Hotel 5 stelle a Yangzhou

This was just perfect! Through my rewards program we received a very nice upgrade to a courtyard room with bathtub, which we used. The hotel’s location is perfectly situated between Dongguan street and Pishi street (the latter is the nicer one, Dongguan st is just very touristy), so both are well reachable on foot. The hotel is new and comfortable, in a beautiful historic setting, garden included. The floor heating creates a comfortable environment in the room, and the staff go out of their way to help you with whatever you may need. We enjoyed our little foto shoot with Xiaohe from Xiaowan Lüpai too, shot on the premises. One remark for international visitors: the sockets in the rooms are 2 and 3 pin flat sockets, not the universal round ones you usually see in China hotels. You might need an adapter to charge your devices. However our room also had direct USB A and C plugs in the wall, so this was not really an issue. We were very impressed with Yangzhou, there’s plenty of things to see, like Shouxihu, Ge Garden, Daming Temple etc, and then there’s the local Huaiyang cuisine of course. You can easily spend 3 days here, it’s lovely.

Il servizio di notte è stato un po' più grande! Avevamo un tossico e non avevamo coltello per tagliare i frutti e il personale ha offerto aiuto. Usavamo anche il loro servizio di lavanderia ogni giorno e il personale ci ha aiutato a scrivere i vestiti quando aveva finito di asciugare. Ci ha risparmiato molto tempo. Vorrei ringraziare tutti i membri del personale della reception e della lobby. Sono riuscito a ottenere solo alcuni dei loro nomi, Xiao Zhou e Xiao, ma il resto di loro sono stati molto utili!

My stay at this hotel was amazing, thanks to the outstanding service and amenities provided. From the moment I arrived, the staff promptly assisted with my luggage, both when I arrived and when my rides came, and even rushed to open doors for me. I arrived a bit earlier at 11am which is way ahead of the standard check-in time, but the staff efficiently accommodated me, offering a complimentary room upgrade. While I waited for my room to be ready, the concierge added me on WeChat to keep me updated and even reminded me when the room was prepared as I enjoyed my lunch. Additionally, they ensured my luggage was delivered directly to my room without any hassle. One of the standout features of this hotel is its innovative robot delivery service for food orders. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and memorable stay.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at, especially for the price. Staff was very friendly, courteous and helpful. Our room was spacious, and everything inside our room were disinfected and vacuumed sealed. The gym was fully equipped with a nice yoga room. The staff even opened the gym for me when I needed to use it at 5AM outside their normal operating hours. Breakfast was superb. You can taste the quality of the food, especially the fresh brewed coffee and homemade yogurt. The only downside was limited amount of laundry machines, but the pros outweighed the con for sure.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui 2 notti. Situazione dell'hotel, anche vicino alla stazione ferroviaria. Hotel è nuovo hotel . Camere abbastanza pulite e ampia. Personale molto amichevole e utile per tutta l'assistenza. Grazie speciali al personale sul desk front e ricezione EDİTH e ADA e JUSTIN. Pensiamo di rimanere in questo hotel nel tempo NeXT.

The place is beautiful. The rooms/cottages of the hotel are spread around a nice area. There is a vegetable garden and kids could feed the goats and rabbit. My kids loved the hotel and the room. Front desk gave us kids slippers and toothbrushes and a bag full of treats and snacks for the kids. Beds were very comfortable and the family room was beautiful with a balcony looking to the canal. Black swans swimming in there. The private outside hot bathtub was cool. They gave us some activity tickets (kids cookies baking, two free coffee cups and free entrance to the park beside), sadly we couldn’t use them, because we came noon and went to visit a different area , then left the next day after breakfast. The outside hotel surroundings are nice and peaceful. The food was great! Breakfast buffet is delicious. I would recommend it. There was a staff speaking English, but was not necessary for us. The service is very good and friendly…I’ll return.

La posizione dell'hotel è relativamente inclinata, ma per l'automobile è ancora amichevole. Pochi viaggiatori intorno a loro, la copertura verde è alta, molto vicina al Parco forestale Longshan. La primavera è assolutamente una sorta di godimento 😌 Oltre al frutto di benvenuto, l'hotel ha anche inviato una tazza di verdure e quattro medaglie cortese, che sottolineano pienamente le caratteristiche di Yangzhou, e si è concentrato 👍 La categoria del colazione è ancora molto più alta, la qualità del salsa rossa è buona, il volume svizzero è molto delizioso 😋 Il servizio non ha lasciato alcuna impressione, mi sento meglio di un po'di prigione che viveva a Taiwan. 👀 Il tavolo della zona di riposo del corridoio ha messo polvere di fumo. Questo indica che la camera è permesso fumare. La piccola città deve davvero migliorare 🙄 in questo senso nel controllo del fumo

Il mio soggiorno all'hotel era davvero piacevole, l'atmosfera era benvenuta, e mi ha colpito in particolare la cortesia del personale. I membri del personale erano eccezionalmente amichevoli e attenti, facendomi sentire a casa dal momento in cui sono arrivato. Le opzioni alimentari disponibili erano eccellenti, offrendo una varietà di opzioni che si occupavano di vari gusti e preferenze Ho trovato la mia stanza spaziosa e confortevole, che offre un perfetto ritiro dopo un lungo giorno. In sintesi, ho avuto una meravigliosa esperienza con personale amichevole, fantastiche opzioni alimentari, e un alloggio accogliente che mi ha reso memorabile il soggiorno.

The location is good next to the Donghu Wetland Park (walking distance) although it's hard getting around if you don't have a car. The place is big, and you get a balcony with your room. It's also quiet. Unfortunately, the day I was leaving, my Didi/taxi driver I got ended up wasting my time for 30min (he kept driving further away from me--I don't know why) and then canceled on me and made me miss my train (I'm sure the hotel staff remember me exploding on the phone with him in the lobby). The hotel was good enough to arrange a ride for me (although I still didn't make the train on time). Luckily, I was able to get another train as I had to be at work at 7am the next morning. Anyway--it's a fine hotel for the money, but I wish transportation from there was a bit more reliable/frequent.
