We arrived just after check-in time to find only two working at their reception desk. Each with guests and one ahead of us in line. We waited patiently for around 10 minutes as they slowly managed to complete the check in of one. In that time the line had grown with 8 more guests waiting behind me to check in as well. I was next to check in, or thought I was, but an additional check in person stepped up to another station to help. But instead of asking for the next one he just helped an impatient guest waiting off to the side instead, making me wait almost 20 minutes just to check in. And beyond just changing you for the room they take a deposit, which I never had happen to me before. I have had hotels put credit cards on file but not actual deposits on top of the room charge. After we got to the room, had a lovely view but the windows were very dirty and couldn’t even take good pictures from it. Then after getting back from going out and about we found the phone and tv were dead. So no room service available or entertainment in our room . I went down to the front desk and asked about it and they said the whole building was out and there was nothing they could do. After we went to bed we were awoken by a maintenance man at 12:30 at night asking to fix our tv. I told him we were sleeping. I was so upset they would even think to send someone at that time of night, when I didn’t even ask them to come, I could hardly sleep after that. I went to the front desk the next morning to ask them about resending the maintenance man back to the room while we were out but they explained the whole building phone and tv was still out. I then asked why they would send someone to fix our tv in the middle of the night. They had no explanation. As of our last night here still no tv, phone, or room service. They have no estimate on when it might come back. For what I thought was a higher end hotel their customer service is lacking and maintenance of their building sub-standard.

Firstly, please let me thank you staff behind within the reception team as the staff I came across were a credit to your hotel. I had a booking with you for 7 nights from the 10th to 17th September stayed in room 701. Arrived on the Saturday evening at about 21.15hrs checked in, The gentleman behind reception who checked us in was great first thing he said was Mr & Mrs Barrett many congratulations to you both on celebrating your wedding anniversary, that along with the check in went really well and this made us feel special. Up to room Wow !! factor was really impressed however it was like a sauna No problems we can sort it tried to play around with the settings and struggled getting temp down, plus a few sockets in the room was not working. No letter wishing us congratulations Once we unpacked, we decided to have a look around and get our bearings. popped back to reception and mentioned about the Sockets next to bed not working in room and the temperature. the same gentleman said it's not a problem he can sort out the room temperature but sockets will have to wait till the morning, ok great thank you, can we please book the spa for Sunday around 5pm if its free, yes, he said no problems its book for us. that was it. Saturday night in the room was still very hot but we managed and by the morning it was nice and cool. Sunday afternoon there was someone different on so went to collect the key for the spa and towels off we went really excited as this was our anniversary day. Nothing in the spa was working apart from the pool with bubbles, the Steam room and Sauna was not on, went up to Reception asked the team they said it should be but I assured them nothing was on. we were asked to wait around 15 to 20 minutes which will give things time to warm up but we lost the experience by then. Once finished handed key back to Reception and asked if we could book a table in the restaurant tonight we were told this is closed and the bar is closed as well. But on the web site it says open !! so our plans were going side ways instead. I also mentioned again about sockets and was told we will be on it fiorst thing monday. Went up to room and ran the bath as going to have a jacuzzi, this didn't work reported this to the same person in reception, so we got dressed and went out for dinner. Monday going out said to the team we are out now so feel free to fix the sockets and Jacuzzi and will be back later on during the day. We got back quite late and visited a few sites within your city loads of photos, so by the time we got back didn't check nothing as we were really tired. Tuesday morning completely forgot to check to see if things were working as we had a very early start and a long day. came back late evening time and once again completely tired. Wednesday, I tried the sockets again and still not working so on my way out I mentioned to the team about these and i assumed the Jacuzzi would be the same. They were shocked and thought thes

My friend and I visited this hostel during low season late October. We had booked two beds in the four-bed room. When arriving in the evening, we found out that they had placed us in separate rooms. The staff member checked on our booking in the morning, found out we could not be placed in the same room, and decided to not inform us about this matter. According to her, it was not her job to inform us about such matters, and she also said it was our fault because we did not proactively contact the hostel to check on our reservation. We were shocked to hear this, and consider that absolutely abnormal. With experience of two months travelling and sleeping in hostels, we never had to contact a hostel to check whether our reservation was alright! Being just two young girls traveling together, we actually felt uncomfortable being placed alone in rooms with other men. She really could not understand why we felt uncomfortable and why we wished to know this earlier. Instead of understanding us, she said it was our own fault, talking in a rather unfriendly way to us. Informing guests about such matters is maybe not obligatory, but doing it means caring about guests and it shows hospitality. The staff member discussed this matter with her manager, they decided to make no compromises for us. In the end we had to upgrade to a two-bed room that was free anyway, but we had to pay the price ourselves. About the hostel: the interior is basic and cold, the bed was very short (I am 1.74 and my feet stuck out) and had a hole, and the walls were thin so we could overhear our neighbors. The common room was a bit cold, and other travelers did not interact with each other so it was hard to meet new people. Weirdly enough we only saw men in the hostel. The hostel is nearby the train station (15 min walk), and about 30 min from city center by public transport. There is actually nothing to do in this neighborhood, just some restaurants. Sightseeing or partying is mostly in city center. We've particularly chosen this hostel because of the coziness and hospitality most small hostels tend to have. However, just the lack of this hospitality was exactly the problem in our opinion. We can understand boundaries of a small hostel, but we cannot understand the way they dealt with the situation, handling in a way that is no more than the bare minimum. This hostel may be a nice fit if you want to stay in a place close to the train station and don’t care about hospitality or comfy beds. Otherwise, if you do care about above matters, I would advise another hostel as there are plenty of hostels in Barcelona with better hospitality, nicer surroundings and cozier common rooms where you can easily meet others.

