Hotel 5 stelle a Barcellona

Il personale era molto accogliente, soprattutto Carloshe è stato incredibilmente utile e ha fornito eccellenti consigli turistici che hanno reso il nostro viaggio più facile e più piacevole. La posizione dell'hotel è perfetta. La strada accanto a lui è piena di grandi ristoranti con delizioso cibo, soprattutto Harry’s. Era anche molto facile andare in giro e visitare diversi luoghi da lì. In generale, molto raccomandato!

悠久歷史的豪華老酒店，地段非常好，附近吃吃喝喝都很方便。老而不舊，設施維護的相當好，鑰匙居然還是要放到禮賓部的傳統鑰匙也是很復古了。 小套房很寬敞，床品非常舒服。浴室特別大，天台可以看到全城。幾個餐廳都非常美，各有各的情調。早餐我沒有定在房間裏，到酒店再買的，35歐，這個環境和食品，35挺合理的。 員工也很熱情專業，必須五分好評，

Cute little boutique hotel situated in the Gothic area of Barcelona. Location was perfect. Walking distance to major attractions especially Gaudi’s masterpieces. Hotel was nicely decorated for Christmas . Smell of fresh pine leaves filled the lobby. Staff very friendly and helpful. Special mention to Rafael and Mariona who helped booked my tickets to Familia Sagrada at the last minute . It was my second time in Ohla and the welcome team came with champagne and chocolates. This nice gesture was really appreciated. O stayed in the Junior suite and the room was clean and well appointed . Only minor issue was the breakfast , while good, was the same everyday. I stayed for 4 days and wished a little variety would be great. Perhaps more Asian food as a lot of the hotel guests seems to be Asians. About the only Asian food was plain rice and miso soup. All in all a close to perfection hotel. A little more pricey but well worth it. Highly recommended.

Everything about this hotel is pure 5 stars luxury. We got 2 connecting rooms for a family of 4, and this layout of the rooms are perfect for our stay. Location is on the high end shopping belt of the city. Feels very secure. The concierge and receptionists at the hotel are wonderful at making you feel welcome, super professional. A little nick-pick would be the rooftop bar restaurant, we wish the standard of the food could be better. We had a dinner there on our first day, and we are not blown away by the quality of the food and it took really long for them to serve even though it isn’t quite busy. That was the reason why we didn’t feel comfortable going ahead with the breakfast and the 3-Star Michelin restaurant in the same hotel. 🙏

La suite al piano superiore dell'hotel non è grande, ma c'è anche due piccoli piatti!Uno è usato per godere di un bagno caldo e l'altro è adatto per il sole.L'atteggiamento del personale è molto amichevole, ma non ha avuto colazione dell'hotel.

L'interno è moderno, ma con il carattere tutto si pensa fino al piccolo, crea un senso di conforto e comfort. Il personale è molto attento e amichevole, sempre pronto a aiutare e rendere il più piacevole possibile soggiorno. Un colazione separato: fresco, diverso e davvero delizioso.Qui è facile sentire un sogno di riposo dove ogni dettaglio funziona per il vostro umore. Se cerchi la perfetta combinazione di posizione, servizio e atmosfera, devi aggiungere questo hotel alla tua lista.

Великолепный персонал гостиницы.Очень отзывчивые и дружелюбные работники! Всегда готовы помочь: с такси, с рекомендациями,с бронированием билетов. Очень хорошие завтраки, встречают и провожают. Единственный момент,о котором могу сказать-это кондиционер в номере,я не смогла с ним подружиться и мне было холодно,спас халат😁😅 Все остальное,а особенно расположение-прекрасно! Очень симпатичный испанский ресторан, который дружелюбно встретил и в 22.00😇

Good location, close enough to the sagrada familia. Quiet at night. However, compared to other 5-star hotels, this hotel has a very small lobby and crude elevators that don’t match a 5-star rating. Hardware-wise, it’s probably 4-star at best. Service - Concierge staff was polite upon check in, but the display of hospitality stopped there. Thereafter, door men at the gate didn’t greet or even acknowledge guests upon leaving or returning to the hotel. Considering the hotel lobby was so small that guests literally passed by in front of them, it came across as quite indifferent and awkward. Amenities - There were intermittent sounds of water dripping onto a metal surface in my room during my stay. My guess is the air con system had some flaws. I asked the concierge to send people to check when I was outside (which they did), but there was no follow up afterwards and the dripping sound remained the second night. Besides, the staff who entered my room for checking took away my room card from the electricity holder, which should have never been allowed for safety considerations because the room card was registered under my name and no other person should have it during my stay.

C'è una receptionist di nome Maria che ci ha accolto ed è stata molto paziente. Poiché non parliamo lingue straniere e siamo anziani, possiamo utilizzare solo software di comunicazione e traduzione. È stata molto paziente e ci ha guidato poco a poco, il che ci ha fatto capire che il personale dell'hotel è di alta qualità e che l'hotel è degno di essere un cinque stelle. Vorremmo esprimere la nostra gratitudine a Maria, ringraziarla per l'eccellente personale dell'hotel e ringraziarla per il servizio offerto.
