Hotel 5 stelle a Yangzhou

This was just perfect! Through my rewards program we received a very nice upgrade to a courtyard room with bathtub, which we used. The hotel’s location is perfectly situated between Dongguan street and Pishi street (the latter is the nicer one, Dongguan st is just very touristy), so both are well reachable on foot. The hotel is new and comfortable, in a beautiful historic setting, garden included. The floor heating creates a comfortable environment in the room, and the staff go out of their way to help you with whatever you may need. We enjoyed our little foto shoot with Xiaohe from Xiaowan Lüpai too, shot on the premises. One remark for international visitors: the sockets in the rooms are 2 and 3 pin flat sockets, not the universal round ones you usually see in China hotels. You might need an adapter to charge your devices. However our room also had direct USB A and C plugs in the wall, so this was not really an issue. We were very impressed with Yangzhou, there’s plenty of things to see, like Shouxihu, Ge Garden, Daming Temple etc, and then there’s the local Huaiyang cuisine of course. You can easily spend 3 days here, it’s lovely.

My stay at this hotel was amazing, thanks to the outstanding service and amenities provided. From the moment I arrived, the staff promptly assisted with my luggage, both when I arrived and when my rides came, and even rushed to open doors for me. I arrived a bit earlier at 11am which is way ahead of the standard check-in time, but the staff efficiently accommodated me, offering a complimentary room upgrade. While I waited for my room to be ready, the concierge added me on WeChat to keep me updated and even reminded me when the room was prepared as I enjoyed my lunch. Additionally, they ensured my luggage was delivered directly to my room without any hassle. One of the standout features of this hotel is its innovative robot delivery service for food orders. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and memorable stay.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at, especially for the price. Staff was very friendly, courteous and helpful. Our room was spacious, and everything inside our room were disinfected and vacuumed sealed. The gym was fully equipped with a nice yoga room. The staff even opened the gym for me when I needed to use it at 5AM outside their normal operating hours. Breakfast was superb. You can taste the quality of the food, especially the fresh brewed coffee and homemade yogurt. The only downside was limited amount of laundry machines, but the pros outweighed the con for sure.

Il motivo principale per cui soggiorniamo qui è la comodità di avere una piscina termale privata. Ho portato i miei genitori e abbiamo preso la villa familiare con 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni. C'è anche un ampio soggiorno dove possiamo bere il tè e giocare a carte. La sera possiamo goderci le terme senza essere disturbati. L'hotel si trova di fronte al Lago Sottile dell'Ovest e accanto a Yangzhou Yan e Xiang Yuan, il che lo rende super comodo per viaggiare con gli anziani. Suggerirei all'hotel di migliorare la varietà della colazione; non è buona come quella di Qu Yuan.

La signora Ella al divano ha fornito un servizio eccellente! L'hotel è pulito e igienico, e i piatti sono deliziosi. Certamente tornerò se avrò la possibilità!

L'hotel vanta una posizione privilegiata vicino all'ingresso est del Lago dell'Ovest Sottile. Passeggiando lungo il lago, si possono ammirare viste panoramiche, tra cui la Pagoda Qiling del Tempio Daming. L'acqua termale è rilassante e rigenerante, ma l'igiene delle vasche da bagno lasciava un po' a desiderare. Ho dovuto farle disinfettare tre volte prima di osare immergermi, quindi toglierei mezzo punto per l'igiene. Per il resto, l'hotel sarebbe perfetto. Le due gentilissime receptionist, Xiao Liu e Xiao Wu, sono state incredibilmente disponibili e mi hanno spiegato tutto con cura. Onestamente, il loro servizio è stato così eccellente che ho deciso di non pubblicare le foto della vasca durante la disinfezione. Tuttavia, suggerisco all'hotel di migliorare le sue procedure di disinfezione delle vasche, perché mi piacerebbe soggiornarvi di nuovo.

If you happen to find yourself in this area, this is the most excellent location. This is by far the most expansive and nature-oriented location I have ever visited, short of a hyper-invested US theme park. The hotel grounds are huge and offer different types of accommodation, such as standard rooms or villa-type residences. The back yard is a huge reservoir and lake in a botanical park setting. There is off-grid camping, tent-houses, a live-feeding zoo, arcades, and so much more. It's too bad that the local attractions cannot support more visitation, which is mildly reflected in the overall quietness and feeling of isolation I experienced. My only complaint was that the room carpets could be cleaner and the furniture is dated. The staff were all very polite and respectful.

這次定的鳳凰島逸揚温泉酒店是從抵達那刻起，就被隱於濕地深處的寧靜打動——白牆黛瓦、竹林曲徑，睡前泡一泡房間裏的私湯，氤氲水汽中卸下所有疲憊。但真正讓這次體驗變得難忘的，是這裏的人。特別想感謝前台和客房服務的每一位員工，你們總是帶着真誠笑意，每件小事都回應得及時又妥帖。而餐飲也很讓我們驚喜。這裏的淮揚菜精緻卻不浮誇，非常感謝餐廳的工作人員和廚師團隊，第一天晚上同伴説想吃生菜，第二天餐廳就有特意為我們準備生菜，非常感動!餐廳服務員也熱情周到，此外，特別感謝笑玩旅拍的大李老師，抓拍技術一流，成片很有質感。化粧師玲玲和小蓮手法温柔，粧造精緻又自然。體驗滿分，強烈推薦！這些細節，讓一家酒店有了家的温度。下次再來揚州，這裏一定還是我們的第一選擇。謝謝你們，讓平凡週末變成了閃閃發光的回憶。

L'ambiente dell'hotel è tranquillo, lo spazio della stanza è modesto e le strutture sono ben mantenute.La risposta al servizio è tempestiva, la posizione è buona e l'equipaggiamento è completo.L'esperienza di soggiorno è confortevole, tutti gli aspetti sono relativamente equilibrati e meritano di essere raccomandati.

La posizione è buona vicino al Parco di Donghu Wetland (distanza passeggiata), anche se è difficile andare in giro se non hai una macchina. Il posto è grande, e si ottiene un balcone con la tua stanza. È anche tranquillo. Purtroppo, il giorno in cui me ne andai, il mio autista di didi/taxi mi è finito di sprecare il mio tempo per 30 minuti (egli mi ha continuato a guidare lontano da me, non so perché) e poi mi ha cancellato e mi ha fatto perdere il treno (Sono sicuro che il personale dell'hotel mi ricorda di esplodere con lui al telefono nel lobby) L'hotel era abbastanza buono da organizzare un giro per me (ancora non ho fatto il treno in tempo). Fortunatamente, ho potuto prendere un altro treno, mentre dovevo lavorare alle 7 del mattino, ma è un bel hotel per i soldi, ma vorrei che il trasporto da lì fosse un po' più affidabile/frequente.
