced. But having said that, the hotel itself is a disaster. The walls were essentially thin cardboard and you could hear everything from the adjacent rooms - from people coughing their lungs out, sneezing, talking to ********** - literally everything. In the bathroom you hear some continuously banging noise coming from somewhere as if there is construction going on - maybe it's from the plumbing. You surely need ear plugs if you decide to get a good night's rest. There were mosquitos in the room I was given on the first night. There was also no hot water in the bathroom at night. It was at best luke-warm. The safe was not working and the sheets and pillow covers were stained. The couch was stained. The worst part about the first room was a serious hygeine issue. The commodes have a retractable bidet. It was covered in faeces. It was too disgusting to take a picture of but I showed it to the manager. After I complained they changed the room but I couldn't sleep properly because of loud neighbours in the adjacent room. You can also see from the pictures that the rooms aren't maintained well. There's water seepage and damaged furniture. I had to request a change of room again but even this room had loud neighbours and a poorly cleaned bathroom with hair everywhere. I just cleaned it myself and adjusted as this was my last night of the stay. I ended up staying in 3 different rooms during my 3 night stay. This hotel needs to be shut down and renovated. They first need to build proper walls in between rooms. Their housekeeping staff also needs proper training.

A causa dei cambiamenti improvvisi di viaggio, ho prenotato questo hotel con urgenza la mattina. Il processo di check-in era regolare e sono grato che si sono ospitati un check-in precoce di 30 minuti. In generale, è una scelta solida e adeguata se si trova in una fretta.

Era riluttante a soggiornare qui, quindi ho prenotato solo una notte. Ma a quanto pare è stato aggiornato nella camera executive recentemente rinnovata. OK, ma molto stretto. Il giorno successivo ci siamo trasferiti in una tipo villa abbastanza spaziosa, purtroppo non c'erano servizi in camera. Il pavimento si è staccato fino a farmi sanguinare i piedi. Buona posizione, molti venditori di cibo. Buon servizio. La colazione non è male per quel prezzo. Ho trascorso un totale di 5 giorni e 4 notti in questo hotel.