Hotel carino ben tenuto,pulito ,personale alla reception che parla italiano e sono disponibili. A 600 metri dallo stadio. Nei pressi ci sono bar e ristoranti. Camera spaziosa e con finestra. Prezzo ottimo e acqua di cortesia in camera.facile da raggiungere in metro da Plaza Cataluña.Tornerò se dovessi essere in zona.

Stavamo andando al Camp Nou e la verità è che non avremmo potuto scegliere un hotel migliore. È vicino al Camp Nou, ottima attenzione da parte di tutto lo staff, la piscina sulla terrazza è uno spasso. È anche molto ben collegato: metropolitana e autobus, con fermate vicine per potersi muovere e andare in altre parti della città: Ramblas, Porto….

Sono un lavoratore all’esterno, che viene spesso a questo ostello da qualche anno. Abbiamo sempre avuto un buon lavoro, ma da quando ha cambiato la direzione e i lavoratori dell’azienda ci sentiamo maltrattati, ci impediscono di cucinare quando Abbiamo il diritto di utilizzare la cucina,non pulire le camere,la nostra cena scompare(non ci è mai successo, quindi non vogliono incolpare gli altri ospiti). La musica dei lavoratori che ci impedisce di riposare perché, come indicato, siamo lavoratori (12h al giorno) e tutto quello che vogliamo è riposare e mangiare qualcosa quando arrivamo all'ostello.L'istituto è in stato di debolezza.Anche nelle docce manca Fino ad oggi abbiamo sempre lasciato 5 EUR di cauzione per la carta e le sabane e alla fine ci hanno sempre restituito, ma improvvisamente e senza preavviso decidono unilateralmente di non restituirlo. In questo momento e in quanto la situazione attuale non cambierà drasticamente, non solo perderanno i nostri gruppi di lavoratori (spese medie di 35.000 euro), ma consiglio anche agli altri ospiti che non si alloggiano, ma vogliono subire furti, Scortesia, cattiva attenzione e mancanza di igiene.

L'hotel pulito è buono. I treni, gli autobus e i tram sono facili da raggiungere.Ci sono centri commerciali e ristoranti vicino, quindi non ho problemi a mangiare. Nelle linee guida della TV della stanza, è stato ripromesso solo un semplice set di caffè e pane di angolo, che costa circa 8 euro.(Forse è elencato in inglese in dettaglio, ma non possiamo trovare il prezzo del colazione di auto-supporto.) Il giorno dopo, abbiamo aggiunto il colazione di auto-supporto. Sono un po'sorpreso, circa 30 euro o più.Ma è molto delizioso. Penso che l'hotel economico sia meglio in termini di pulizia.Non c'è pulizia di scarpe o di scarpe.La qualità dell'hotel è alta, quindi il pulizia è un po'delusione.

We know Barcelona well, and are especially happy in the Pedralbes area, which gives a bit of space away from the central madness. We were staying with our son and grandsons, and this hotel was an excellent choice, with great staff, and so much going for it. The room we had was spacious, airy and clean, and to a high standard. The roof pool is not big, but gives a good size for children. The staff go the extra mile, and the wee extras we got were a true bonus. The restaurant was also good and fairly priced. Nearby you have great parks, and all amenities such as a metro, taxi rank and good bus service. For people wanting a real Barcelona experience, this is a great place to stay.

Appartamenti ben collocati per trasporti e servizi, ma che possono risultare non troppo comodi per chi viaggi in auto dato che nei dintorni è impossibile trovare posto, se non nei parcheggi a pagamento (quelli con le strisce verdi e blu sono carissimi e hanno un tempo massimo di sosta). Inoltre gli appartamenti che affacciano verso l'interno hanno un panorama desolante e non certo piacevole su una specie di enorme cortile pieno di lamiere, tettoie e sporcizia varia. Personale della reception cortese ed efficiente.
